Abstract

This study is to conducted to examine the effect of variable earning persistence and leverage toward earning response coefficient. This study used 15 manufacturing companies belonging goodand food industry are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling, based on criteria, there are 35 companies and tested with multiple regression analysis. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and yahoo.finance.com and hypothesis test using t-statistic and f-statistic with significance level of 5%. These results indicate that the effect is not significant earnings persistence and leverage significant effect. The resulted of examinations can be used as basic information for investors before do the injections. Based on this study it can be delivered to the investor Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) to pay attention to other factors in response to the earnings announcement on the company's stock market analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of liquidity and capital structure on firm value with profitability as intervening variable. The population in this study is the consumer goods sector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method, with samples produced as many as 20 companies from 37 companies of consumer goods sector. This hypothesis testing uses Path Analysis with E-Views 9.0 and a significance level of 5%. Test results of the testing showed that (1) liquidity has a significant effect on profitability with significance level 0,0192 < 0,05. (2) capital structure has a significant effect on profitability with a significance level of 0.0003 < 0,05. (3) liquidity has no effect on firm value because of the significance level of 0.09982> 0.05. (4) capital structure has a significant effect on firm value with significance level 0,0000 < 0,05. (5) profitability has a significant effect on firm value with significance level of 0.0001 < 0,05. (6) liquidity and capital structure has no effect on firm value through profitability because the indirect influence of both variables is smaller than direct influence.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Profitability, Leverage and Firm Size on Firm Value at the Company's  anufacturing base and chemical industry sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2013 to 2014. The population in  his study amounted to 55 companies manufacturing industrial  ector basic and chemical contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013 to 2014. Samples were obtained in this study of 52 samples selected by purposive sampling method. After outlier data, which eventually resulted 48 samples to be analyzed and tested. Data were tested using multiple linear regression method. These  esults showed that: Provitability significant positive effect on firm value, Leverage not significant effect on firm value and Firm Size positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

Banks have an important role in the economic sector especially in the development and economic growth, it is not separated from the role of banks as intermediary institutions. The bank has a duty to collect funds from the public and then channeled back to the community in the form of credit. The lending is not optimal conducted by the bank into the background of this research. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of third party funds, capital, earning assets and liquidity assets to total bank credit distribution. The population used in this study is a commercial bank listed on OJK in the period 2011-2015. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many 20 banks as the study samples. The method of analysis used in this study using panel data regression analysis with the program Eviews 8.0 and 5% significance level. The results of this study indicate that the third party funds and liquidity represented by LDR significant positive effect to total banking credit distribution, Capital represented by CAR has not significant effect to total banking credit distribution, while earning assets represented by NPL significant negative effect to total banking credit distribution.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the influence of variable Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Sales Growth on Dividend Policy in go public companies in the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) at 2013. The population in this study is listed companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange at 2013. Obtained a total sample of 44 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple linear regression and hypothesis test using F and t statistic with level of significance 5%. The results showed that the Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Sales Growth simultaneously influence on Dividend Policy. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this research was 0.149 that means 14.9% dividend policy can be explained by the variable Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Sales Growth, while the remaining 85.1% explained by other variables that are not used in this study. Partially, only Sales Growth variable has negative influence on Dividend Policy.

Abstract

The study, entitled Analysis of Student Satisfaction Factors Impact On National Development University Student Loyalty "Veteran" Jakarta. To determine and analyze the influence of perceptual capabilities of employees, faculty performance against its impact on student satisfaction student loyalty either jointly or individually. This study is based on previous research and theories relevant capabilities of employees, faculty performance, student satisfaction and student loyalty by using the research method of descriptive analysis, correlation and path analysis (Path Analysis). Population studies students at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta with sampling proportional stratified random sampling in the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences as many as 168 respondents. From the analysis of the validity and reliability of all the questions to the variable capabilities of employees, faculty performance and student satisfaction and student loyalty is valid and reliable. Based on the analysis and hypothesis testing sub-structure have a significant effect on the capability of employees is 50.10%, 38.30% of faculty performance and jointly by 65.40%. While the sub-structure capability -2 influence employees at 13.70%, 30.90% of faculty performance and student satisfaction by 0.219 or 21.90% and jointly by 36.10% means that individually and jointly variable employee capabilities and performance of the faculty must still be improved, thereby increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of students at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta. It is recommended to conduct further research on the influence of student satisfaction and loyalty beyond the capabilities of employees and performance variables lecturer at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta.

Abstract

Abstract - This research was conducted to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability and sales growth on capital structure. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method. Selection of samples from 165 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 resulted in 33 companies being accepted. Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and hypothesis testing in this research used Panel Data Regression Analysis with the E-Views 9.0 program and a significance level of 5%. The results of the test were obtained (1) the liquidity stated by CR has no significant effect on the capital structure. (2) profitability stated by ROE has a significant positive effect on capital structure, (3) sales growth stated by SG has no significant positive effect on capital structure. Keywords: liquidity, profitability, sales growth, capital structure

Abstract
