Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah keamanan dan kerahasiaan data merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi maupun pribadi. Apalagi kalau data tersebut berada dalam suatu jaringan komputer yang terhubung/terkoneksi dengan jaringan publik misalnya internet. Tentu saja data yang sangat penting tersebut dilihat atau dibajak oleh orang yang tidak berwenang. Sebab jika hal ini sampai terjadi kemungkinan data kita akan rusak bahkan bisa hilang yang akan menimbulkan kerugian material yang besar. Pada tulisan ini akan dibahas sistem keamanan pengiriman pesan/data dengan menggunakan penyandian yang bertujuan untuk menjaga karahasiaan suatu pesan dari akses orang-orang yang tidak berwenang/ berhak. Karena sistem keamanan pengiriman ini sangat luas cakupannya maka pada bagian ini dibatasi hanya menguraikan Kriptografi menggunakan Algoritma IDEA dan fungsi hash yang meliputi proses enkripsi, dekripsi. International Data Encryption Algorithm (IDEA) adalah metode enkripsi yang dapat diandalkan diantara metode-metode lain yang ada saat ini. Kriptografi IDEA menggunakan key 128-bit dan block plaintext 64-bit sehingga record yang dienkripsi cukup aman.Dengan menggabungkan metode enkripsi IDEA (International Data Encryption Algorithm) untuk mengenkripsi isi pesan/data dan fungsi hash untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan terhadap isi pesan/data diharapkan tingkat keamanan menjadi lebih baik. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah perangkat lunak yang mampu melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi terhadap pesan/data, men-generate security key berdasarkan pesan/data yang dienkripsi.

Abstract

The presence of Covid-19 causes all elements to change their habits. Especially by government regulations which require working from home, studying from home, and worshipping from home. Final Semester Examina-tion (UAS) is a way to evaluate the level of understanding of students. It must be administered correctly and with good quality. You cannot be careless. The development of technology to ensure the quality and independence of UAS trips that has been carried out. The research aims to see the effectiveness of the online UAS application in maintaining the quality of lectures during the Covid-19 epidemic. To see whether the application is built by function, suitability, usability, reliability, performance efficiency, and ease of maintenance. The online UAS application is built using a website-based programming language and a server-based database. The method in this study uses R&D. The research variables of the Politeknik Unggul LP3M Students were 29 students. The UAS application built made it more accessible and improved the quality of lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic. The UAS application that was built has three user authorizations, including admins, lecturers, and students. By the test results, the UAS application is said to meet the eligibility. Among them, the application test score is 85.33% (Very Appropriate), and the Cronbach Alpha value is 0.87 (Excellent).

Abstract

Education is an effort to gain knowledge, expertise and competence. The journey of education cannot stop. The presence of Covid-19 has resulted in transformations in the education sector. Learning activities have to be done at home. The parameters of each component used in learning activities are expected to produce good results. Thus, the use of e-learning with Moodle. The target is for students to gain knowledge and good results. E-learning with Moodle is an option based on its internet-based work pattern. No place limit and no time limit. A vital evaluation step is carried out. Higher education institutions are required to be professionals. Higher education institutions also face evaluation from LLDIKTI. Internal evaluation is mandatory. All existing elements must be committed to carrying out these obligations. Accommodating agreed targets. Making students understand teaching material. Opening students' insights and thoughts. Students can complete it and get maximum results (sound). The research conducted will look at the effectiveness of using e-learning media with Moodle in maintaining the quality of learning when learning from home. The method used to conduct research is an experiment. The subjects of the Politeknik Unggul LP3M Medan students, the Informatics Management study program are 32 students. Found that the functional level and value accumulation using moodle-based e-learning media with the dynamics of learning from home can maintain and maintain quality. All learning activities go well as expected and targeted.

Abstract

Covid-19 causes transformation. Educational institutions prepare teaching media that can be accessed online. Such as WhatsApp, Instagram, google meet, google classroom, and zoom. The media is not yet the right solution. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the blended learning model using the flipped classroom method with Edmodo. Quasi research and experimentation. Data analysis with the descriptive pattern. The technique of collecting data is by direct observation, filling out questionnaires, and carrying out tests. Analyzing information is carrying out initial knowledge testing, hypothesis testing, and analyzing learning activities. Through t-test, normality, homogeneity, and comparative to see the effectiveness of the combination of blended learning and flipped classroom with Edmodo. The research subjects were 32 students. The result is that the blended learning model using the flipped classroom method with Edmodo is effective as a medium for learning the context of learning from home. There are differences in the value and quality of individuals in learning. Value using WhatsApp, Instagram, google meet, google classroom, and Zoom 63.89. Using a combination of blended learning and flipped classroom with Edmodo 80.56. With the category of learning activities at the level of 92.1%. The blended learning model with the flipped classroom method with Edmodo is effectively used. There is an increase in learning activities that have a positive impact on the value and quality of individual learning activities. The combination of the three is a new digital media innovation for learning.

Abstract

The research was conducted to hone students' critical thinking in citizenship courses on national insight by combining a time token type cooperative model with a zoom application. Method With quasi-experimental design. The control and experimental samples were a total of 62 students. The control group learns citizenship with WhatsApp, and the experimental group learns with a cooperative combination of time token type with the zoom application. Data analysis with Homogeneity Test, Normality Test, and Hypothesis Testing. The result of Sig value two-tail is 0.00, which is smaller than 0.05. Ho is unacceptable, and Ha is acceptable. Combining the time token type of cooperative learning model with the zoom application can hone students' critical thinking patterns. Better than students learning to use Whatsapp

Abstract

In the Covid-19 pandemic situation, lecturers use non-uniform technology. They are using WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and social media such as Facebook and Youtube. The results of all observations are not optimal. The research will combine a hybrid model, namely a blended learning model with problem-based learning and Sevima EdLink. Will see blended learning with problem-based learning and whether Sevima EdLink can improve learning outcomes and problem-solving capabilities. Research quasi-experimental design. Research at the Politeknik Unggul LP3M Informatics Management study program, the total population of 4th-semester students is 54. They are collecting data using question fields and exams. Analysis using t-test. They were followed by normality tests, homogeneity, and hypothesis. Learning with the hybrid model is going well. Research shows that blended learning with problem-based learning and Sevima EdLink runs on a reasonable classification composition. There was a very positive and contextual effect of combining blended learning with problem-based learning and Sevima EdLink on learning outcomes. There was also a very positive and contextual effect of combining blended learning with problem-based learning and Sevima EdLink on problem-solving capabilities. Research also shows that combining blended learning with problem-based learning and Sevima EdLink is reasonable and appropriate for use in abnormal learning situations.

Abstract

Tugas Akhir merupakan karya yang wajib disusun oleh mahasiswa ketika ingin menyelesaikan studi. Politeknik Unggul LP3M merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi yang mengharuskan mahasiswanya untuk menyusun Tugas Akhir sebagai syarat untuk menyelesaikan studi. Politeknik Unggul LP3M memiliki beberapa persyaratan wajib yang harus dipenuhi agar diijinkan untuk menyusun Tugas Akhir. Pengamatan dan wawancara langsung yang dilakukan didapatkan banyak mahasiswa yang tidak dapat melakukan penyusunan Tugas Akhir karena syarat wajib tidak terpenuhi. Hal ini disebabkan karena bidang akademik tidak melakukan deteksi di awal terhadap permasalahan yang ada pada mahasiswa. Kecanggihan teknologi informasi berbasis komputerisasi dapat dijadikan solusi permasalahan. Syarat wajib yang ditetapkan Politeknik Unggul LP3M dapat dijadikan sebagai kriteria guna mendeteksi mahasiswa. Metode Metode Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) yang dapat melakukan proses dengan lebih dari satu kriteria dengan banyak alternatif dapat dipergunakan sebagai solusi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeteksi mahasiswa yang dapat menyusun Tugas Akhir dengan menggunakan metode VIKOR. Berdasarkan tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan, akan dibangun dan dihasilkan sistem yang dapat melakukan deteksi dengan cepat. Adapun bahasa pemrograman yang dipergunakan untuk membangun sistem yaitu bahasa pemrograman berbasis web dalam hal ini PHP.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the problems of pregnant women and newborns have not been resolved. The reason is that there is no monitoring system for pregnant women and newborns. This study aims to build a monitoring system for pregnant women and newborns. The monitoring system that will be made is mobile-based that can monitor and provide information about the health of pregnant women and children. The model used to create an information system uses the waterfall model. Meanwhile, to test the system built using the Blackbox test model. The plan that was created was tested directly to the user. As a result, the sequence in the waterfall model is proven to build a monitoring system for pregnant women and newborns. The black box model also showed if the built system did not have errors and was ready to be used. Combining the waterfall and BlackBox models results in a monitoring system for pregnant women and newborns whose entire menu can be used properly. The test was carried out on 25 pregnant women users, and it was found that the accumulated ratings were 89, 87, 88, and 89%. In this case, it is classified as Very Eligible.

Abstract

Learning from home occurs due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Even if it is done from home, learning quality must be maintained. This study aims to analyze the effect of combining learning models with LMS to increase student learning independence and outcomes. This research combines LMS media, in this case, Schoology, blended learning model, and guided inquiry learning model in one package. The study used a pretest and posttest control group design. The control group used google classroom and google meet. The experimental group used a combination of the learning model with LMS. It was found that the average quality of the learning independence of the experimental group was higher than the mean of independence in the learning of the control group. Likewise, the learning achievement of the experimental group obtained a value greater than the average learning achievement of the control class. The combination of learning models with LMS effectively increases independence in learning and student learning outcomes in learning situations from home.
