The government has decided to cancel the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) Level 3 in all regions, especially the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), during the 2021 Christmas and New Year holidays of 2022. State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) are not allowed to take leave or leave the area during Sunday national holidays, both before and after Christmas and New Year. The purpose of this research is to find out how Polri's public communication is related to the 2021 Christmas and New Year's holiday homecoming for 2022. The method used is Krippendorff content analysis which is carried out through digital observations on the Instagram account of the Indonesian National Police @divisihumaspolri for the period 1 December 2021 to 20 December 2021. The results of this study indicate that public communication carried out by the National Police through Instagram @divisihumaspolri is dominated by messages containing benefits for security and safety during the Christmas and New Year's 2022 holidays during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Theoretical, philosophical hermeneutics and critical hermeneutics is the science of how to interpret the meaning in the text with the study of the initiators, the reader and the context at the time. Al-Qur'an is a holy book that can be understood by assuming the critical hermeneutics, the word of Allah is understood by the readers of these words by looking asbabunnuzulul Qur'an.Keywords: hermenutika, Quran, initiators, reader and context

Multicultural society is a multi-cultural, religious, ethnic and racial society.Communication process is done requires a certain strategy so that interactionbetween individuals in the community can take place properly. The communicationstrategy is carried out by elements of the society, from traditional leaders, ethnicleaders, religious leaders, community leaders to even the smallest element of society. The communication strategy should be able to demonstrate its operational ways practically, in the sense that the approach may vary from time to time depending on circumstances.

Iklan sebagai salah satu media marketing public relations yang kini banyak diminati. Kelebihan memasarkan product melalui iklan di televisi adalah mampu menjaring dan mengantarkan informasi kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang menyaksikan. Selain itu, iklan dianggap cukup efektif karena memiliki unsur visual dan audio visual. Istilah advertising itu sendiri datang dari kata kerja bahasa latin “advertere” yang berarti mengarahkan perhatian seseorang. Dari analisis semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce dalam iklan kampanye calon gubernur dan wakil gubernur provinsi Bengkulu tahun 2015 dapat di simpulkan bahwa: Lima iklan kampanye tersebut memiliki sign/tanda yang sangat banyak berupa audio visual tokoh pasangan calon, pemuka adat, masyarakat, benda benda, geografi. Memiliki object yang bisa di lihat dan di dengar dengan panca indera berupa gambar dan suara.

The title of this research is Multicultural Communication in Maintaining Diversity among People of Diversity in Bengkulu Tengah Regency. The Research Team is: Rini Fitria, Japarudin and Nur Ibrahim. Research problem formulation of how multicultural communication in maintaining harmony between religious communities in Bengkulu Tengah regency. The purpose of this study is exploratory research, answering the formulation of the problem and providing solutions to understanding multicultural communication in maintaining harmony between religious communities in Sunda Kelapa and Abu Sakim villages, Pondok Kelapa subdistrict, Pondok Kelapa district, Bengkulu Tengah district. To examine these problems in depth and thoroughly, researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection methods used were participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is triangulation. The results of the study are 1) Multicultural communication in Sunda Kelapa and Abu Sakim villages in the Cultural and Religious Studies is used effectively by the community. 2) The multicultural communication process in Sunda Kelapa and Abu Sakim villages uses a process of thoughtful sensation, perception, thinking and motivation so that harmony can be maintained well. 3) Multicultural communication in maintaining harmony between religious communities in the villages of Sunda Kelapa and Abu Sakim emphasizes religious tolerance in the form of mutual respect, respect, care, consensus and help.
