Abstract

This research is a kind of field research, case study on Kedai Hj.S Jl.Kesumba Malang Town customers that aims to know how the influence of product quality, service quality and digital marketing to customer loyalty. The data were taken directly from the respondents through a questionnaire survey with Likert scale by random sampling to as many as 80 respondents. The results of data analysis using SPSS 23 software shows that both product quality, service quality and digital marketing have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Thus, to increase customer loyalty, it is suggested that Hj.S management to improve the product quality, or at least maintain the product quality, speed up the service processing and increase the social media usage.

Abstract

The long-term goal of this research is to test the effectiveness of financial management theory and research. The research method is explanatory (explanatory research) that research is done to confirm and test whether there is relationship or influence between variables, that is specifically will be tested hypothesis in structural equation. Causal research is a study designed to identify the cause and effect of each relationship between variables on a clearly defined research problem. This research uses data pooling that is merging between time series and cross section data. In this study, the analysis used to test the five hypotheses through path analysis technique and SPSS program version 23. Path coefficient is standardized regression coefficient. The path coefficient is calculated by making two structural equations ie the regression equation showing the hypothesized relationship. The result of this research is the ownership structure having negative and significant effect to the dividend policy; Capital structure has no effect on dividend policy; Capital structure has a positive and significant impact on firm value; The ownership structure affects firm value through dividend policy, or dividends mediating the influence of ownership structure on firm value. Capital structure does not affect the value of the company through dividend policy, but it directly affects the value of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1). The influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (2). The influence of work discipline on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (3). The influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch. The research method is quantitative causality or causal with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is all 37 employees with 37 samples using full sampling (census). Hypothesis test using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The result of t test (partial) shows that leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact to employee's performance; and F test results (simultaneous) indicate that leadership And Work Discipline Together Effect On Employee performance.

Abstract

One of the key issues in a company's success in achieving its vision and mission is the quality of Human Resources (HR). The Objektive of this study is to determine the importance of human resource management strategies and job satisfaction that has an impact the productivity of employees. 1. In this research, we observed the appliedship Human Resources on management of PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika (SSI), PT. Sarana Reswara Abadi (SRA) and PT. Reswara Prima Express (Respex), Based on service target and its operation, 2. In this research, we prepare questionaire for our respondents which will be interviewed and the outcome will be used for the analysis on the achievement in company’s performance is probability the corporate productivity. 3. It can be identified what strategy does the company to achieve its vision and mission. 4. It can be concluded that the quality of human resources need to be improved the target on the company's performance from the point of the current performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Equity terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan yang terindeks LQ45 periode 2015-2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45 yang secara konsisten terindeks tahun 2015-2017. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari ringkasan catatan laporan keuangan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Earning Per Share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham untuk perusahaan terindeks LQ45 secara konsisten periode 2015-2017.

Abstract

The government's efforts to encourage Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to "go online" get great support from the business people of e-commerce.This is because the economic power, especially in Indonesia with 60% lies in MSMEs. In the current mobile internet era, the number of smartphone users who have done online is the main source in the development of MSMEs. One of the strategies adopted by many businesses in Indonesia is the Online to Offline or Offline to Online (O2O) strategy.The O2O business model not only changes consumer mentality and service models but also bring a new challenge to the traditional e-commerce. It can be said that e-commerce is currently looking for new ways to combine online and offline economics, which is an inevitable trend in e-commerce development.Therefore, the O2O business model is the right business model for MSMEs because it has great development prospects. This paper will discuss the introduction of the O2O model and its development strategy to MSMEs, as well as to promote the development of O2O-based e-commerce applications at MSMEs.

Abstract

The goals of this research is attempt to know how the effect of leadership style to the employees job performance and leadership style together with organization’s culture to the employees job performance at Toeng Market Malang. This research is a causal research, population of this research is 69 employees. Sample of this research is 69 employees by used full sampling technique. Hypothesis is tested by used t test (as partially) and F test (as simultaneously).The t test result shows that leadership style has positively and significant effect to the employees job performance, organization’s culture has no effect positively and significant., but leadrship style and organization’s culture simultanueously have positively and significant effect on the job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the early stages of the birth of a business or at the stage of conception and preparation. Specifically, the purpose of this study is to develop and test empirically the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions using entrepreneur characteristic variables such as age, education, competence, gender, job status, parental background, ability to see persuasion and persistence as a predicting factor. The sample of this research is students and students who get formal education about entrepreneurship in Surabaya city. The analysis is based on a binary logistic regression model that estimates the effect of a set of predictor variables on entrepreneurship intentions. Logistic regression results show that only the age, competence, network relations, and ability to see the opportunities that affect the intention of entrepreneurship. Out-of-the-box results are the background of the parents not impacting the entrepreneurship intentions.

Abstract

This study is based on the differences in rights received from permanent teacher and non-permanent teacher, such like teaching hours, benefits received, certification rights from government, and other incentives. So based on the background, the purpose of this research to identify and analyze differences in performance level of permanent teachers and non-permanent teachers at The Private Vocational High School in Malang City. The population on this research is all of Private Vocational High School in Malang City which amounted to 40 schools. The sample of this research is 10 schools, which each school will be represented by 5 permanent teachers and 5 non-permanent teachers. The total of each sample are 50 permanent teachers and 50 non-permanent teachers. This research uses questionnaire and quick interview method. This research’s data analysis is Chi-square statistics. The results showed that there was no difference in performance between permanent teacher and non-permanent teacher on Private Vocational High School in Malang City.

Abstract

The School of Economics of Asia is one of the universities that runs the education system. In the implementation of education system in STIE ASIA Malang using competency-based curriculum. Changes in global conditions with competition, job requirements and strategic change. STIE ASIA as one of the universities in Indonesia where the results of a review of the curriculum offered to be able to compete with the strength of the work force of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) that has been implemented since January 1, 2016. With the orientation on the needs and relevance of the user then applied courses that are part of the local-based curriculum project "Business Practices". Project-based learning enables students to learn which is a process whereby participants or students are self-clearing information through direct contact with others, working with groups, learning to be leaders, running a profit-oriented business, producing results in simple financial statements. Business Patterns, 2) Personal Selling, 3) Digital Marketing, 4) Business Functions. Meanwhile, soft skill as dependent variable is measured from communication ability, cooperation, confidence, and ability to be a leader.
