Abstract

Property sales business is a business activity of buying and selling goods and services related to property (buildings and land). Business in the property sector is a type of business that is quite promising. With the increasing number of competitors in this property business, developers must be more active and innovative in introducing products, so a solution is needed to attract many buyers by using an e-commerce system. The problems faced in this sales system are still in a less broad scope, data management still uses a handwritten media system on a sheet of paper so it takes a long time, and monthly report storage media still uses a ledger that requires accuracy. The designed system produces fast, precise, and accurate information in the entire process, both in terms of data input, transaction processing (orders), to output. The development method used is a prototype model and the PHP programming language so that the website runs dynamically which is supported by a MySQL database. The solution obtained from the above problems is to build a website-based online sales system, so that sellers and buyers do not meet face-to-face. With this system, it is expected to expand the area and facilitate sales marketing and increase and make it easier for the public to get information.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem obtained is a Virtual Museum which can display or visualize objects in the museum and become a medium that provides information about historicalobjects in the museum. In this study we used descriptive-qualitative and phenomenological methods. This study also intends to find out the different adaptations of using virtual technology and the impact on each person's use, because if the impact is good for some people, but can not be generalized as good for all users.This research shows that by providing virtual space, realizing the vision and the mission to hold an art exhibition is not impossible, because there are many resources and technology that we have and can learn from. During this COVID-19 pandemic we are not allowed to travel and visit. With this virtual museum, we hope that art connoisseurs and the public are satisfied and can feel they are in a virtual museum during this pandemic.

Abstract

This research focuses on the use of developing technology in the aspect of government which is expected to be useful in strengthening the community through improving information and services, as well as improving a more efficient arrangement. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based correspondence service system to make it easier for residents to write correspondence and reduce congestion in queuing, and accommodate community needs well, so a systematic system was built, namely a computerized information system. The Saga Village Office is the topic of this research, which still uses a manual approach in managing its population. Researchers used an approach with an interview and observation process which was analyzed by the PIECES technique used to test (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). Based on the analysis conducted, this system is made on a webbased basis because it is considered more practical and can be used multiplatform. On this website, the public can submit a request for an online letter.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information, warehouses need to manage their daily activities. need proper management of production receipts, warehouse storage, and delivery according to customer delivery schedule. The three processes use check sheets carried out by workers in the area. The use of check sheets resulted in workers inputting very large number of sticker data. then the need for an information system on the stock sticker contained in the PCR tire warehouse. The information system uses the Unified Modeling Language approach or can be called UML so that it is easier to understand. The information system is arranged using a desktop application to monitor sticker stock in the field. The method used in designing the application is the waterfall method, the waterfall method contains planning, modeling, design or development, and implementation. The results obtained from this study are an information system that presents data in the form of the actual number of stickers in the field so that the number of sticker items can be monitored.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, business competition is getting tougher in the company, thus encouraging the emergence of new innovations to meet the needs of companies with technology that is able to support all work activities quickly and accurately. The ongoing business process at Onna Kreasi Aesthetics is semi-computerized in recording sales transactions, thus hampering the smooth running of reports. The purpose of this research is to analyze the company's ongoing business processes, provide recommendations and design a sales information system that can support the company's operations. The PIECES analysis method is used in this study, UML is used to describe or describe the running system and the system proposed in this study. Black box testing is used to find out whether the system created is running well or not. This research produces a system that can facilitate transaction data collection, and is reliable. Proving results that the system created can help the company's performance in carrying out ordering activities, and monitoring sales so that business processes can run faster and ensure accurate and quality data sources.

Abstract

To market a product is usually done by offering it to many people you meet or giving brochures. However, if a product that is sold and offered to potential buyers is not everyone's consumptive product, then the marketing must be different. The use of digital media in the current technological era, it is highly recommended to market products as a means of selling such as a sales website. With the waterfall method, which is assisted by a framework such as Laravel, which makes it easier to make websites more neat and structured. Abstract

The muroja'ah application in Al-Qur'an memorizing is an android-based application that is used to help memorizers of the Al-Qur’an in doing muroja'ah memorization. The application is built using Speech Recognition in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology by implementing the Google Speech API and the Rabin Karp Algorithm to convert the user's speech into a string which is then compared with the correct verse string. As for data collection methods, the author uses qualitative research methods, by conducting observations, interviews, and literature research. The application that was built successfully implemented the Google Speech API feature along with the Rabin Karp Algorithm with the output displaying information about the correct status or not along with the percentage accuracy of the similarity between the correct verse data and the voice spoken by the user.

Abstract

Technological developments in the world are increasingly complex, this makes the world community need digitalization-based technology to increase productivity and reduce costs, inorder to provide more benefits for users. Included in education, a university needs to implement digitization in its organization. In order to create a university that is more efficient, effective, flexible, and secure, technology must be used. Today a faster growing technology is needed, and that technology is blockchain. Blockchain is a concept that can help accelerate the growth of digital-based education. This study discusses the definition of blockchain application in universities. As well as how universities and blockchain are used to build bigger concepts, with the aim of enabling more students to benefit from implementing blockchain. To improve the quality of research, researchers will use two methods, the first will focus on the effect of research on the quality of education and second on the effect of research on academic performance. The results of this evaluation will be concluded to improve the quality of education, both lecturers and students in the university area.

Abstract

A computer laboratory with appropriate instruments is a crucial entity at the SMA and SMK levels because the laboratory is a facility and infrastructure that can provide tools thatare difficult to present in the classroom. So is the case with SMKN 2 Tangerang Regency. But in fact, the conventional computer laboratory asset management and the absence of a system to record room loan histories pose an obstacle for schools to obtain fast and detailed data. This research is intended to produce a web-based asset management application system model that can overcome the problems encountered. This study uses observation, interviews, and literature studies to collect relevant data for further analysis using the PIECES method for the system design and development process. The system is designed with UML and Laravel framework. Extreme Programming is used as an approach to develop the system. The conclusion of this study resulted in a web-based asset management application system that can quickly and detailedly present asset data and computer laboratory room loan history and the use of Laravel provides convenience in building and developing future applications for developers.

Abstract

he development of big data from year to year has become very rapid in line with the development of the Internet of Things (IoT). One of the most widely owned and frequently used devices is a mobile phone, especially a smartphone. Social media applications found on smartphones generate large amounts of data every second. These data are widely used forresearch in various fields of big data analytics. And the techniques used also vary depending on the dataset and the purpose of the research. This study aims to discuss big data analytics, especially social media mining, and some of its techniques for analysis. The research was conducted using a literature review method on journals and books discussing topics relevant to this research. The expected benefit of this research is that it can add insight and knowledge for readers who are interested in the topic of social media mining.
