Abstract

Community service activities aim to empower the community through social media content management training for marketing tools. Providing information to the public how big the role of social media is as a tool in marketing. This training activity was carried out in Tegal Village, Kemang District, Bogor Regency. Most of the residents who attended owned small businesses so this training was effective because it targeted people who wanted to take advantage of social media to increase online sales. The method used in this activity is in the form of lectures and training in using social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Residents are also taught how to use the Whatsapp Business application for free. The results of the activity provide sufficient benefits to have an impact on the use of social media marketing which is a medium that has low costs and is very effective in disseminating information online in marketing small businesses belonging to the people of Kampung Anyar, Desa Tegal, Bogor.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic, which is an epidemic for the world, has a significant effect not only on the industrial sector, the economy, but also on the education sector. With the limited communication and learning media that existed at the beginning of the pandemic, it created a series of problems that had an impact on the quality and timeliness of study completion, not only at the undergraduate level but also at the masters and doctoral levels who experience delays due to not comprehensively understanding the strategy of writing scientific papers correctly. This activity is carried out with the aim of helping all parties, especially students who are in the process of preparing their final project. The results of the activities have a positive influence in helping students understand the writing of the final project. Abstract

SMO (Social Media Optimization) is one of the methods used to increase online traffic targeted at social media activities. SMO is one way for SMM (Social Media Marketing) to attract visitors through social media activities. But unfortunately the management of social media by utilizing SMO is still not ideal among many social media managers, especially business owners in Indonesia. The purpose of this activity is to provide training for companies that focus on managing social media among private companies in Jakarta to be able to improve the optimization and performance of their social media. The material presented is related to how to optimize social media, create SMO strategies, focus on visuals on social media, optimize profiles, optimize content, optimize hashtags, create content production timelines, monitor social media performance, utilize social media insight metrics and optimize human resources by creating KPI managers. social media. The results of this training social media managers are able to understand how to optimize social media, be able to directly manage and create quality product content, understand and understand reading social media graphics, be able to make progress reports or insights on social media, and manage social media professionally able to create product content timelines on social media.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in improving the Indonesian economy. MSMEs are not affected by external pressure so that they are able to survive and grow during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. MSME actors are constrained by product marketing, do not understand the benefits of branding, lack of knowledge of branding, do not have a positive entrepreneurial character and what is no less important is that they have not received training or assistance regarding technical branding strategies for MSME players. In marketing communication, one of the functions of branding is as a means to instill a positive image in the minds of consumers, so that it needs to be understood by MSME players, because product branding is one of the important points so that UMKM products will always be remembered by the public or consumers within a period of time. which is old.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred in the City of Tangerang, Banten, as designed by the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPEDA) in forming Thematic Villages with the following details as many as 301 have been formed and 253 are only in the pilot stage, while 186 are in the preparatory stage of being formed. Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Office in the last nine months has formed more than 400 Small and Medium Enterprises until the formation of Thematic Villages has emerged. Cipadu Jaya Village is one of the villages that is active in nurturing its citizens to be able to build a people's economy, especially Residents of RT 003 RW 03 by managing an area of 600 M2 which is located next to the village. Cucumber, okrak, banana tree plants, cassava, as well as land fisheries cultivation such as catfish, the results of the land management in question can be enjoyed for daily necessities. The theoretical concept used is social communication with the lecture/discussion method as well as face-to-face socialization with residents of RT 003 RW 03, Cipadu Jaya Village, Larangan District, Tangerang City, Banten Province, the result of Community Service is that social communication can improve the people's economy. Abstract

The use of internet-based communication media is growing rapidly, so it is called the communication revolution. The positive impact of this massive development is the ease of communication. However, it also has negative impacts. One of the negative impacts is the use of the internet among adolescent students who are emotionally immature. This condition is often accompanied by the lack of internet rules and ethical knowledge that could pose a dangerous situation because these teenagers have the potential to become victims or perpetrators of internet crimes. One possible way to reduce the negative impact is by holding community service in the form of training and discussions on Safe Internet for the Youth at Muhammadiyah Junior High School Gunung Putri. With the aim of increasing awareness to use internet media safely, activities are carried out by providing knowledge about internet rules and ethics, recognizing hoaxes, and strengthening from the religious side.

Abstract

The problem of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the crisis has problems as well as challenges in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. One of the problems faced by business actors is the problem of capital and using digital technology. Capital is the main factor so that the business continues to run smoothly. However, in this digitalization era, the use of digital technology is also a problem when marketing products due to competition and reaching an increasingly complex and increasing market. But currently, MSMEs are one of the sectors in the economy in Indonesia that have a very important role. It has a large potential in driving economic activities and becomes the source of income for the majority of the population, as well as absorbing workers with low education and running in small business activities, both traditional and modern. With this training, it will further strengthen the position and gain benefits for MSME players both now and in the future.

Abstract

Dental and oral health is an important indicator to determine overall body health. Dental and oral health can affect the health of a person's body so efforts are needed to maintain good dental and oral health. This problem will result in the metabolic activity of bacteria and plaque which causes tooth decay, in the long term it will cause tooth loss and will eventually cause masticatory function disorders. Dental Alumni Association, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) Jakarta has the idea to carry out social service activities with the aim of participating in the success of government programs, especially the Ministry of Health to create caries free Indonesian society at the age of 12 which is targeted for 2030. Social service activities are carried out at SDN 1 and SMPN 1 Sembalun, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara with a target of 200 elementary school students and 207 junior high school students. The implementation method used is in the form of dental and oral health counseling, distribution of toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as joint tooth brushing activities in an effort to prevent dental caries by brushing the teeth properly.

Abstract

The ornamental fish market center in the village of Waru Pasar Parung, Bogor Regency, has tremendous potential in supporting the life and economy of its people.  While other businesses in this pandemic era are sluggish, the ornamental fish trading business has actually increased, both in face-to-face as well as online transactions. Therefore, mentoring and training to improve understanding of business strategies and promotion of ornamental fish marketing is very important. Mentoring aims to generate creative and innovative entrepreneurial values as well as the search for solutions in facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main goal is to increase sales profits. Problem solving methods are carried out through marketing mentoring and training through ornamental fish business promotion activities, done through questionnaires in Google form format.Mentoring Information  is intended to open up their business communication insights and online marketing promotion strategies in the ornamental fish business. During the Mentoring activities for ornamental fish traders in the Parung center, it is found that their business activities were still focused on price, product and place strategies concentrated only within the Parung ornamental fish center. Their promotion strategy is still wide open to grow due to their minimal insight and knowledge in packaging ornamental fish through air cargo.  For the traders, the online ornamental fish promotion strategy seems has not been fully implemented and the actual promotion has not been fully understood.
