Abstract

Purpose of the research is to knowing and analyze quality of service is measured based on the physical aspects of the service and non-physical aspects have an influence of the partially on customer satisfaction, it has an influence of simultaneously, and from the two aspects, which aspect is more dominant on customer satisfaction holder Simpeda Savings Bank Kalse Branch Tanjung.The research approach used is quantitative with explanatory research type and research location is on Bank Kalsel Branch Tanjung. The population of research is customer holders Bank Kalsel Branch Tanjung with a total sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques, to test the influence of simultaneous use test F and to test partial influence used T Test at significance level 0.05.Results of research proved that the quality of service which measured base on physical aspect and non-physical aspect have an effect  partially where the data processed using the T test found that the number T count for non-physical aspects of 2,522 and T count for the physical aspect of 2,821 while the T table known for 1.661 or if it compared to the count T > T table can be concluded that there is a partial influence both aspects on customer satisfaction. Physical aspects and non-physical aspects also influence simultaneously on customer satisfaction which evidenced by the results of the F test where from the data processing obtained value of F count of  35 455 and the F table at 3,090 so F count > F table or it can be concluded that the physical aspect and the non-physical aspects have a simultaneous influence on customer satisfaction. The physical aspect is the dominant aspect because it has value T count is higher than T count the non-physical aspects which prove that the physical aspect has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction holder Simpeda Savings Bank Kalsel Branch Tanjung.From the  result of research found that the physical aspect is dominant aspects that give an influence to customer satisfaction, different from results of previous research where the non-physical aspect is a more dominant aspect in influencing customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to identify and analyze the influence of product to parent’s decisions in choosing school 2) to identify and analyze the influence of promotion to parent’s decisions in choosing school 3) to identify and analyze the influence of people to parent’s decisions in choosing school 4) to identify and analyze the influence of process to parent’s decisions in choosing school and 5) to identify and analyze the influence of product, promotion, people, and process simultaneously to parent’s decisions in choosing school.The research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 177 respondents of parents whose children are currently studying in SMA GIBS. This study uses multiple regression analysis model and uses Statistical Packed for Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0 to analyze the data.The results of this study indicate that 1) the product does not significantly influence the parent’s decision in choosing school 2) the promotion significantly influences the parent’s decision in choosing school 3) the people significantly influence the parent’s decision in choosing school 4) the process significantly influences the parent’s decision in choosing school and 5) the product, promotion, people and process simultaneously have significant influence to parent’s decision in choosing school.Keywords: Product, promotion, people, process, and decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: (1) Know and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance, (2) Determine and analyze the influence of Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance, and (3) Know and analyze the influence of the Employee Performance Extrinsic Motivation.The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Water Company (PDAM), Tanah Laut District totaling 48 people. The technique used is the technique of sampling saturated with the overall number of population sampled. Collecting data using questionnaires designed using level Likert scale 1-5. Analysis of the data using structural models SmartPLS.The results showed: (1) Transformational Leadership Style significant effect on the performance of employees amounted to 31.25%, based on the significant influence of Transformational Leadership Style it is expected that the leadership of the company to maintain the values contained in Transformational Leadership Style thereby giving encouragement to employees to increase their performance , (2) intrinsic Motivation significant effect on the performance of employees amounted to 35.32%, based on intrinsic Motivation is expected to significantly influence the management / leadership of the company increases intrinsic motivation given to encourage employees to increase their performance, and (3) Extrinsic motivation significantly influence employee performance amounted to 35.63%, based on the expected significant influence extrinsic motivation management / leadership of the company increased extrinsic motivation given to encourage employees to increase their performance. Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of 1). The organization practice (X1), on the satisfication of work performance (X3), the organizational performance (X3), the organizational commitment (X3), and the employees’ work performance (Y), 2). The satisfication of work performance (X2) on the organizational commitment (X3) on the employees’ work performance (X).The population of this study are all of the employees at the cooperation of Primkoppol Polres Palangkaraya as much as 26 and all of them were taken as the sample of this study. For data collection, researcher used questionnaire which was designed by the Likert scale level 1-5. The data analysis used is SmartP1.5 structural model.The result of the study proved, 1). The organizational practice (X), influential significantly on the work performance satisfication (X2), the organizational commitment (X3) and the employees’ work performance, the quality of the effect respectively are 70,55%, 59,69% and 82,14%. The satisfication of work performance (X2) influential significantly on the organizational commitment (X3) and employees’ work performance (Y) with the effect quantity for each are 47,31% and 38,16%. The organizational commitment (X3) influentially not significant on the employees’ work performance (Y) with the effect quantity (-14,13%). Keywords: the organizational practice, work performance satisfication, the organizational commitment, and employees’ work performance.

Abstract

Research purposes to determine and analyze simultaneously the influence of factors of leadership, employee competence, effectiveness, communication, work motivation and marketing strategies on the performance of employees at PT Wahana Karya Media Banjarmasin.The research uses a quantitative approach in this study is intended to facilitate the discussion of analytical, quantitative approach where it is one of the existing approaches in the sociology of science. This approach emphasizes the strict procedures in determining the research variables.Results obtained are the significant influence of the factor of leadership, competence of employees, employee motivation and marketing strategies on the performance of employees at PT Wahana Karya Media Banjarmasin. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation to increase employee performance. Organization needs employee in operate its operational activities. Because the employee is an important asset of an organization, so many things must be considered related to the increasing of job achievement. A good achievement is one of organization objective in obtain the higher job productivity. The achievement of the job performance did not separated from the quality of human resources quality. As wellnas another organization, PT Bank Kalsel need a qualified human resources in support and achieve ot organization objectives.The research have been conducted at PT. Bank Kalsel Capem Pemprov in Banjarbaru. This study was conducted by using a descriptive quantitative research. The sample was the employees at PT Bank Kalsel Capem Pemprov Banjarbaru and the amount are 12 persons. The data were obtained by doing interview, documentation study, and giving questionnaires to the sample. The variables were examined by using Likert Scale. Validity and Reliability test were used to test the questionnaires. Processing data in SPSS 21.0 version were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and the hypothesis was analyzed by using multiple linier regressions.The conclusion of this research is that: Partially, the organizational culture variables and motivation have positive and significant impact on employee performance, and that job organization culture dan motivation has a positive and significant influence to the employee performance of the PT Bank Kalsel Capem Pemprov Banjarbaru.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study wast oexamine the partial and simultaneous influence of Leader ship, Work Discipline and motivation on employees performance of Central Kalimantan Bank Kapuas Branch. The sample population were all employees of the Bank namely 27 people. How ever, only 26 people taken as samples (a branch leader as an exception). Based on data organization structure per June 30, 2014. The research applied saturated sampling method since the sample were less than 30 people. The research used multiple linier regression analysis model. The results of the analysis showed that Leadership, Work Discipline and Motivation have significant effect partially and simultaneoes lyto the Employees Performance of Central Kalimantan bank Kapuas Branch. The Leadership was at 40.4%, Discip line 37.2% and Motivation was at 27.5%, mean while the simultaneous influence was at 68.5%. Keywords: Employee Performance, Leadership, Discipline and Motivation.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine member satisfaction of ‘Madani’ Business Multipurpose Cooperation, Kotabaru based on the level of need and level of performance in the dimensions of direct evidence (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, (2) to determine which attributes belong to the main priority and maintained, or the excessive low priority, (3)  to determine the width of the gap or gap between the importance and the performance of services.This type of this research was descriptive quantitative. In this study the author compared the level of need with the level of performance in producing satisfaction. Data were collected using questionnaires, and the samples of 121 cooperative members were selected by accidental sampling. Data analysis used IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and gap analysis.The analysis result of the suitability level of the lowest attributes of the service quality was responsiveness (responsiveness) with the attribute of quick responsiveness in responding to complaints/ problems (87.71%), and the highest dimension was direct evidence (tangible) in the attributes of cleanliness and tidiness of office and employees (101.10%).The analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) showed that there were four more dominant attibutes in quadrant B (Preserve Achievement) at IPA Cartesian diagram, as follows:1.     Completeness, preparedness and cleanliness of equipments of ‘Madani’ Business Multipurpose Cooperation, Kotabaru (3)2.     Knowledge and skills of tellers and customer service officers (9)3.     Politeness and trustworthiness owned by the employees of  the office of ‘Madani‘ Business Multipurpose Cooperative, Kotabaru (10)4.     Responsibility for the comfort of its members (12)The highest value gap  was in the dimension of responsiveness with the value of -0.55. Meanwhile,  the lowest gap was the dimension of assurance with the value of -0.02. For the value gap (gap), the highest gap was quick response attribute in facing complaints/problems (7) with the value of -0.55, and the lowest gap was the attributes of cleanliness and tidiness of the office and employees (1) with the value of 0.05, and the service was fast, accurate, friendly and ready to help (6) with the value of 0.05. Keywords: Cooperation member satisfaction, level of interest, level of performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous work environment and motivation on employee performance taps Kapuas. In addition to the basic tasks as channeling water, PDAM Kabupaten Kapuas required to pay more attention to aspects of its human resources to create professional employees, strong, agile, intelligent and forward-looking. One of the factors that can affect the performance of the employee is to create a good working environment and motivation.The research was conducted on PDAM Kapuas. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research is research explanation (explanatory research). Population and sample in this study were employees of PDAM Kabupaten Kapuas many as 75 people. Technical data collection with documentation, questionnaires, interviews, observation. Variables examined with Likert scale. Questionnaires first tested the validity and reliability test. Data processing software SPSS version 21.0 was analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression.The conclusion of this study is no partial effect the working environment of 21.6% and 71.4% motivation on employee performance PDAM Kabupaten Kapuas. Simultaneously influence the work environment and motivation on employee performance PDAM Kabupaten Kapuas 47.5%. The variable most dominant influence on employee performance is variable motivation.Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture (X1), motivation (X₂), and job satisfaction (Z) the Employee Performance (Y) at PT PLN (Persero) Region South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan area of Kuala Kapuas.The study uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research.  50 employees were taken as the samples with saturated sampling technique. Data were collected with questionnaire of Likert scale level 5. The collected data were then analyzed with the use SmartPLS.The test results proved that cultural organization did not significantly affect job satisfaction, organizational culture significantly influenced employee motivation, organization culture gave significantly effects on employee performance, motivation gave significantly effects on job satisfaction, motivation did not significantly gave effects on employee performance, job satisfaction significantly gave effects on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance
