Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning discipline and learning environment on learning outcomes of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) students of SMKN 3 Blitar City in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year. This research uses descriptive analysis method, while inferential statistical analysis is multiple regression or change to find out the magnitude of the influence between the discipline of learning in school and the learning environment on learning outcomes. The conclusions of the results of this study are (1) The effect of the learning environment partially on the learning outcomes of the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) students of SMKN 3 Blitar City in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year, (2) The effect of partial learning discipline on learning outcomes Creative and Entrepreneurship Product subjects (PKK) of SMKN 3 City Blitar students in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year, (3) The effect of simultaneous learning discipline and learning environment on learning outcomes of Creative and Entrepreneurship Product subjects (PKK) of SMKN 3 City students Blitar in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year

Abstract

The purpose of village development in achieving the welfare of the village community requires a good village governance in carrying out public services. The implementation of quality village government will create an orderly life of government and society and will realize the expected good public governance (GPG). One form of service output that reflects government performance which is also an instrument of government accountability to stakeholders is financial reports. Quality village financial reports are information that can present honestly, truthfully, relevantly, reliably, can be compared, and can be understood by all parties related to the financial statements. The research objective was to test empirically and to analyze the effect of GPG on the quality of information on village government financial reports in Kediri Regency. The research sample was 52 villages in Kediri Regency with respondents who were managers of village financial reporting. The research data were obtained through an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is carried out by multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS V.23 application. The results of data analysis prove that the accountability and fairness variables and equality variables have a significant effect on the quality information of village financial report, while the variables of democracy, transparency, and legal culture have no significant impact on the quality information of village government financial reports.

Abstract

One of the roles of housewives in strengthening the economy is to open a business so that their household needs are fulfilled. However, business management that has been carried out so far is in a simple way, so efforts are needed on how to market their products so that they can survive in trade competition. The purpose of this service is to provide digital marketing training for housewives with training methods and accompanied by product photography training. Then the results that can be taken show that the potential of housewives actually has an influence on the household economy so that it is maintained. Digital marketing training for housewives in the Corner Village of Kediri is expected to help housewives who have businesses in optimizing technology and media to facilitate business in helping the economy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

As one of the components of the national education system, teachers as the spearhead in achieving success in achieving national education goals play a very important role in the implementation of AKM. However, at the operational level of the policy, teachers do not fully understand and have sufficient competence regarding the implementation of AKM. Several problems as identified results show that the economy teachers in the district and city of Kediri: 1) do not understand the concept of AKM, both AKM AN and AKM Class; 2) does not have adequate skills in developing AKM which includes: literacy and numeracy AKM, character survey, and learning environment survey; and 3) do not have sufficient skills in developing HOTS questions for economic lessons. In order to improve the ability of teachers in AKM, training is carried out with the aim of increasing the ability of teachers to: 1) development of AKM materials; 2) development of Class AKM materials; 3) development of character survey instruments; 4) development of learning environment survey instruments; and 5) compilation of HOTS questions. The AKM training methods include: various tutorials / lectures, assignments, discussions, and evaluations. The results of the training show that teachers must have increased competency in the following aspects: AKM knowledge, literacy, numeracy, preparation of article-based AKM questions, and preparation of HOTS questions in economic subjects.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Sekolah Pasar Modal (SPM) ini adalah meningkatnya kompetensi profesional guru ekonomi di Kediri. Peningkatan kompetensi professional tersebut akan berdampak kepada meningkatnya kemampuan guru ekonomi dalam: a) pengembangan materi ajar, b) pengembangan model pembelajaran, c) pengembangan media pembelajaran, d) penyusunan asesmen, dan e) memberikan pengalaman empiris terkait dengan mekanisme perdagangan (transaksi) di pasar modal. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini berupa: Test (pre-test dan post-test), edukasi pasar modal (tutorial), dan praktik perdagangan pasar modal. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini efektif karena dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru ekonomi. Indikator kenaikan kompetensi profesional tersebut dibuktikan dengan capaian nilai peserta sebagai berikut: 1) Nilai rata-rata yang dicapai oleh peserta kegiatan PSM setelah mengikuti kegiatan meningkat menjadi 87,55 dibandingkan dengan sebelum mengikuti kegiatan yaitu sebesar 65,32. 2) Sebelum mengikuti kegiatan nilai terendah peserta adalah 45 dan setelah mengkuti kegiatan nilai terendah yang diperoleh peserta sebesar 75, dan 3) Nilai maksimal setelah mengikuti kegiatan mencapai angka 100, padahal sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan nilai maksimum yang dicapai peserta sebesar 80.

Abstract

Analisis pengangguran dan kesempatan kerja yang ada di Indonesia terutama pada masa pandemic covid19 merupakan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian yang dilakukan kali ini yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dimana data berasal dari data sekunder yaitu data yang sudah disediakan oleh BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik). Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Tingkat pengangguran terbuka berdasarkan jenis kelamin dominasi oleh laki-laki dari pada perempuan dari tahun 2018-2020; 2) Rata-rata pengangguran terbuka yang ada di Indonesia pada terutama pada bulan februari di tahun 2020 tingkat pengangguran sebesar 4,92% meningkat menjadi 6,26% pada tahun 2021; 3) Jumlah pengangguran pada bulan agustus 2019 dan agustus 2020 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,84%; 4) Proporsi lapangan pekerjaan informal pada sector non-pertanian berdasarkan pada kelompok umur mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2019 meningkat pada tahun 2020 sebesar 4,73%; 5) Proporsi lapangan kerja informal sector non-pertanian didominasi oleh jenjang pendidikan < SD dengan rata-rata dari tahun 2017-2019 sebesar 66,22%, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan universitas untuk bekerja di lapangan kerja informal jumlahnya cukup rendah yaitu dari tahun 2017-2019 rata-ratanya sebesar 11,20%; dan 6) proporsi lapangan pekerjaaan informal sector non-pertanian didominasi oleh daerah tempat tinggal pedesaan dengan rata-rata dari tahun 2018-2020 sebesar 54,67%, sedangkan untuk daerah perkotaan yang kerja informal sector non-pertanian lebih kecil yaitu dari tahun 2018-2020 rata-ratanya sebesar 41,15%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of price, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the TNA Collection Prambon Nganjuk store. The samples in this study were consumers/buyers who bought products/goods, whether they made an order/purchase by coming directly to the store. The method used to take the sample was to simple random sampling method and the numbers of samples were calculated by the Slovin formula which obtained total sample of one hundred respondents. The use of quantitative methods used in this study was applied with a causality design technique. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research was an: 1) The price partially did not have an impact on customer satisfaction. 2) The quality of the product partially affects consumer satisfaction. 3) The quality of service partially had an influence on customer satisfaction. 4) price (X_1), product (X_2) quality and service quality (X_3) simultaneously affected consumer satisfaction as indicated by the results of the f test and the significant probability value was 0.000 <0.05 and the F counted (25,086)>F table (2,698) with the influence of price (X_1), product quality (X_2) and the quality of service (X_3) on customer satisfaction TNA Collection store by 43.9% and the rest was not studied in this study.

Abstract

Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa global yang penggunaanya telah diakui oleh masyarakat dunia untuk komunikasi antar bangsa. Dalam bidang bisnis atau usaha, bahasa memiliki peran sebagai alat komunikasi paling penting utamanya dalam berbagai jenis pemasaran. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam memasarkan hasil usaha haruslah bahasa yang baik dan menarik perhatian konsumen karena iklan yang baik dan pemasaran yang baik akan membantu keberhasilan suatu produk. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih komunikasi bahasa Inggris untuk keperluan pemasaran di sektor pariwisata khususnya di Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Batik Batu mangga di kabupaten Kediri. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode project based learning yang diawali dengan kegiatan presenting dan modelling mengenai English taglines dan speking performance tentang produk yang dijual sesuai dengan gramatika ucapan bahasa Inggris dan juga teks dialog bahasa Inggris tentang transaksi jual beli produk. Peserta pelatihan menyimak dan kemudian mempraktekan bagaimana mendesain English taglines yang menarik dan berlatih menggunakan ungkapan bahasa Inggris mengenai produk yang di jual. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu membawa masyarakat di KUB Batik Mangga di kabupaten Kediri berani mempromosikan dan memasarkan produk batik mereka ke sektor pariwisata internasional baik dalam kegiatan pameran maupun transaksi jual beli secara online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan (Borg, Walter R,. Gall, 1983) yang modifikasi dengan delapan tahapan/prosedur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar berbasis kasus untuk pembelajaran mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi di program studi magister pendidikan ekonomi pascasarjana Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Tahap pertama prosedur penelitian berupa: review silabus/RPS, analisis pembelajaran, disain pembelajaran, dan pengembangan bahan ajar. Validasi bahan ajar dilakukan oleh dua ahli, dimana hasilnya digunakan untuk penyempurnaan bahan ajar sampai mendapatkan justifikasi dari validator (ahli) sehingga bahan ajar berbasis kasus layak diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi. Pada tahap kedua, dilakukan analisis atas efektivitas bahan ajar berbasis kasus yang diimplementasikan dalm pembelajaran mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi di program studi magister pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, analisis deskriptif menyimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis kasus mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi layak (valid) untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

This community service aims to provide adequate understanding and skills for Social Science (IPS) teachers in junior high schools (SMP) in the city of Kediri related to the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum (CMB) and the output of this activity is in the form of Differentiated Teaching Modules for IPS subjects in SMP. The community service method is in the form of a workshop including test activities (pre-test and post-test, CMB literacy tutorials and assignments (performance). The data analysis technique uses a paired sample test with the help of the SPSS V.23 application. The community service results show that 1) this service activity is effective because it has been able to improve the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri, 2) there are significant differences in the pedagogical competence of IPS teachers of SMP in the City of Kediri between before and after participating in the community service activities of CMB implementation workshops, and 3) resulted differentiated teaching modules of IPS subjects in SMP.
