Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian membaca dalam pembelajaran BahasaIndonesia kelas VII. Prinsip dasar yang memotivasi pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah urgensi penilaian sebagai testdriven instruction dalam pembelajaran. Keterampilan membaca siswa dapat ditingkatkan apabila guru memilikireferensi model penilaian membaca yang menjangkau semua kompetensi membaca siswa. Pengembangan instrumendimulai dengan mendeskripsikan model penilaian membaca yang telah digunakan oleh guru bahasa Indonesia kelasVII. Pada tahap ini, ditemukan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan guru belum menjangkau semua kompetensidasar yang menjadi target kegiatan membaca. Selanjutnya, peneliti mengembangkan instrumen penilaian membaca.Instrumen yang dikembangkan berupa instrument jawaban singkat, uraian, dan rubrik penilaian kinerja. Instrumenyang dikembangkan ini digunakan untuk menilai kegiatan membaca teks hasil observasi, teks tanggapan deskriptif,dan teks eksposisi.

Abstract

Pelatihan Menyusun Rencana Pembelajaran bagi Guru PAUD di PKG Cibal dan Cibal Barat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru PAUD yang bergabung dalam PKG Cibal dan Cibal Barat. Para guru anggota PKG Cibal dan Cibal Barat menyadari akan pentingnya kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk kegiatan yang dapat menambah kemampuan para guru yang sebagian besar merupakan tamatan SMA/setara. Rencana pembelajaran merupakan sarana bagi guru dalam merancang kegiatan main di PAUD. Para guru diharapkan mampu merancang rencana pembelajaran sesuai dengan karakteristik, situasi, dan kondisi di mana satuan PAUD berada agar pemeblaajaran yang diberikan berlangsung menyenangkan dan menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode diskusi, pendampingan, dan latihan.

Abstract

This study examines the governance of villages in Manggarai Regency, NTT Province. The performance of village governance is measured by the principles of good governance; transparency, accountability, responsiveness, rule of law, and participatory. The research method uses qualitative research methods with an empirical approach. Data obtained by literature studies and interviews. The study population consisted of villages in Manggarai Regency as many as 145 villages spread across 11 sub-districts (except Langke Rembong District). The results showed that village governance was classified as positive. Village officials and villagers organize village governance according to aspects of transparency, accountability, law enforcement, responsiveness and participation. However, village governance tends to be administrative.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the extent of teacher readiness in implementing the 2013 Curriculum in PAUD. This type of research was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 21 teachers in Langke Rembong sub-district. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The instrument used was interview guidelines and questionnaire items in the form of open questions. In this study, researchers examined the readiness of teachers related to the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum (K'13) in terms of Curriculum Structure, Guidelines for Detection of Children Growth, Learning Guidelines, Assessment Guidelines, and Educator Guidebooks. Teacher readiness is measured by the extent of the teacher's ability to implement the 2013 Curriculum in PAUD. Based on the findings related to five things in organizing the 2013 Curriculum in PAUD, it appears that administratively PAUD teachers are ready to implement the 2013 Curriculum in PAUD. However, practically the teachers still experience difficulties. These difficulties are related to the application of a scientific approach and the implementation of authentic assessments. In learning, teachers have difficulty designing activity themes and materials that encourage children to observe, ask questions, gather information, reason, and communicate. That is why, learning is more directed at drawing and coloring activities. In doing the assessment, the teacher has difficulty compiling data on the results of the daily assessment and compiling reports on child development. This difficulty occurs because most of the teachers are high school / vocational high school and non-PAUD undergraduate students

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to describe the ability of media and the critical power of students in Manggarai Regency. The ability to media is measured by indicators: The types of social media that are most often used, the ability to apply social media, frequently sought media content, the critical power of social media content, and social media content that is often distributed. The type of research used was a descriptive cross sectional study. The research respondents were 353 students who were determined using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected using an online questionnaire. To guarantee the credibility of the data, researchers applied the one vote method and cross-checked through interviews via mobile phones. Data is presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results of the study show that the types of media most used by students are Facebook and WhatsApp. Both types of social media are applied by students themselves. Most students are able to apply these social media proficiently. However, many students use the media to access content that does not support their intellectual knowledge and insight. The use of media is limited to building social relations or friendship among students. This habit has an impact on students' critical power in assessing hoax content and factual content. The results of this study illustrate the discrepancy between the ability to apply media and students' critical power. This condition must be the concern of educators and stakeholders in Manggarai Regency.Keywords: Media, Critical Power, Manggarai Flores Students Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan bermedia dan daya kritis mahasiswa di Kabupaten Manggarai. Kemampuan bermedia diukur berdasarkan indikator-indikator: Jenis media sosial yang paling sering digunakan, kemampuan mengaplikasikan media sosial, konten media yang sering dicari, daya kritis terhadap konten media sosial, dan konten media sosial yang sering disebarkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif cross sectional. Responden penelitian berjumlah 353 mahasiswa yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner online. Untuk menjamin kredibilitas data, peneliti menerapkan metode one vote dan melakukan crosscheck melalui wawancara via handphone.  Data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis media yang paling banyak digunakan mahasiswa adalah facebook dan whatsapp. Kedua jenis media sosial ini diaplikasikan sendiri oleh mahasiswa. Sebagian besar mahasiswa mampu mengaplikasikan media-media sosial tersebut secara mahir. Namun, banyak mahasiswa menggunakan media untuk mengakses konten-konten yang kurang mendukung pengetahuan dan wawasan intelektual mereka. Penggunaan media hanya sebatas membangun relasi sosial atau pertemanan di antara mahasiswa. Kebiasaan ini berdampak pada daya kritis mahasiswa dalam menilai konten-konten hoax dan konten-konten fakta. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan adanya diskrepansi antara kemampuan mengaplikasikan media dengan daya kritis mahasiswa. Kondisi ini mesti menjadi perhatian para pendidik dan stakeholdersdi Kabupaten Manggarai.Kata Kunci: Media, Daya Kritis, Mahasiswa Manggarai Flores

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah-masalah yang dihadapi guru PAUD PKG Kota Komba adalah kesulitan dalam menyediakan dan merancang media pembelajaran karena tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat sendiri; kesulitan menentukan alat dan bahan untuk aktivitas anak; dan belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar sebagai media dan sumber belajar. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman guru PAUD PKG Kota Komba dalam merancang dan menerapkan aktivitas bermain menggunakan loose parts. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah workshop, mitra kegiatan ini adalah anggota PKG Kota Komba yang berjumlah 45 orang, dengan tahapan: (1) pra kegiatan, dengan menentukan waktu dan lokasi kegiatan; (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan, melalui workshop dan penugasan; serta (3) monitoring dan evaluasi menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru PAUD anggota PKG Kota Komba dalam merancang aktivitas bermain konten loose parts yang meningkat mencapai 88% dari 33%. Guru-guru sudah mampu memanfaatkan bahan-bahan yang tersedia di sekitar yang merupakan bahan-bahan lepasan yang dapat digunakan untuk membentuk, menyusun, menalar, meronce, memasang, mengaitkan, menempel, menganyam, dan sebagainya oleh anak sebagai media bermain yang menyenangkan serta dapat mengembangkan berbagai apek perkembangan anak.Abstract: The problems faced by teachers of PKG PAUD in Komba city are difficulty in providing and designing learning media because they do not have the ability to create their own; difficulty determining tools and materials for the child's activities; and have not fully utilized the surrounding environment as a medium and learning resource. The purpose of this devotion is to improve the ability and understanding of PAUD PKG Kota Komba teachers in designing and implementing playing activities using loose parts. The method used in this service is a workshop, this activity partner is a member of PKG Kota Komba which numbers 45 people, with stages: (1) pre-activity, by determining the time and location of the activity; (2) the implementation of activities, through workshops and assignments; and (3) monitoring and evaluation using observation sheets. The results of this activity showed an increase in the ability of PAUD teachers of PKG members of Komba City in designing loose parts content playing activities which increased by 88% from 33%. Teachers have been able to utilize the materials available around which are loose materials that can be used to form, arrange, reasoning, arranging thing together using a piece of string, install, hook, stick, weed, and so on by children as a fun playing medium and can develop a variety of child development.

Abstract

Para guru anggota PKG Ca Nai Cibal menyadari akan pentingnya kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk kegiatan yang dapat menambah kemampuan para guru yang sebagian besar merupakan tamatan SMA/setara. Para guru diharapkan mampu merancang APE yang sederhana, menarik, menyenangkan, sesuai dengan karakteristik, situasi, dan kondisi di mana satuan PAUD berada agar pembelajaran yang diberikan berlangsung menyenangkan dan menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode diskusi, ceramah, demonstrasi, dan unjuk kerja. APE yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan tema “Budaya”, dengan sub tema “Budaya Manggarai”. APE tersebut berupa APE “Miniatur Mbaru Niang dan Pop Up Book Motif Songke Manggarai”. APE ini dirancang berdasarkan permintaan dari para anggota PKG Ca Nai Cibal yang kesulitan dalam membuat dan menentukan APE yang sesuai untuk tema budaya tersebut. Dalam penggunaannya, APE “Miniatur Mbaru Niang dan Pop Up Book Motif Songke Manggarai” dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan matematika awal pada anak. Alat permainan edukatif “Miniatur Mbaru Niang dan Pop Up Book Motif Songke Manggarai” juga merupakan salah satu bentuk penggunaan etnomatematika. Kata kunci: Alat Permainan Edukatif, Etnomatematika, Pengenalan Matematika Awal Anak Usia Dini, Budaya Manggarai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian membaca dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas VII. Pada tahap ini, ditemukan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan guru belum menjangkau semua kompetensi dasar yang menjadi target kegiatan membaca. Selanjutnya, peneliti mengembangkan instrumen penilaian membaca. Instrumen yang dikembangkan berupa instrument jawaban singkat, uraian, dan rubrik penilaian kinerja. Instrumen yang dikembangkan ini digunakan untuk menilai kegiatan membaca teks hasil observasi, teks tanggapan deskriptif, dan teks eksposisi.

Abstract

Research on the dating behavior of teens at boarding houses in Ruteng City consists of two parts - research on high school teenagers and college’s students teenagers. This report focuses on the results of research to students living at boarding houses. This study was designed to describe the dating behavior of teenage boarders in the Ruteng, Manggarai Regency. Sexual dating behavior that drives this research is about emerging forms of thinking about sexual drive for couples. Various forms, such as holding hands, hugging, kissing, touching sensitive body parts, and sexual intercourses. Based on this concept, dating behavior is grouped into 4 activities, dating, necking, petting, and intercourses. Getting data, the team used survey by quantitative approach. Data collection techniques consisted of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Questions related to student dating behaviors. Questionnaire was supported by interview and observation. The total participants were 320 students who were dating in Ruteng. From the total and 95% confidence level, the team determined margin of error totally 5.3%. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques and non-parametric statistics. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the condition of participants in terms of age, circumstances, and semester level. Non-parametric statistics were used to assess the significance of the relationship between age, circumstances, and semester variables for dating safety. Some of them have even been prominent in sexual relations. These facts were caused by unregulated environments. In Ruteng, the boarding houses do not have a construction permit because they do not have local regulations from the Manggarai regency government. This confirms the owner's mentality that is oriented to money and ignore the rules, do not limit male and female relations of boarders, and the desire of teenagers to make boarding as a safe dating place. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for local governments to issue local regulations.
