Abstract

This study is motivated by the nature of human beings born on the earth as khalifatu fi al-ard or as a leader. In this case, humans are expected to not only be their own leaders but also be leaders in managing, maintaining and managing the earth properly in all aspects of life. However, in the midst of this distribution era, this did not happen. This happens because the current development is so fast and advanced. The main key in this case is the choice or application of leadership models. Basically, the leadership model is diverse, but there is an interesting leadership model to study, namely prophetic leadership. To get data relevant to this problem the author uses descriptive analysis method, namely by providing a clear picture of the concept of prophetic leadership which includes, definitions, principles, nature and types of prophetic leadership. The results of the study show that this leadership model is ideal for implementation in daily life, because this model, was first applied by the Prophets of his time. In addition, the attributes of the Prophet also inspire leadership. Thus, it is expected that leaders can uphold these traits so that they can become good role models in all aspects of life both in society, nation and country.

Abstract

The Buru Reading Movement is an initiation of service from Iqra Buru University which later became one of the Buru District Government programs that has been running since 2017. This program is intended to improve and create the reading habits of the people in Buru Regency. This research is a qualitative study that aims to describe the implementation of the Buru Reading Movement in Buru Regency. The research location is focused on Namlea District by considering the density and heterogeneity of the community. The number of informants who will be interviewed is 40 people taken purposively. The analysis technique used follows the concept given by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the reading movement received a positive response from the community and village government where an active role was realized with the availability of village libraries, study rooms and learning houses. The availability of traveling cars only serves Namlea Village by prioritizing services in open spaces and public spaces, while for other villages it is still in the form of participation from the village government and the community to provide reading and learning spaces. However, this movement still leaves several obstacles, such as the availability of types of books that are still general in nature, have not been focused based on the target group and there is no assistance in reading and learning houses so that the utilization of these facilities for school-age people is not yet fully productive.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah apa metode saran dalam mendorong perspektif pendidikan Islam. Urgensi bimbingan moral dan langkah-langkah untuk menerapkan metode nasihat untuk pendidikan moral dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam.Penelitian perpustakaan (library research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan bahan-bahan yang diperoleh dari perpustakaan buku, menggunakan analisis isi yang menganalisis pesan-pesan yang diperoleh melalui simbol-simbol seperti artikel, buku, dan sebagainya. Pesan itu ditangkap secara kritis dengan langkah-langkah deskriptif, interpretatif, kritis, komparatif dan konklusif.Dengan menggunakan metode dan langkah-langkah di atas, hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut; (a) akhlak menempati posisi yang sangat mendesak dalam kehidupan manusia. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan pengembangan dan perumusan metode pengembangan moral yang sesuai; (b) prinsip-prinsip penerapan metode saran berdasarkan pada prinsip pengetahuan tingkat perkembangan fisik dan psikologis siswa, motivasi, kondisi dan situasi proses pembelajaran, model peran, pemahaman tujuan pendidikan, dan prinsip-prinsip pengetahuan untuk individu perbedaan pada siswa; (c) penerapan metode saran dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan kondisi dan situasi yang sangat luas karena metode ini adalah pemula / pendahuluan dan mencakup semua metode yang tersedia.

Abstract

The type of leader becomes an important entity in the management of islamic education. Surely, then, ongoing leadership should have a particular type of leadership that is expected to be able to bring wealth to the institutions or organizations it leads. As the educational organizers have already known that good leadership will deliver institutions to good qualities as well. As for this research, it focuses on the existence of authoritarian leadership in islamic education management. The study aims to identify forms of authoritarian leadership and the effect of its application in islamic institutions, and in this study researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach by reviewing the related literature. The results of the study indicate that authoritarian leadership is not appropriate to be adopted within islamic institutions for long periods of time, given that the good effects they have are very small and are more dominated by adverse effects. Researchers have thus revealed that it is necessary to recondition to eliminate and exclude the presence of this type of authoritarian leadership within the islamic institutions of education.

Abstract

What is the importance of us knowing Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools? So in fact the Islamic boarding school is the oldest Islamic education institution in Indonesia, currently still making important contributions in the social and religious fields. Islamic boarding school as an educational institution that has strong roots (in digenous) in the Muslim community Islamic Education for the first time in Indonesia. The position of this research is the study of the journey of Islamic boarding school that is able to maintain and also maintain its continuity as the first Islamic educational institution and has various educational models that have multiple aspects. Islam, buildings of Islamic boarding schools or educational facilities owned, Islamic boarding schools have 5 types based on the availability of facilities and infrastructure owned by the pesantren itself. While the next is based on the curriculum, the pesantren is divided into three, namely the first is a traditional pesantren (salafiyah), the second is a modern pesantren (khalaf or asriyah) and third is a comprehensive pesantren (combination). Pesantren has five elements, namely the first is the mosque, the second kyai, the third pondok, the four santri, and the fifth is the recitation using the yellow book (tafaqquh fi al-din). For the main core in the discussion in this article is to further discuss the history, development, and education system of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research in the form of scientific studies covers how the role of PAI teachers in providing classroom learning. This refers to the pattern of leadership that will serve as a concrete example of students. Successful educational institutions, can be seen from how the role of teachers working towards the education process takes place. So that the form of learning outcomes produce characteristics that are brought from the teacher as the educator.

Abstract

As stated in Law number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System, that Lapas fostered children are entitled to education and training while staying in correctional institutions. Islamic Religious Education Learning in Lapas Anak has differences with learning PAI in formal institutions. In formal schools learning emphasizes more on the academic ability of students while learning in Lapas Anak more emphasizes on moral material this is because the background of students in Lapas who need moral material to improve the morals of students. So the learning of Islamic Education in Lapas Anak is more flexible, as the substance of formal education in order to support lifelong education. The impact of Islamic Religious Education on changes in correctional behavior (andikpas) among others can be seen from the speech patterns and the language used by Lapas students is already good, especially facing older people. In terms of worship to Allah there is also progress, especially the prayer activities in congregation. Fluency in reading the Koran is also much improved with the provision of recitation materials.

Abstract

Each pesantren has its own characteristics in the education system that is applied to its students. And as we know, leadership character becomes one of the important things that can be highly suspect in daily life and the implementation of leadership character planting is applied early on in various institutions, as well as in Pondok Darussalam Darussalam Gontor Putri Mantingan. This study focuses on how Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontorr Putri Mantingan instills leadership characteristics in the daily lives of students and their application in society. The results showed that Pondok Gontor Modern Darussalam emphasized on five principles, including: sincerity, simplicity, self-reliance, ukhuwah Islamiyah which fostered a sense of caring and mutual cooperation among Muslims and freedom of thought.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengangkat tentang perbedaanmazhab empat imam besar (Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi’i, dan Hambali) dalam paradigma hukum fikih. Dasar hukum yang diambil untuk menetapkan hukum fikih dari keempat mazhab ini berbeda-beda, sehingga hukum fikih yang dikeluarkan atau ditetapkan juga berbeda meskipun terdapat beberapa kesamaan dalam menetapkan hukum fikih. Perbedaan ini dikarenakan adanya perbedaan zaman para fuqoha, sehingga hukum yang ditetapkanpun berbeda. Selain itu masalah-masalah yang dihadapi tiap fuqoha berbeda-beda. Ini adalah salah satu penyebab timbulnya perbedaan dari setiap ulama fikih. Tulisan ini dikaji menggunakan metode filsafat.Struktur fundamental dijadikan sebagai landasan filosofis,dan teori postmodern dijadikan sebagai rujukan dari tulisan ini. Oleh karena itu perbedaan pendapat dapat dilihat sebagai fitrah, karena adanya perbedaan zaman, primordialitas, dan geografis manusia. Adanya perbedaan pendapat dari mazhab-mazhab fikih menjadi saling melengkapi, jika dilihat dari perpektif teori system. Dengan begitu kita dapat menemukan bahwa kajian ini mengantarkan pada kesadaran hubungan saling melengkapi antara pendapat ulama fikih.Kata kunci: Empat Mazhab, Perbedaan Mazhab, Hukum Fikih

Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the Islamic view of women's leadership is. This paper uses the library study method of data gathering and information from various sources, such as books that contain a variety of theories that are needed researchers. The results of the study show that not only men can be leaders, but women can also be leaders. After Islam came the position of women was very glorified, respected, guarded, and guaranteed his life. The position of women according to Islamic legal views can be examined in various areas such as in the household, education field, skills field, political field, in the inheritance and in the field of worship.
