Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pemberian Santunan Dalam Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Pada PT. Jasa Raharja Putera (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemberian dana santunan PT. Jasa Raharja Putera (Persero) terhadap korban kecelakaan lalu lintas. PT. Jasa Raharja Putera (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Selatan merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak di bidang jasa Asuransi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode deskrptif kualitatif. Sedangkan untuk memperoleh data, dilakukan penelitian lapangan dan didukung dengan penelitian kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa prosedur pemberian dana santunan kepada korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang diterapkan PT. Jasa Raharja Putera sudah cukup baik, tetapi masih ada kekurangan pada menyebarluaskan informasi tentang pemberian dana santunan kecelakaan lalu lintas

Abstract

The development of technology changes the selection of public transportation services. Go-Jek is a public transportation service can be booked online through Smartphone. The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Service Quality and Price on Go-Jek Customer Satisfaction in Palembang City. The sample used in this research are 70 customers who use Go-Jek in Palembang City and sampling using Purposive Sampling. Technique of collecting research data is interview and questioner. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively using the analytical tools thoseare the validity test, reliability test, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and test significance of T test and F test. From the statistical analysis known multiple linear regression, simultaneously quality of service and price have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The public's need for speed of information and communication demands a sophisticated cellular phone product to be more efficient. Access the internet, chat, e-mail is one of the needs of the community that must be fulfilled. Mobile phones that have all the ability called smartphone. Product Xiaomi is a popular smartphone because of its sophistication with an affordable price. In this study the author discussed about how product quality and brand image could influence consumer decisions in choosing the brand smartphone Xiaomi-4X. The respondents in this study were Xiome-4X hand phone users who lived in the city of Palembang. In this study the authors used descriptive quantitative analysis techniques using tabulation, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and significance test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between product quality and brand image on the purchasing decision of Xiaomi-4X product in Palembang City.
