Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan tradisi sayan, makna tradisi sayan, dan proses transformasi nilai-nilai tradisi sayan sebagai upaya mempertahankan solidaritas masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Adapun penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Ngemplak, Desa Sumbersuko, Kecamatan Wagir, Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan Miles Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian antara lain (1) tradisi sayan dilaksanakan pada pembangunan rumah, fasilitas umum, hajatan, dan kematian warga. (2) tradisi sayan dimaknai sebagai kegiatan tolong menolong yang didasarkan pada perasaan sukarela dalam membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan. (3) proses transformasi nilai tradisi sayan diawali dengan pengenalan tradisi oleh keluarga dan masyarakat. Adanya perubahan pola pikir pada masyarakat di mana masyarakat awalnya menganggap sayan sebagai alat untuk membayar hutang budi menjadi sarana merekatkan solidaritas masyarakat dan memupuk rasa kepedulian satu sama lain.The Transformation of Sayan Values As An Effort To Maintain Community SolidarityAbstract:  This study aims to determine the implementation of Sayan, the meaning of Sayan tradition, and the process of transforming the values of Sayan as an effort to maintain community solidarity. This research uses a qualitative with the type of case study research approach. The research was conducted in Ngemplak Hamlet, Sumbersuko Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The data were analyzed using the Miles Huberman approach, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study include (1) the sayan tradition is carried out in the construction of houses, public facilities, celebrations, and the deaths of residents. (2) sayan is interpreted as a helping activity based on voluntary feelings in helping people in need. (3) the process of transforming the values of sayan begins with the introduction of tradition by the family and society. There is a change in the mindset of the community where the community initially considered Sayan as tool to pay debts of gratitude to become a means of gluing community solidarity and fostering a sense of concern for one another.

Abstract

Literacy interest and ability to memorize children is a potential that is needed and explored more effectively. The effort that needs to be made is to be able to collaborate on situations and conditions during the 4.0 revolution. For example, in Sumberpasir Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency, which has a Reading Terrace as an additional facility for the children of Sumberpasir Village. The Sumberpasir reading terrace has a tutoring program with 30 elementary school-age students. The main problem is that literacy interest in children is still not enough, so it becomes an obstacle to their memorization ability. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research through a case study approach. Related to the above problems, the solution offered by the author is an animation-based learning video that can help efforts to develop literacy interests and memorization skills for children under tutoring at the sand source reading terrace. The results obtained are (1) the implications of using animated video media as a strategy for developing literacy interests and memorization skills in children; (2) the role of animation in learning; and (3) the level of effectiveness of using animated videos to develop literacy interest and memorization skills in the children of the Sumberpasir Village. This animated video has some content that supports efforts to increase literacy interest and children's memorization skills at the Sumberpasir Reading Terrace. Abstract

Abstract: Research performance is the main indicator in assessing the performance of lecturers and universities. This study describes the results of the analysis of lecturers’ performance in carrying out research on the topic of Expertise Groups from 2020 to 2022 at the Universitas Negeri Malang. The research data was obtained from the Litabmas database, Universitas Negeri Malang. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis in the form of data visualization. The results show that each faculty has different implementation developments each year, both in terms of the number of proposals submitted and the number of lecturers involved in researching the Expertise Groups topic. Finally, the discussion, limitations, and recommended research are presented.Keywords: lecturer performance; research performance; expertise group; descriptive analysis Abstrak: Kinerja penelitian merupakan indikator utama dalam penilaian kinerja dosen dan universitas. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kinerja dosen dalam melaksanakan penelitian topik Kelompok Bidang Keahlian (KBK) tahun 2020 sampai dengan 2022 di Universitas Negeri Malang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari database Litabmas Universitas Negeri Malang. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif berupa visualisasi data. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing fakultas memiliki perbedaan perkembangan pelaksanaan di setiap tahunnya, baik dari segi jumlah proposal yang diajukan dan jumlah dosen yang terlibat dalam penelitian Topik KBK. Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 membuka pikiran semua warga SDI-BHM diantaranya guru agar terus berinovasi dalam menyajikan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan supaya terpenuhi kebutuhan belajarnya dan juga menyiapkan panduan bagi orang tua di rumah. Salah satu inovasi yang digunakan oleh guru di SDI-BHM adalah dengan menerapkan pembelajaran dalam jaringan dengan konsep Panduan Daring Siswa (PANDAWA). Model ini merupakan kombinasi dari pembelajaran virtual dan visual dengan menggunakan aplikasi google meets, zoom meeting, google form, quizizz dan word wall melalui media elektronik, dengan menyediakan modul pembelajaran yang disusun oleh tim guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk inovasi pembelajaran dalam jaringan dengan konsep PANDAWA. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan berjenis penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan panduan wawancara dan studi dokumen untuk mengumpulkan data primer maupun data sekunder. Data Primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan sebagian guru, dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui telaah dokumen terkait implementasi PANDAWA. Dari hasil pengumpulan data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara deskripistif dan naratif konseptual. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan PANDAWA membutuhkan inovasi dan kreatifitas guru dalam menyiapkan materi-materi ajar yang bermakna bagi siswa sehingga mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. (2) Pembelajaran dengan PANDAWA meningkatkan partisipasi belajar siswa baik secara individu maupun berkelompok. (3) Kegiatan pembelajaran dengan PANDAWA tidak hanya dilakukan pada masa pandemi saja melainkan kegiatan di sekolah SDI-BHM dengan memberikan kebebasan belajar bagi siswa sesuai dengan kesepakatan belajar antara siswa dengan guru.

Abstract

The fell in job opportunities due to competition in getting a job is one of the reasons for many entrepreneurs who finally decide to open their businesses to create job opportunities both for themselves and for more people out there, including students with Down Syndrome. Thus, to deal with this, entrepreneurial skills training for Down syndrome students is needed to train the four entrepreneurial skill groups. Researchers used qualitative research methosyndroma down to identify the relationship between skills and behavior in forming skills, the Delphi method, and processing primary data from observations and FGSyndroma down with related stakeholders. As a result, we can suggest activities that can boost Down Syndrome students' entrepreneurial skills. Skills that are used in this paper are generated by grouping some factors into one grouped skill. These skills will be connected to expected behavior as a dependent or independent factor with special modifications in order to adapt to a disabled person. This paper shows how behaviors can trigger the skills by one or more events and vice versa.Keywords: down syndrome, entrepreneur program, non formal education

Abstract

Kondisi masyarakat Indonesia sedang berada dalam kondisi yang mengkhawatirkan terutama dalam hal mental, karakter, dan kurangnya soft skill generasi muda. Sebagaimana yang saat ini disadari, pandemi covid-19 telah berdampak pada segala aspek tatanan kehidupan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan generasi muda memasuki dunia kerja adalah dengan memfasilitasi mereka dalam hal pengembangan kompetensi diri. Training Of Trainer atau dalam Bahasa Indonesia yakni pelatihan untuk pelatih. Program kerja ini berfokus memberikan basic skill menjadi fasilitator outbound kepada warga belajar. Pada pelaksaannya menggunakan beberapa metode sosialisasi, demonstran, diskusi, role playing dan evaluasi.

Non-formal education has a long history in Indonesia, first appearing in the pre-colonial period and continues to grow today. In today's era, the development of non-formal education is very helpful as self-development and improving the quality of learning citizens and can improve the quality of dignity and quality in life. The purpose of this article is to find out the trend of the development of Non-Formal Education in Indonesia. This literature review article uses references sourced from scientific reference articles and books, then analyzed descriptively. The results of after the Indonesian independence revolution in 1945, many non-formal education activities were held, such as eradication of illiteracy, citizenship courses, school broadcasting, women's courses, scouting courses and adult courses conducted in vocational education.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines efforts to empower the community with a focus on English literacy in a village in Malang. This case study shows that the English literacy activities carried out by the Indocita institution for housewives consist of four processes, namely agreement, learning, learning modules, and learning media. The results of the study show that these activities can improve the English literacy of housewives and can be applied in daily life, such as in kitchen activities and helping children with their school tasks. The village has become a center for English language education, enabling housewives to interact with foreigners and develop a habit of using English. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan fokus pada literasi bahasa Inggris di sebuah desa di Malang. Studi kasus ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan literasi bahasa Inggris yang dilakukan oleh lembaga Indocita pada ibu rumah tangga terdiri dari empat proses, yaitu kesepakatan, pembelajaran, modul pembelajaran, dan media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut dapat meningkatkan literasi bahasa Inggris pada ibu rumah tangga dan dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti pada aktivitas di dapur dan membantu tugas sekolah anak-anak. Desa tersebut menjadi sentra pendidikan bahasa Inggris, sehingga ibu rumah tangga dapat berinteraksi dengan warga asing dan memperoleh pembiasaan dalam berbahasa Inggris.
