Abstract

The main focus of this research is how to shape character of young generation through family institutions in digital era. The study, therefore, discusses the adopted parenting pattern and the role of family institutions in shaping character of young generation in digital era. Data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation studies. The population in this study is all students of SMP Negeri 9 Palopo which amounted to 597 people. Sampling technique used is Probability Sampling Technique based on Slovin formula so that the number of samples is 86 people. The results showed that the adopted parenting pattern is permissive, authoritarian, and authoritative.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to know what is the strategy of the headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo, to know the effort of the headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo, and to know the supporting factors and hindering factors of headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo. This research is qualitative research which used pedagogic, management, and psychology approaches. The instruments used are interview guide, observation, and documentation. The data analyzed by reduction, data display and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the strategy of the headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo are planning, organizing, implementation, supervision and evaluation toward the program. The headmaster efforts in fostering the religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo such as take dhuhur and dhuha prayers together, reading al-Qur’an literacy program,  pray together before the learning process, celebrating Islamic days, implementaing 3S (sipakalebbi, sipakainge, sipakatau), and practicing asmaul huzna zikir. The supporting factor in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo are the high trust of the students’ parents to the headmaster, the good cooperation between the headmaster and the teachers in supporing the programs at school. The hidering factor is the lack of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap: (1) model pengembangan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kota Palopo; (2) pelaksanaan model pengembangan kinerja guru melalui supervisi pendidikan pada SMA Negeri di Kota Palopo; dan (3) Pelaksanaan model pengembangan kinerja guru melalui pemberdayaan pada SMA Negeri di Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan yang kajiannya bersifat kualitatif-verifikatif untuk mengungkap makna yang ada di balik fenomena realitas sosial tentang pelaksanaan model pengembangan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kota Palopo. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan fenomenologi dalam upaya memahami fenomena-fenomena yang berkaitan dengan realitas, situasi, kondisi, dan interaksi yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan model pengembangan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kota Palopo. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Model pengembangan kinerja guru yang diterapkan di SMA Negeri di Kota Palopo adalah model pengembangan kinerja guru melalui supervisi pendidikan; (2) Pelaksanaan model pengembangan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kota Palopo belum berjalan optimal karena sejumlah kelemahan, yaitu: (a) perencanaan baru sebatas penjadualan kegiatan serta belum dibuat khusus dan detail berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan; (b) pembinaan dan pendampingan belum optimal dan belum fokus pada kebutuhan guru; dan (3) Pelaksanaan model pengembangan kinerja guru melalui pemberdayaan baru sebatas memenuhi kebutuhan persyaratan kenaikan pangkat. Potensi guru belum dimanfaatkan melalui pemberdayaan.

Abstract

The subjects of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) are the terms of Islamic Religious Education courses applied to universities of Muhammadiyah which is very significant in forming students as professional, intellectual, and personal religious learning learner according to the guidance of Islam that upholds the value of humanity,and able to compete in the era of globalization, therefore the implementation process of AIK curriculum subjects must be well managed, structured and systematic. This research is qualitative descriptive, conducted in STKIP Muhammadiyah Palopo, aimed to describe the implementation of curriculum management of the subjects of al-Islam and Kemuhammadiayahan in STKIP Muhammadiyah Palopo. Data collection techniques used interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction techniques, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that AIK curriculum management functions in STKIP Muhammadiyah Palopo were well implemented, supported by muhammadiyah cadres and other stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision delivered by Madrasah Principal on teacher discipline in MTs Guppi Samata, Kec. Somba Opu, Gowa, South Sulawesi. This research is a field research with quantitative research design and quantitative approach. The research used questionnaire as a data collection technique that included three stages (preparation, implementation, and final stages), and were prepared using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis showed that there was an effect of the supervision of the Madrasah principal on the discipline of MTs Guppi Samata teachers in Kec. Somba Opu, Gowa, South Sulawesi.

Abstract

Kualitas produksi yang dihasilkan oleh industri kecil sangat ditentukan oleh produktivitas tenaga kerjanya. Tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja yang cenderung rendah dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya jumlah produksi. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lain tingkat pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja, dan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja, dan jenis kelamin terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja pada industri kecil di Kota Palopo. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang tenaga kerja pada industri kecil yang ada di Kota Palopo yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability random sampling. Adapun metode analisis dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan rumus regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja dan jenis kelamin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri kecil Kota Palopo. Selanjutnya dari keempat variabel independen tersebut yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja yaitu variabel usia sebesar 2,331. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pengembangan kajian ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia terkhusus mengenai produktivitas tenaga kerja dalam rangka upaya peningkatan produksi pada industri kecil.

Abstract

This study focuses on finding students' perceptions of online learning and to find supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study is a survey research. Data and information were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were 147 students of Islamic education management in semester 4 and a sample of 79 students. Data were analyzed descriptively from questionnaires and interviews, compiling distribution tables and displaying data in diagrammatic form. The results showed that 49% of students could access learning well and 51% could not access online learning properly, 74.96% of students were able to learn independently and 25.04% were unable to learn independently, 48.61% of students stated that online learning effective and 51.38% stated that it was not effective, 78% of students stated that they were treated equally and 22% stated that they were treated unequally and 65.82% of students stated that there was good communication between lecturers and students and between students and students. The benefit of online learning, namely, flexibility in place and time, can be done independently, increased ability to operate technology, and easy access to communication. The inhibitings are unstable network connection, increased costs, less effective learning, and too many tasks.

Abstract

Manajemen personalia telah dilaksanakan sejak dulu oleh nenek moyang kita , hal ini ternyata dengan adanya bangunan seperti Borobudur, Piramid di Mesir dan sebagainya. Meskipun demikian karena situasi dan kondisi berubah serta kebutuhan yang mendesak, maka sejak abad ke-20 manajemen personalia mulai dekembangkan dan diusahakan untuk diterapkan. Untuk dapat mengembangkan manajemen personalia maka kita harus sadar bahwa manusia bukanlah benda mati sebab manusia mempunyai perasaan, mereka dapat gembira dan sakit hati , mereka dapat senan dan susah , mereka bukan hanya memerlukan kebutuhan materi tetapi juga mereka juga sering mengharapkan penghargaan dan pengakuaan Dalam mempelajari MSDM ada 3 (tiga) pendekatan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu: (1) Pendekatan mekanis;(2) Pendekatan paternalis, dan (3) Pendekatan sistim sosial.

Abstract

The existence of public relations management is very important in an educational institution, especially in communication with the community to form a good opinion. Education is the biggest source of investment in developing and making people whole (insanul kamil). Understanding someone's opinion, in this case public opinion is not easy. Because it is the formation of public opinion formed by the selective public, because in all problems there is always every public. Public Relations plays a very important role in every institution or institution, because public relations is one of the strategic ways in creating a positive or negative image in an institution. In this case public relations has a broad relationship, and the role of public relations in the development of education has a very urgent position, especially in determining the direction of education in accordance with the wishes of all parties, especially customer demands. The development of public opinion with a variety of characters increasingly diverse, both internal and external requires special solutions in communicating with them. Organizational communication activities are strategic communication activities that need to be carried out by the organization. Because this is related to the image of the educational institution itself.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the picture of audio visual based learning media planning in Indonesian subjects. This type of research is descriptive qualitative to find the nature or experience of a person with a phenomenon that is the governance of audio visual based learning media. Data was collected through: stakeholder involvement through the planning of Larompong 1 High School learning media management. Audio Visual Based learning media governance is obtained through two data sources namely informants and documents. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and focus group discussions. The results of the study show: The governance of audio visual based learning media planning begins with the selection of instructional media tailored to the material and learning objectives in the RPP with the principles of using audio-visual media and refers to the Minimum Completeness Criteria. Students who get the KKM value exceeds the KKM value that has been set by the school means that the student has been able to study thoroughly, conversely if students who get the KKM value is smaller and the KKM value that has been set by the school then the student is said to have not finished learning. Students will be given remedial services by subject teachers and for those who have met the KKM, then given enrichment.
