<![CDATA[Abstrak: Pemanfaatan website saat ini menjadi hal penting dalam membantu pekerjaan khususnya pada Divisi PPL (Pengawas Pekerja Lapangan). Kualitas website yang baik menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan kepuasan pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini responden adalah pengguna aplikasi Website Olstorage. Pengguna mengeluhkan adanya permasalahan saat penggunaan aplikasi Website Olstorage, yaitu pada jam tertentu website tidak bisa diakses dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur kualitas aplikasi Website Olstorage yang digunakan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, sehingga dapat mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kepuasan dan efektifitas aplikasi Website Olstorage yang digunakan oleh penggunanya. Jumlah sampel yang diukutsertakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 responden. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap responden pengguna aplikasi Website Olstorage. Pada penelitian ini metode yang dipakai adalah dengan metode WebQual 4.0 dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai koefisien (R) sebesar 0,646 yang menjelaskan bahwa variabel kualitas kegunaan dan kualitas informasi memiliki kekuatan hubungan terhadap kualitas interaksi sebesar 64,6%, tidak terlalu signifikan dan cukup memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Website Olstorage sehingga dinilai cukup baik.Kata kunci: Analisis Kualitas, Aplikasi Olstorage, WebQualAbstract: The use of the website is currently an important thing in helping the work, especially in the PPL (Field Worker Supervisory) Division. Good website quality is the main factor in determining user satisfaction. In this study, respondents were users of the Olstorage Website application. Users complain about problems when using the Olstorage Website application, namely, during certain hours the website is not well accessible. The purpose of this study is to measure the quality of the Olstorage Website application used against satisfaction users, to know the extent of the level of satisfaction and effectiveness of the Olstorage Website application used by its users. The number of samples included in the study totaled 20 respondents. The data obtained came from the dissemination of questionnaires to respondents users of the Olstorage Website application. In this study, the method used was the webqual 4.0 method with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are a coefficient value (R) of 0.646, which explains that the variables of usability quality and quality information have a relationship strength to the quality of interaction by 64.6%, not very significant and sufficiently has a positive influence on user satisfaction of the Olstorage Website application so that it is considered quite good.Keywords: Quality Analysis, Olstorage App, WebQual.]]>
