Abstract

The best economic development is appropriate economical development to community self-identity. The experience of Sukoharjo regency which follow capitalistic national development pattern precisely causes agricultural self-identity of Sukoharjo regency decrease and in the future it will possibly disappear.The strategic and short term solution in overcoming capitalistic development and in returning self identity of Sukoharjo regency are local governmental one-sidedness with agricultural sector. The real implementations of the one-sidedness are agricultural intensification policy, agricultural extensification policy, and product focus policy. From agricultural intensification policy, it is hoped that local government develops the distribution system of welfare agricultural intensification product. From Agricultural extensification policy, local government is hoped make local regulation of lied-idle field using, and from production policy focus of local government of Sukoharjo Regency, it has to focus on outstanding agricultural product so that it creates agroindustry.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan pendekatan alternatif untuk interpretasi dan estimasi parameter-parameter politik dalam membuat kebijaksanaan pemerintah. Peranan faktor politik dalam pembuatan kebijaksanaan ini diilustrasikan dalam Fungsi Preferensi Politik (PPF), yang menyatakan bahwa hasil kebijakan merupakan hasil perpaduan antara pasar politik dan pasar ekonomi. Selanjutnya, dalam pembuatan kebijaksanaan tersebut ada proses tawar-menawar antara pemerintah dan kelompok-kelompok masyarakat, atau antara kelompok-kelompok masyarakat itu sendiri yang berujung pada kondisi kesepakatan bersama atau posisi ekuilibrium. Proses tawar-menawar ini dapat dievaluasi dengan menerapkan teori permainan kooperatif Beberapa model permainan yang diuraikan dalam tulisan ini memberikan interpretasi bobot politik yang berbeda dalam proses pembuatan kebijaksanaan.

Abstract

The household behavior in deciding consumption expense and revenue which will be saved is individual decision in microeconomic scope, but this behavior aggregately contains macroeconomic consequence. Household consumption decisions influence on the whole behaviors, either in long or short term.This writing is a study on consumption expense from theoretical to empirical point of view. The discussion is begun with consumption theories, influencing factors, and research results or consumption data as empirical discussion.

Abstract

In local autonomy implementation, there are various decentralization processes. One of them is decentralization in fiscal sector. Fiscal decentralization relates to local authority using their own fiscal resource which is supported by financial balance between central and local government. Some problems which is estimated will emerge in fiscal decentralization process is a natural thing for local government which have authority to manage their own household affairs. In addition to emerged problems, there are some decisive factor which is calculated as the something determining the success of decentralization process. Decentralization can also give varying implications toward inter-region development activity.

Abstract

The relationship between variables is close to regression analysis. This article tries to give a few contributions about one of model which uses regression analysis assistance, i.e. Granger method. The method explains reciprocal or causality relationship of two variables, whether one variable explains another variable or vice versa.

Abstract

The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision and planning which has received a great deal of attention in the past few years from both prettiness of the art/science of planning, and from theoreticians interested in this innovative approach in planning.This paper it is shown that to demonstrated used a simulation analysis measurement involved in the AHP's theory the one of how to derive priority vectors from matrix ofpairwise comparisons has found an especially large interest. Following the concept, AHP server as framework for people to structure their own problem and provide judgements based on knowledge, season on felling, to derive a set of priorities considered as an optimal solution to decision problem.

Abstract

The demand for cooking oil from domestic and foreign market has madetrade of CPO as cooking oil raw material. The strength of CPO trade iscaused by amount of government wish to keep cooking oil price stability asdomestic main need and by the amount of government interest to increaseforeign exchange achievement. The research is centered on variables whichinfluence on the number of CPO export from Indonesia. The data used aretime series data from 1973-1988 which is taken from BPS (Central Bureauof Statistic) of Indonesian Plantation Annual Report. Whereas analysismethod used are Double Linear Regression by using OLS (Method ofOrdinary Least Squares) with variables test toward classical assumption andstatistic test.
