Mobile?? Legends? ?Online?? Games:? ?Bang? ?Bang? ?is? ?one?? manifestation? ?of? ?technological development in new media. The purpose of this study was to find out how the positive and negative impact of playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang online games to FISIP UMA students who play games. The theory used in this study is communication, new media, positive and negative online games. The method used is a qualitative method. Where the informants fifth in FISIP UMA students. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentary evidence. The result of the study show that the impact of playing Mobile Legends is influenced by the attitude of the players, indifferent to the social environment, wasteful in terms of time and economy, can get new friends in cyberspace from other countries so as not to limit interaction, add insight and experience about technology.??

The research wants to explore the effect of internet for children under 17 years. There are positive yet negative effect of internet. This research aim is to describe both effects and make teenagers to be more understanding about internet for their mental health and social life. Through descriptive method, researcher make interview with teenagers age 14-17 who access internet in ?Amal Net? in Amal St, Medan Sungal. The result of research shows that internet effects behavior pattern of teenagers, positively and negatively. Teenagers able to search information, knowledge that they have not received from teachers. But internet also give negative effect for teenagers (pornography, gambling, and addiction to social network). Through better understanding about pattern of teenagers behavior on using internet will create a better communication relation among teenagers, parents, society, and government.

Background of this research by sales information smartphone OPPO Year 2017. According to IDC (International Data Corporation) with counterpoint.com, smartphone OPPO was ranked as the second smartphone best-selling in Indonesia, a phenomenon that a major reason researchers. The purpose of this study to determine how the marketing communication strategy PT. INDONESIA OPPO in improving the smartphone OPPO image, and the contributing factorsimage smartphone OPPO is not significantly increased. Researchers used Promotion Mix theory is supported by Diffusion of Innovations. The method I use in this research is descriptive qualitative. Researchers chose Trainer smartphone OPPO as a key informant, and supported by five additional informants to strengthen the validity of a study. The results of the present study, researchers found that the tagline "Selfie Expert and Leader", After Sales, Training Personality, comparison with smartphones otheras well as a "Selfi" with friends, managed to change the negative image into a positive image.

The establishment in the sub districk of Namorambe as autonomous region wasn?t followed by the village status alteration into kelurahan, thus the service provided until now didn?t agreed with the demand and expectation sub districk of Namorambe are Deli Tua,Jatikesuma,Sudirejo and Namorambe society that tended already heterogeneous and complex characterizing urban society. The method used in this research was quantitative method that supported by qualitative method. The data collection technique was performed through questionnaire distribution, interview and documentation study. The condition of those 4 villages was based on village region potential analysis, all of them included in appropriate enough to alter the status into kelurahan.

Voter participation was the subject not the object of mobilization, so he has the independence to build awareness, formulating options as well as expressing his choice. This study highlights the problem of voter behavior Female Ethnic Batak Toba in Lingkungan XIV Kelurahan Sidorame Timur Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan Medan in the direct election of Mayor/ Deputy Mayor of first and second round of Field in 2010 by using the factors: 1) Ethnicity 2) Political Preferences Family 3) Gender 4) Identification of Party 5) Political Money 6) Image of the candidate. Studies using random sampling by involving women sample 79 ethnic Batak Toba. Results of the study it was concluded that candidate a dominant factor affecting voter behavior in the first and second rounds. It is evident from the distribution of the answers of respondents regarding the candidate's image, where the indicator lights placed first of four (4) indicators that are offered that as much as 79.

This study, on the activity of traditional fishermen difficult in economic Bagan Percut Village, District Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang regency. The method used in other research is qualitative methods, by conducting interviews, observation of Traditional Fishermen and chairman of the group of traditional fishermen as key informants.This paper provides an overview of the difficulty of the life of traditional fishermen and the harder it is economically driven, and after the study is expected to be seen clearly on the issue of economic hardship fishermen and strategies that can be taken by the government for poverty alleviation for the poor traditional fishermen.

This study examines the role How Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the supervision penyelengggaraan village government. This study aims to determine how the role of the Village Consultative Body under the supervision of village governance. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive nature of other research. Data collection methods used were 1) interview, 2) documentation, 3) observation. These results indicate that the Village Consultative Body on Jasmine Village II District Serdang Bedagai Perbaungan less instrumental in performing its oversight function.

This study aims to determine the application and process of implementing regional regulation number 10 of 2012 concerning levies on cleaning services in Medan Tembung Subdistrict, Medan City. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques carried out were interviews, observation and documentation. Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2012 concerning cleaning service levies in Medan Tembung Subdistrict (Medan City) has been running quite well in terms of the application of performance in the field and the readiness of the workforce to implement the regulation has been quite good. The constraints faced are infrastructure resource factors that have not been sufficiently adequate in implementing the performance carried out such as typper cars and motorized becak (Betor), which are still lacking in the needs needed.

Development, in addition to the positive impact also brought environmental disaster for many because the environment is considered as an object that connotes commodities and continue to be exploited without taking into account the carrying capacity of the environment. One of the efforts to improve the environmental balance is through a program of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which is the formulation of research problems is the implementation of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as the social capital of PT. Adira Finance, how assessment Corporate Performance Assessment Program (PROPER) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Adira Finance and favorable factors and inhibiting the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Adira Finance.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Primary data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires to the 40 members of the public and direct observation.In implementing CSR PT. Adira Finance has been working on the preservation of the environment, support environmental awareness programs. And for CSR activities conducted in the Village District Satria Binjai City PT. Adira Finance held a reforestation program to plant 400 mahogany trees.
