Abstract

Implementation of e-marketing to provide information for consumers about the product of PT Kreasi Putra Serayu .They can determine the level of e-marketing and can improve the brand image Nay@dam. Allegedly brand image Nay@dam is still not perceived well by the public, due to lack of marketing. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the level of implementing e-marketing and an overview of the level of Nay@dam brand image perceived by the customer. To assess the effect of implementation of e-marketing on brand image Nay@dam. The research method used is descriptive method of analysis and verification with the customer unit PT Kreasi Putra Serayu as many as 91 customers who had been friends with Nay@dam facebook. The findings of this study is the application of e-marketing that provides information for consumers on its implementation is still less than the maximum. Implementation of e-marketing has positive and significant impact on brand image Nay@dam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to also learn how where efktivitas system used in the company, from this study are expected to provide benefits for the company in Batam, especially PT Shimano Batam, regarding the effectiveness of information systems RVMS PT Shimano Batam For Employees in doing their job. This study attempts to examine how the Effectiveness of Information Systems Employee Motivation RVMS influence on Shimano PT Batam. This study uses one independent variable and one dependent variable. The impact of the independent variables was analyzed by simple regression model. The results showed that there is a relationship of mutual dependence between variables significantly related.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to (1) the effect of Visual Rod Utilization Management System (RVMS) of the Employee Efficiency in PT Shimano Batam partially; (2) Effect on Employee Competency partially Employee Efficiency; (3) Effect of Utilization Rod Visual Management System (RVMS), and Competencies Employee to Employee efficiency simultaneously. Rod Visual Management System (RVMS) is an information system that is used to present information to support operations, management, and decision-making in an Employee organisasi.Kompetensi a framework that guide everyday behavior in making decisions for employees and directing the actions of employees to achieve organizational goals. Decision-making (decision making) is the process of identifying problems and opportunities and then memecahkannnya. This study includes quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Shimano Batam. Research sampling technique using a Likert scale technique. In the research paradigms are thought to influence utilization Rod Visual Management System (RVMS), and Competencies Employee to Employee Efficiency.

Abstract

Supply problems often faced by decision makers, especially in the areas of inventory, both in the production of goods and services. Basically a company that does the production process must perform inventory control to create a precision in planning the amount of production that will be sold to the market. If the amount of goods produced too few compared to the number of requests from consumers, it will result in loss of consumer confidence on the company so that the impact for companies which are losing the opportunity to earn profits and likely to pay much larger to meet the demand. Conversely, if the number of requests from consumers is smaller than the amount of goods produced, the company suffered losses of these conditions resulting from the increase storage costs, material waste not channeled, depreciation expense, interest embedded in inventory costs, insurance, taxes, engine failure, and decrease price. DPACK-R System is a kind of inventory management that are used by companies Indragiri Makmur Sentosa Yamaha dealer to make transactions demand for goods both in the number of parties or units. In this system other than inventory activity, there are several other activities such as: order entry, purchase, accounts receivable and payable, marketing, master, and systems.

Abstract

The process of purchasing a laptop is not difficult enough to provide some money and go ketoko who sell it and buy a laptop. But there is a more difficult is to determine which laptop will be purchased in accordance with daily needs that is difficult, there are four major variables studied in the process of purchasing laptops in this journal is the processor, memory (RAM), hard drive and price. Researchers want to know by processing the data using software WEKA (Algortima C, 45) Which will be the main choice of buyers in buying a laptop which means it will be known which will be a top priority buyers in buying a laptop with the object is a student of SMK Batam city who has bought a laptop . From here it can be concluded later whether the buyer prefer the processor than the RAM, hard drive or price or other patterns will appear like RAM, processor, hard drive and the price or other patterns that can not be reviewed because all assumptions may appear depending on the data obtained. So please note that the conclusions are taken is not the most correct answer but based on the development of data obtained from students SMK processed using Software WEKA.

Abstract

This study aims to provide recommendations for designing information systems academic at several universities in Batam by using the concept of Human Computer Interaction. The method used is a qualitative method using inductive analysis approach to the exclusion of the initial hypothesis of the study, still looking for patterns, shapes and themes to express the data systematically. The results of this research is the concept of Human Computer Interaction applied to the SIA on two campuses in Batam is still not implemented, due to usability, system functionals, effective and efficient yet been fully implemented. Recommendation that the writers are designing a Web-based AIS (Web based), with due regard to the basic concepts of HCI.

Abstract

Kebijakan Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah untuk mendukung pendidikan di Indonesia diimplementasikan dalam berbagai bentuk. Salah satu dukungan tersebut dikenal dengan BOS (Dana Operasional Sekolah) sudah dilakukan sejak tahun 2007. Ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan akses pembangunan pendidikan dalam rangka mensukseskan wajib belajar 9 tahun. Sumber dana BOS berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) dan setiap tahun semakin meningkat. Tentu saja, Pemerintah memberikan banyak bantuan dana melalui Pemerintah Daerah dengan harapan melalui dana yang diberikan ke sekolah dapat digunakan untuk membeli barang-barang kebutuhan sekolah maupun melengkapi fasilitas sekolah agar operasional sekolah dapat berjalan dengan lebih baik. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional yang tertuang dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 pasal 3. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: Untuk memperoleh gambaran fasilitas kerja, untuk memperoleh gambaran kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekolah SMA Negeri 8 Batam. Di dalam penelitian ini, fasilitas kerja adalah sebagai variabel independen (X) dan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan inferensial dengan unit analisis para pegawai di Sekolah SMA Negeri 8 Bengkong Batam sebanyak 58 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi linier sederhana. Temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa fasilitas kerja yang tersedia sudah baik, kinerja pegawai sudah baik, dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan yang berarti antara fasilitas kerja dengan kinerja pegawai.

By using the AHP, the evaluation and assessment activities to content published by PLN Batam can be done, it aims to determine what type ll interest to the reader so that the management web e-bright maximum of PLN Batam can be. So this method can also be used as an alternative in evaluating the management of web e-bright PLN Batam which has not been done. Based on the results of research and discussion is done, it can be concluded that: The percentage weighting for content published on the website in the e-bright PLN Batam is the largest horizontal menu by 25,6% and the percentage in weight for the content published on the website e-bright PLN This is the smallest Batam Us 2.4%

Abstract

Kehadiran internet bagaimanapun harus dipadukan dengan kecanggihan desain dan pertimbangan dari sisi usability. Jika pengguna tidak dapat menemukan apa yang dibutuhkan dari halaman web yang diberikan karena kurangnya informasi atau kompleksitas navigasi, pengguna akan menjadi frustrasi dan pindah ke situs lain. Rata-rata pengguna menghabiskan 46 detik melihat setiap halaman web. Berbagai organisasi tertarik dalam mengevaluasi website untuk memastikan bahwa pihak organisasi secara efektif dapat mencapai dan mempertahankan pelanggan, dan penelitian terbaru menunjukkan bahwa estetika telah menjadi semakin penting bagi pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur nilai estetika website Bank BPR Kota Batam dengan Model End User Computing Satisfaction, apakah pengguna merasa puas terhadap desain website yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan diagram tulang ikan. Diagram tulang ikan digunakan untuk mengetahui akar penyebab pengguna merasa puas terhadap website yang ada di Bank BPR Kota Batam. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna sistem sebanyak 60 responden didapatkan hasil bahwa pengguna puas dengan indicator warna, lay out, animasi, image, jenis huruf, keseimbangan tampilan dan daya tarik untuk Bank BPR di Kota Batam. Nilai estetika website bank Kencana Graha sebesar 68,2 % menyatakan puas dengan tampilan dan di urutan kedua bank BPRS Vitka Central dengan persentase 67,90%.

Abstract

Salah satu dari pengenalan pola yang umum dikenal orang adalah pengenalan tulisan. Pengenalan tulisan yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karakter aksara tulisan Incung. Tulisan Incung memiliki keunikan dari bentuknya yang berbeda dengan tulisan lainnya. Ekstraksi ciri karakter dilakukan dengan metode backpropagation. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan algoritma Backpropagation dibentuk dengan membuat generalisasi aturan pelatihan dan pengujian dengan cara menambahkan lapisan tersembunyi atau Hidden layer. Hasil dari percobaan menunjukkan bahwa Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan algoritma Backpropagation yang sudah dilatih dan diuji dengan baik akan memberikan keluaran yang masuk akal jika diberikan masukan yang serupa dengan pola yang dipakai untuk pelatihan dan pengujian. Sifat generalisasi ini membuat pelatihan dan pengujian lebih efisien karena tidak perlu dilakukan pada semua data.
