Abstract

Abstract Kinerja  karyawan  merupakan  suatu  tindakan yang  dilakukan  karyawan  dalam  melaksanakan  pekerjaan  yang  diberikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember kecuali kepala dinas, sejumlah 33 orang. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah pegawai selain Kepala Dinas di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember sebanyak 33 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan adalah korelasi rank spearman dengan bantuan paket software SPSS 17.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan delegatif mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember. Tingkat hubungan kuat ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,646. Selanjutnya, signifikansi hasil korelasi ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas signifikansi (0,000) yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi (α = 0,05) dan nilai t hitung (4,711) yang lebih besar dari t tabel (2,040). Sehingga, hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh kepemimpinan delegatif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember terbukti kebenarannya atau Ha diterima. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan delegatif dan kinerja pegawaiAbstracWork performance is an act committed employees in carrying out the work provided by the company. This research is using quantitative data. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The populations in this study were all employees in The Official Residence and Civil Register Jember Regencyexcept heads office, some 33 people. Sampling in this study using a census with the number of employees in The Official Residence and Civil Register Jember Regencyas many as 33 people. Analysis of the data used to answer the hypothesis is Spearman rank correlation with the help of SPSS 17.0 software package.The results showed that delegative leadership has a significant correlation with the work performance of employees at The Official Residence and Civil Register Jember Regency. Level demonstrated a strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0,646. Furthermore, the significance of the correlation results indicated the significance probability value (0,000) smaller than the significance level (α = 0,05) and the value of t test (4,711) is greater than t table (2,040). Thus, the hypothesis that there is a delegative leadership have significant effect to the work performance of employees at the The Official Residence and Civil Register Jember Regencyunsubstantiated or Ha accepted. Keywords: delegative leadership and work performance

Abstract

Abstract- Background of this research is to know: (1) design pattern and production process developed by weaving SMEs in Gelgel and Sampalan Village; (2) the carrying capacity of product quality to the consumers decision to conduct buying activity; (3) The existence of weaving SMEs with strategies in production and management. The effectiveness of the development of endek endek handicraft business should deserve important attention to be productive so that it succeeds in increasing production capacity and business management. Methods and design of research in the form of integrated simulation system modeling design, The influence of all forms of potential arrangement of hand crafted endek belt weaving with environmentally friendly way. The result of the research, design pattern and production process developed by weaving SMEs in Gelgel and Sampalan Village continue to be developed and successfully applied some computer design innovation which offer different style with other craftsman including production process always have monitoring by weaving owner to keep product quality starting from the beginning up to the finishing stage. The high market demand is supported from one of them due to the quality of the products produced by weaving in Gelgel and Sampalan region. Strategies in the field of production and management have a significant influence on the increase in activity penjulan and existence of a company that became known by consumers of endek cloth lovers.Keywords: Endek, Gelgel, quality, management, improvement, craftsman, production, ikat, Sampalan.

Abstract

Community group learners are a community group that  sets an example and deserves to be given a priority in a program for strengthening and  extending economy, especially in Bali province.  Departing from this idea, this study was aimed  (1) to produce an innovative   design  for handicrafs (creative economy)  for community group learners which matches their existing potentialities, (2) to produce a creative economy strategy at a larger scale. The results of this study showed that  the craftsmen had been able to produce  various  handicrafts such as laptop baggage, sokasi (bamboo basketwork used for holding rice), ballpoint stand, bamboo basket or tray for keeping offerings with  a variety of  designs. Community learners were able to develop product to meet the market conditions and   demands and were able to develop a larger network, with the local government, universities, and  businesses.

Abstract

The problem to be studied is how the sales forecasting method is applied in the company and what variables influence sales forecasting. with the aim, for the company can apply optimal sales forecasting method for the survival of the company and know the variables that affect sales forecasting. In this study the data obtained then tested by the following methods: (1) Linear Trend Analysis Method, General equation form (Sofyan Assauri, 1984, pp. 53-56): Y = a + bt, (2) Method of Exponental Trends (a) Constant, with forecasting function: (b) Linear, with the logarithmic method, Y = a + b log t The function of this method is: forecasting function: Y_t = a + bt and (4) Decomposition Method. Result of research The best forecasting method to predict the sales of bottled drinking water in CV Tirta Alam Jaya Merauke in the next period, is the method of Exponental Trend. This method is chosen because it has the lowest error rate value when compared with other forecasting method, that is for forecasting sales Bottled drinking water obtained MAD value of 932.65, MSE of 20,581,918.63 and MAPE of 34.94%. Sales forecasting results Bottled drinking water using Exponental trend method calculation is 14,104 Carton in January 2016

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of corporate strategy moderation in the influence of CSR performance on corporate financial performance. Company strategy is measured by Product Differentiation, CSR performance measured using Global Reporting Association (GRI) index, and financial performance measured with Return on Assets (ROA) period 2016-2017. Research population Mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016 and 2017 and Companies that issue annual reports during the period 2016-2017. The results of this study indicate that the performance of CSR does not show significant influence to the company's financial performance and use the company's strategy as a moderator variable indicates that the company's strategy variable turns out to moderate significantly the impact of CSR performance on the financial performance of the company

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui penyebab masih bertahannya pedagang tuak di Desa Datah, karena kondisi desa yang tandus menyebabkan pekerjaan bercocok tanan lebih cocok dilakukan saat musim hujan saja, karena kondisi desa yang tandus sehingga tanah lebih cocok ditanami pohon aren. Selain hasil berupa minuman keras (tuak), pohonya juga dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomis bagi pemilik pohon aren tersebut, dikarenakan hasil dari daun pohon aren tersebut dapat dijual yang untuk selanjutnya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana upacara keagamaan. Hasil dari buah dan daun pohon aren tersebut juga memerlukan waktu untuk memanennya, namun menyadap tuak dapat dilakukan setiap hari sehingga langsung dapat dijual ke konsumen. Jadi menjual tuak dapat dikatakan pekerjaan utama karena dari hasil menjual tuak tersebut mereka langsung dapat gunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga. Keadaan seperti ini yang menyebabkan banyak penjual tuak tidak bisa berbuat banyak untuk hidupnya dan sulit beralih kepekerjaan lain.Kata Kunci: Tuak (Alkohol Bali), Sosial dan Ekonomi, Desa Datah

Abstract

Analysis of interpersonal communication to fit people organization and its implication on work achievement to know and analyze the direct influence of interpersonal communication to people Fit Organization And Its Implication On Job Performance of Inspectorate Employee of South Sumatera Province. This analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the influence of Interpersonal Communication (IC) variable to Person Organization Fit (POF) is 0.53, Interpersonal Communication (IC) to Job Performance of -0.04 and Person Organization Fit (POF) on Job Performance of 1.00. Indirect Influence Interpersonal Communication Variables (IC) To People Organization Fit (POF) And Its Implication On Job Performance (PK) employee Inspectorate Province of South Sumatra equal to 0,53.

Abstract

Handphone Android dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini bukanlah menjadi suatu barang yang dianggap barang mewah, tetapi sudah menjadi kebutuhan dalam berkomunikasi. Untuk itu melalui penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perilaku konsumen dalam hal ini kalangan mahasiswa akuntansi di Universitas Islam Kadiri Kediri dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian handphone android. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi di Universitas Islam Kadiri (UNISKA) Kediri yang memiliki handphone android. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik non prabability sampling  sebanyak 100 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner sedangkan skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis mengunakan program SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial variabel budaya (X1), sosial (X2), pribadi (X3) dan psikologi (X4) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan tingkat kepercayaan 0,95%. Secara simultan (serentak) variabel budaya (X1), sosial (X2), pribadi (X3) dan psikologi (X4) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan tingkat kepercayaan 0,95%. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam hal ini mahasiswa akuntansi Uniska adalah variabel psikologi (X4) sebesar 69,5%.

Abstract

Permasalah optimalisasi human capasity empowering untuk meningkatkan eksistensi sentra UKM tenun ikat khas kediri berbasis data kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini (1) Menguji pengaruh parsial dan pengaruh simultan (2) Menghasilkan gambaran Optimalisasi (3) Merancang pengelompokkan karakter. (4) Mendeskripsikan Optimalisasi (5) Menghasilkan referensi empiris Optimalisasi Human Capasity Empowering untuk Meningkatkan Power Full Sentra UKM Tenun Ikat Khas Kediri berdasarkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention Pengrajin (pemilik dan pekerja) UKM. Metode penelitian dengan teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data. Identifikasi data (jenis dan sumber data), objek penelitian adalah seluruh Pengrajin (pemilik dan pekerja) sentra tenun ikat Kelurahan Bandar Kidul di Kota Kediri. Populasi sebanyak 95 orang. Metode pengumpulan data primer dari hasil kuesioner tertutup dengan skala linkert berdimensi lima selanjutnya dijelaskan dengan statistik deskriptif.  Data primer dari hasil observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan data sekunder dari dokumen-dokumen berkaitan Tenun Ikat di Sentra Pengrajin Tenun Ikat Bandar Kidul Kediri di Kota Kediri, Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Kediri, Kadin Kota Kediri, Dinas Perdagangan, Pertambangan, dan Energi Kota Kediri dan Biro Pusat Statistik Kota Kediri. Metode analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian Pola kenyataan memiliki dominan pengaruh karena memiliki pengaruh 60%, sedangkan pola harapan memiliki pengaruh yang kurang dominan yaitu 46%. Sehingga dari dua pola ini perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan mencari variabel lain yang mempengaruhi. Responden  karakter  yang  berbeda  berdampak terhadap variatifnya hasil pengembangan teori tentang  potensi dari variabel X1, X2, dan Y yang digunakan yaitu:  sangat  rendah, rendah, cukup, dan tinggi. Sedangkan yang sangat tinggi tidak ada pada variabel kepuasan kerja (X1), komitmen organisasional (X2) dan turnover intention (Y). Disamping itu tingkat variatif juga dalam hal yang dialami, yaitu kenyataan tinggi, harapan tinggi, dan kenyataan sama dengan harapan. Pengembangan selanjutnya berkenaan Optimalisasi Human Capasity Empowering untuk meningkatkan power full sentra UKM melalui manifestasi 4 kecerdasan, yaitu: kecerdasan spiritual (nurani), kecerdasan fisik (disiplin), kecerdasan emosional (gairah), kecerdasan intelektual (visi).

Abstract

The Influence of Culture and Motivation to Decision Entrepreneurship (Studies in Student faculty of Economics and Business, Musamus University 2012 & 2013). The research aims to determine the influence of culture and motivation to decision enterpreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Musamus University 2012 & 2013. The sample of this research were 83 respondents drawn from each department management, accounting and economic development with the sampling method is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.From the results of multiple linear regression analysis that has been processed in the obtained equation Y = 24,354 + 0,356 (X1) + 0,430 (X2) + e.  From the result of testing the hypothesis that the T test and F test showed that the variables of culture and motivation influence and significant effect partially and significantly partially or simultaneously to the decision enterpreneurship to the students of the Faculty Economics and Business, University of Musamus Merauke force in 2012 and 2013. This is evidenced by the tvalue Culture (X1) 2.992 > ttable significant level of 1.6638 with 0.004 < 0.1 so that Ha accepted H0 is rejected. Motivation tvalue (X2) 4,704 > ttable 1.6638 with a significant level  of 0.000 < 0.1 so that Ha accepted H0 is rejected. Then 21.186 Fcount> Ftable 3,11 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.1 so that Ha accepted H0 is rejected. Value Adjusted R Square is 0.330, which means all of these variables together influence the decision amounted to 33%, while 67% are influenced by other variables not examined in the study.
