Abstract

The background of this research based on the result of the Network Basic training subject wasnot optimal on semester 2013/2014, of which 30.56% scored below the minimum complete ness criteria (KKM).This research is acorrelational study description.The purpose of this research was to reveal how much the contribution of learning and e-learning as Media learning jointly and severally on learning outcomes. The study population numbered 72 people and the sample amounted to 42 students of class X TKJ SMKN 1 Air Putih. The sampling technique was randomly (Simple Random Sampling). Data student learning out comes obtained from X TKJ home room. While data on learning and e-learning as media learning was collected through question naires distributed to students by using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that (1) interest in learning and e-learning as media learning together contribute significantly to the results of class X student Department of TKJ SMK N 1 Air Putih by 35.30%, (2) interest in learning contribute significantly to the results of class X student Department of TKJ SMK N Air Putih by 22.28%, (3) e-learning as media learning contribute significantly to the results of class X student Department of TKJ SMK N 1 Air Putih by 30.14% , So it can be concluded that the interest in learning and e-learning as media learning  contribute to the results of class X student in the Department of TKJ SMK N 1 Air Putih, ncreasing interest in higher learning and the use of e-learning as media learning , the higher the learning outcomes. Abstract

Infeksi cacing usus merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan di daerah tropis. Penyakit ini ditularkan melalui tanah, disebut soil transmitted helmints (STH). Sayuran yang disajikan mentah dapat menjadi agen transmisi telur cacing. Kota Banda Aceh sebagai representasi masyarakat Aceh sekaligus daerah wisata kuliner bagi wisatawan menyediakan banyak sekali menu sayuran sebagai pendamping menu makanan utama, misalnya Oen kayee lambai (lalapan khas Aceh) sampai aneka kuliner khas nusantara. Jenis kuliner baru seperti ayam penyet, ayam lepas, pecel lele, tahu goreng dan burger disajikan dengan sayuran mentah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kontaminasi STH pada sayuran mentah yang disajikan sebagai pendamping aneka kuliner di Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian adalah survey dengan pendekatan “Explanatory laboratory research”. Sampel dipilih sebanyak 33 warung kuliner berdasarkan total populasi warung pada titik-titik sentra kuliner di Banda Aceh, yaitu Peunayong, Simpang Surabaya dan Darussalam. Unit analisisnya adalah sayuran mentah, yaitu selada, kubis, kemangi, timun dan tomat; sumber air dan cara pengelolaan sayuran. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan 27.3% sampel positif. Hasil identifikasi telur STH adalah telur cacing gelang (Ascaris lumbricoides) dan cacing cambuk (Trichuris trichiura). Untuk itu diperlukan edukasi kemanan pangan dan penelitian lanjutan secara kimiawi pada sayuran yang disajikan bersama makanan siap saji. Intestinal worm infection is one of the health problems in the tropics. The disease is transmitted through the soil, is called soil transmitted helmints. The vegetables were served raw can be the agent of the worm's egg transmission. Banda Aceh city as a representation of the Acehnese community as well as a culinary tourism area for tourists who provide vegetable menu as a main food menu companion, in example Oen kayee lambai to various national culinary specialties. New culinary types such as ayam penyet, ayam lepas, pecel lele, fried tofu and burgers were served with raw vegetables. This study aims to identify the soil transmitted helmints contamination on raw vegetables served as a culinary companion in Banda Aceh City. This research is a descriptive survey with laboratory approach. Samples were selected as many as 33 culinary stalls based on the total population of stalls at the culinary centers in Banda Aceh; Peunayong, Simpang Surabaya and Darussalam. The analysis unit is raw vegetables as lettuce, cabbage, basil, cucumber and tomato; water source and ways of vegetables manage. Based on the study found 27.3% positive samples. Type of worm eggs found are roundworm (Ascaris lumbricoides) and whipworm (Trichuris trichiura). Therefore, it is necessary to educate the food safety and the chemically advance research of on vegetables served with fast food.

Abstract

Kegunaan labu kuning di Indonesia masih sebatas daging buah yang dapat diolah menjadi panganan seperti kue basah, kolak dan sayur berkuah. Secara empiris, biji labu kuning telah digunakan untuk mengatasi cacingan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui mortalitas cacing gelang (Ascaridia galli) dalam ekstrak etanol biji labu kuning (Cucurbita moschata Duchesne). Penelitian ini menggunakan 25 ekor Ascaridia galli yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok, kelompok I kontrol negatif menggunakan larutan NaCl fisiologis, kelompok II kontrol positif menggunakan larutan pirantel pamoat 0,5 %, kelompok III, IV dan V berturut-turut menggunakan 25 mg/ml, 50 mg/ml dan 100 mg/ml ekstrak etanol biji labu kuning. Parameter penelitian ini ditentukan dengan melihat persentase nilai skor pasca inkubasi 12 jam, 24 jam, dan 36 jam. Skor 3 diberikan apabila seluruh tubuh Ascaridia galli bergerak, skor 2 diberikan jika hanya sebagian tubuh Ascaridia galli bergerak, skor 1 jika Ascaridia galli diam tetapi masih hidup, dan skor 0 apabila Ascaridia galli mati. Hasil uji in vitro dengan perlakuan 25 mg/ml ekstrak etanol biji labu kuning menyebabkan kematian 3 ekor Ascaridia galli atau 60% pasca inkubasi 36 jam, sedangkan ekstrak etanol biji labu kuning dengan perlakuan 50 mg/ml, 100 mg/ml dan kelompok kontrol positif mengakibatkan kematian 4 ekor Ascaridia galli atau 80% pasca inkubasi 36 jam. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etanol biji labu kuning (Cucurbita moschata Duchesne) dosis 25 mg/ml, 50 mg/ml, dan 100 mg/ml secara in vitro dalam waktu 36 jam mampu mengakibatkan mortalitas Ascaridia galli. The use of yellow pumpkin in Indonesia is still limited to fruit meat that can be processed into snacks such as soggy cakes, porridge and vegetable soup. This research was conducted to determine the mortality of Ascaridia galli in ethanol extract of yellow pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita moschata Duchesne). This study used 25 Ascaridia galli which were divided into 5 groups, group I was negative control using physiological NaCl solution, group II was positive control using 0.5% pirantel pamoate solution, group III, IV and V respectively used 25 mg / ml, 50 mg/ml and 100 mg/ml ethanol extract of yellow pumpkin seeds. The parameters of this study were determined by looking at the percentage of post-incubation scores 12 hours, 24 hours, and 36 hours. A score of 3 is given if the whole body of Ascaridia galli moves, a score of 2 is given if only part of the body of Ascaridia galli moves, a score of 1 if Ascaridia galli is still but still alive, and a score of 0 if Ascaridia galli dies. In vitro test results with 25 mg/ml ethanol extract of pumpkin seeds caused 3 deaths of Ascaridia galli or 60% after incubation for 36 hours, while ethanol extract of yellow pumpkin seeds treated with 50 mg / ml, 100 mg/ml and positive control group resulting in the death of 4 Ascaridia galli or 80% after 36 hours incubation. From the results of the study concluded that the ethanol extract of yellow pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita moschata Duchesne) doses of 25 mg / ml, 50 mg / ml, and 100 mg / ml in vitro within 36 hours can lead to Ascaridia galli mortality.
