Abstract

School is an essential thing for education quality. This time, the South Tangerang government is implementing a new student admission process using a zoning system; all prospective students must choose a school that has the shortest distance from their residence. However, many parents and prospective students do not understand this zoning system. The limited access to information is a problem for them, so they do not know where the schools are included in their zoning area. For this reason, the need to efforts the problem-solve to use Dijkstra's algorithm as a consideration to find the results more accurate for the shortest distance. So the exact solution that should implement the information technology this time is "Implementation of Dijkstra's Algorithm to Find a School Shortest Distance Based on The Zoning System In South Tangerang." It is a solution for parents and prospective students to get information about school choices included in their zoning.

Abstract

The Social Security Administrative Body is a legal entity established to administer social security programs. News about BPJS policies is often found online and social media that has received responses from netizens as a form of public opinion on the policy. One of them is the opinion of netizens on social media Twitter. Ideas can be positive, neutral, or negative. These opinions are processed using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, in some SVM studies still getting unsatisfactory results, with rates below 60%. For this reason, it is necessary to have feature selection or a combination with the other methods to obtain higher accuracy. To see the actors who influence the opinion of netizens on the topic of BPJS, the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method is used. Based on the SVM Method's test results, the best accuracy results are obtained in combining the SVM Method with Adaboost, with an accuracy rate of 92%. Compared to the pure SVM method by 91%, the Combination of SVM Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) by 87% and SVM using Feature Selection Genetic Algorithm (GA) by 86%.

Abstract

After several years of launch, the LAPAN-A2 satellite has produced a huge amount of telemetry data consisting of information on the status of the satellite's condition during orbit. The telemetry generated by the satellite is in the form of real-time telemetry and long-time telemetry. So far, telemetry data is only stored in a folder with a unique name. This method tends to be manual and makes it easier for users to analyze satellite conditions. This system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, wherein the development process has five stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. This paper will describe the design of a web-based satellite telemetry information system. The system has been tested using structural, functional, and usability tests. The evaluation results show that this information system is affordable and accepted well. The usability test results show that the LAPAN-A2 satellite, telemetry data information system, has met usability needs very well. Respondents have successfully carried out many experiments. In this case, operators and satellite analysis, with a question value of 86.22%, can be answered and 13.77% unable to be answered.

Abstract

This study explores online learning by Indonesian high school students during the Covid19 Pandemic. Many high schools in Indonesia use online learning technology in Google Classroom and Google Meet. The sudden and forced switch from a conventional classroom to a fully online one caught many off guards. This study looks at the behavior of Indonesian high school students in facing sudden changes in study mode from offline or hybrid to full online due to the Covid19 Pandemic. Theory of Planned Behaviour is used and extended by adding Perceived Risks dan Trust to develop a questionnaire. Trust in this study is differentiated between Trust Toward Application and Trust Toward Organization. The survey was distributed to 1986 students from three private high schools in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. As many as 462 responses were received, representing a 23.26% response rate. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The analysis of survey results confirms that TPB, Perceived Risks, and Trust could explain the use of Online Learning by Indonesian high school students. Furthermore, Trust is also influenced, albeit in a small percentage, Perceived Risks.

Abstract

The ideal conditions for the oyster mushrooms growth are at a humidity of 65-75% and 29-31C during incubation, while the growth of stems should be at a humidity of 70-90% 29-32C. This ideal ecosystem is maintained by aeration and manual watering. Still, the results are not optimal in preventing damage to the mycelium during the incubation period, resulting in a decrease in crop yields. Automatic control has not created ideal conditions because air temperature and humidity regulation are only based on fans and sprayers that do not directly affect air conditions. Therefore, we need a method to manipulate the mushroom greenhouse space ecosystem, namely fuzzy logic, the application of fuzzy logic integrated with sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers with the Internet of Things to solve this problem. The results of the installation of fuzzy logic in the mushroom's greenhouse in this system can be seen from the fan's modulation response and the pump's duration. The test results of this control feature can manipulate temperature and humidity. Therefore, the oyster mushroom greenhouse produces an ideal state of 29.8C, the humidity of 68.97% RH, and the production has been proven to be optimal with an average daily harvest of 3.8kg.

Abstract

Academic Information System is a tool to support academic activities in implementing education in institutions effectively and efficiently. Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya is an institution that already has an integrated academic information system called I-Gracias. I-Gracias uses a single-user system for all applications. Most users of I-Gracias are students, so student satisfaction with integrated academic information system services can be used as benchmarks in determining I-Gracias improvement plans. One method used for the I-Gracias improvement process is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. This method determines the student's desire for I-Gracias using the House of Quality (HOQ) matrix. The result of this research is that the QFD method can prioritize technical responses to the main obstacles for students in using I-Gracias by correlating Voice of Consumer (VOC) and technical response. The highest priority for technical response is coordinating with other units with a technical importance rating of 620.9 and a relative weight value of 21%. Next is to update the module regularly, socialize i-Gracias, meet management targets, receive criticism and suggestions, carry out regular checks and recruit HR if needed as a sequence of improvements to i-Gracias.

Abstract

This research has created a model to determine the optimum allocation of land-use planning for farming in West Java by considering the two main components, i.e., production and cost. The method is essential in farming, especially in the COVID-19 situation, as it determines clearly which procedure needs to be involved for land-use farming optimization. The problem of land allocation lies in finding the optimum solution from the multi-objective functions. In this study, the method used to cope with the land-use design problem was the Genetic Algorithm (GA) and its expansion called Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA). The research results indicated that the best total fitness in GA and NSGA is relatively the same. It was shown that both NSGA and GA could make a planning scheme optimal for the farming commodities in West Java. Based on the maximum optimum value from the best fitness value of NSGA, around 37.35% of the farmland in West Java, it is the best fit for the big red chili commodity. The city where the land used for extensive red chili farming is found to have the maximum optimum value is Garut, with 98.73% of its total farm area.
