Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) memperoleh gambaran pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok SMA Negeri Semarang, (2) memperoleh gambaran tingkat leadreship siswa, (3) menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok berbasis sifat-sifat Rasulullah untuk meningkatkan leadreship siswa, (4) mengetahui keefektifan model. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran skala leadreship siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bimbingan kelompok telah dilaksanakan namun kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan leadreship siswa. Gambaran tingkat leadreship siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Semarang krieteria tinggi sebanyak 13,19%, kriteria sedang 73,61%, kriteria kurang 11,80%, kriteria rendah 1,38%. Model bimbingan kelompok berbasis sifat-sifat Rasulullah yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini efektif untuk untuk meningkatkan leadership siswa.The purposes of this study were (1) to desribe implementation of group guidance service in Public Senior High School of Semarang (2) to identiy students’ leadreship level, (3) produced a group guidance model based Prophet Muhammad’s characteristics to improve students’ leadreship, (4) determine the effectiveness of group guidance model based Prophet Muhammad’s characteristics to improve students’ leadreship. This study used Research and Development method. Data collection were collected using interviews technique, observation, and students' leadreship scale distribution. The results of the study showed that group counseling has been conducted but less effective in improving students' leadreship. The level of students' leadreship of SMA Negeri 2 Kota Semarang in high category were 13.19%, moderate category were 73,61%, low category were 11.80%, and very low criteria were 1.38%. The model of group guidance service based on prophet Muhammad’s characteristics were effective to improve stundents’ leadreship.
