Abstract

Abstract— This research covers the design and construction of a Web-based Defect & Reject Light Control Intelligent System with Raspberry Pi with the aim of detecting the quality conditions of manufactured goods at the final inspection section of PT. Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries. This system requires several components such as a Raspberry Pi 3 Microcontroller, Relays, mini filament LED lamps and several other supporting components. The design and construction of a Web-Based Defect & Reject Light Control Intelligent System with the Raspberry Pi comes from experimental results, besides that it is also supported by several literary documents found in journals and reference books. This Intelligent Web-Based Defect & Reject Light Control System with the Raspberry Pi uses a website design as an input to turn off or turn on a lamp. Two mini filament lamps are used as output components that are made like Signal lamps. Based on the results of the experiments conducted, the Web-Based Defect & Reject Light Control Intelligent System with the Raspberry Pi can work quite well. When this system detects the condition of the production goods in a state that does not meet the specified company standards but has a low level of seriousness (defect), the system will give a signal for a yellow light with a value of 1, whereas if the level of seriousness is high (reject) then the control system will give a signal to turn on the red light the value of the number 1 stored in the database

Abstract

Abstract— Aviation industry is one of the industries in the field of transportation that today the number of user growth is increasing rapidly. In this paper described in general the aspects that effect the strategic decisions of airlines in the framework of implementation of the vision-mission of the organization, especially by PT XYZ, one of the state-owned airlines (SOEs) that has the scale and scope of business as well as the quality of service and international safety. Analysts will be focused on the business components of the company as well as strategies designed and implemented by the company in terms of achieving competitive advantage as well as risk management from various levels of volatile components such as the price of fuel oil (avtur, etc.). The writing method used is the research methodology used in this study using descriptive research methodology or literature review. Data analysis using SWOT analysis method. The results showed that there were company committed to implementing the right producing strategy for PT XYZ. to improve services. Intisari— Salah satu bidang transpotasi yang berkembang dengan pesat adalah industri penerbangan, Dalam tulisan ini diuraikan faktor-faktor umum yang berdampak pada keputusan strategis dalam rangka penerapan misi-visi perusahaan khususnya oleh PT XYZ, salah satu dari perusahaan maskapai penerbangan yang skala usaha dan ruang lingkup serta kualitas pelayanan dan keamanan internasional. Analisa akan fokus pada aspek-aspek bisnis organisasi serta penyusunan strategi yang dibangun dan diimplementasikan oleh organisasi dalam rangka meraih keunggulan kompetitif serta manajemen risiko dari berbagai level komponen volatil seperti tingkat harga avtur diantaranya. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Analisa data menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada komitmen perusahaan untuk menerapkan strategi produksi yang tepat bagi PT XYZ untuk meningkatkan layanan. Kata Kunci— Strategi Sistem Informasi, Pelayanan, SWOT.

Abstract

Population administration services are one of the government's general duties in terms of public services. The activities of managing and controlling data and publishing population documents are part of population administration. In this case the Electronic Identity Card (E-KTP) is the legal identity of the resident in which individual data is contained. However, in its application in the field, the E-KTP service still has obstacles so that it is not maximally felt by the people. As for the obstacles found in E-KTP services, among others, in terms of personnel, namely the lack of optimal service provided can be from the aspect of behavior caused by  time limit or work pressures so that it affects the quality of service besides that in terms of lack of infrastructure or disruption of equipment such as server connections and limited blanks, and lack of clear information for the general public. The government's latest policy is rolling so that the people can tolerate with Covid-19. Based on recommendations of the World Health Organizations (WHO), the recommendation of a New Normal is not only trending around the world. then the recommendation in Indonesia changed to "Era of Adaptation to The New Habits", the meaning of the recommendation  can be interpretated to be a new life order, not returning to a life likes the pandemic era but obliged to be accustomed to washing hands  by using soap, using masks, maintaining physical distance, and maintaing body imune. This has an impact on public services, people feel inconvenience in public administration services. In fact, referring to the law, the people is obliged to get good public services. Research methods . The research method using in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach in which the researcher can explain objectively based on the experiences of a group of individuals relating to the practice in the field that relates to the implementation of E-KTP services in the Era of The New Habitual Adaptation (AKB) at the Department Population and Civil Registration (DINDUKCAPIL) Pekalongan City, Central Java. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation, literature, websites. The data analysis using is interactive analysis are cyclical and interactive process. This analysis include 4 components: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Targeted output . It is in the form of scientific publications in the ISSN National Journal to be submitted, speakers in registered scientific meetings, teaching materials (ISBN) drafts, and published newspaper articles. TKT of research proposed is TKT 1 basic research

Abstract

Consciousness in consuming halal food or products is still ignored by Muslims in Indonesia, which is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, even though it is a must. Even halal food is defined as food that is healthy, clean and hygienic. This study aims to analyze the behavior of consuming halal food using Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and to identify how the purchase intention of Muslims in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, in buying snacks labeled halal. Using probability sampling techniques, out of 200 questionnaires distributed among students in Jakarta, only 152 were returned and only 137 qualified for further analysis. The quantitative method was chosen for this study with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 application. After going through the process and variables of Religiosity, Subjective Norm and Perceived Behavioral Control simultaneously affected the Intention to Buy Halal Food variable by 42.6% while the remaining 57.4% was affected. by other variables not examined in this study. To the next researcher, they should choose a wider research sample so that the research results can be more generalized. Can add other variables that are not examined in this study for further research.More insight into the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) on Intention to Buy Halal Food by using other variables and research objects.

Abstract

One of the global problems that is currently happening is increasingly serious environmental damage.  Offices from companies/organizations have a major contribution to environmental damage. Various calmities that occur at this time, are not accidental, Fire, landslides, and floods are indications of environmental damage. With these conditions various efforts by the green movement were made to create environmentally friendly offices.  From the top level to the bottom, companies/organizations must caretop level to the bottom, companies / organizations must care and participate with the environment. Participating in realizing office buildings that are environmentally friendly is not necessary with activities that require large amounts of energy, time and cost, but enough for activities that we consider small but have a big impact on saving the environment are very meaningful, such as energy efficiency (saving electricity and water) and greening including.   The purpose of this paper is to describe the alternative strategic steps taken to achieve the concept of green office to create environmentally friendly offices. The writing method used is the research methodology used in this study using descriptive research methodology or literature review.  The results showed that there were company committed to implementing a green office including PT Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Surakarta in Central Java

Abstract

This writing aims to know how to implement of Occupational safety and health (OHS)  management, obstacles, and solutions on PT Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical. This writing is executed on PT Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical, with the methods of literature writing, observation, and interviews.The results of this writing is represent that, implement of Occupational safety and health management (OHS) is still not suitable because it is still in development stage, so less than the maximum in the application of plicies and procedures of OHS.The implemetation of OHS is the determination of OHS policy, the implementation of OHS wich consists of inspectionOHS and awareness raising program of OHS, and monitoring  and evaluation of OHS.The constraints faced is implement of Occupational safety and health management (OHS) is difficult to make changes in the implementation of OHS, lack of undersatanding and awareness of employees to risk in the work environtment, lack of basic understanding measurement inspection ofOHS,”safety talk” is difficult is difficult for employees who are in site/DOP, lack of understanding ofOHS  procedures, training modules, and difficulty adjustment schedule of leaderThe solutions in facing is implement of Occupational safety and health management (OHS) is the required awareness and support of the implementation of the OHS for all parties, the importance of APD socialization, make clear basic mesurement/standard for inspection OHS, safety talk is done via email for empoyee who is in site/DOP, the importance of understanding of OHS procedure before disseminating, preparing more training modules and making management review and review schedule a year ahead.

Abstract

This writing aims to know how to procedures of production control on PT Astra Honda Motor (PT AHM) on Jakarta. This writing is executed on PT AHM, with the methods of literature writing, observation, and interviews. The results of this writing is represent that, procedures of production control is still not suitable because it is still in development stage, so less than the maximum in the application of production planning, production control, and production actual. The procedures of production control on PT AHM Jakarta of production planning, production control, and production actual. The constraints faced is the procedures of production control on PT AHM Jakarta is difficult to implement prosedures for changing the order of planning on the day running, SFG lacks parts, there are parties who disagree about the minus burden. The solutions in facing is the procedures of production control on PT AHM Jakarta is in the case of production planning, in case of force, a change in order is permitted provided all parts are available, in the case of control production , in case of important.  In the case control production, SFG is allowed as long as it can be completed that day.  In the case actual production, disputing parties are accommodated, meetings with related parties.

Abstract

The patient registration service is the starting gate for the health center services. In implementing BPJS, the community expects to get satisfactory health services.  Patients will feel or not depends on the quality of registration services provided. If the patient feels satisfied the he will come back to get health care. However, if the patient is not satisfied, there will be many complaints that will not only be delivered face-to-face but more than that it can occur the complaint is submitted thorugh print media, visual media, and even social media.  The purpose of study was to determine the comparative satisfaction of BPJS and non BPJS patients on the quality of registration services at the Johar Baru Health Center in Central Jakarta.riptive method with a Cross Sectional Comparative approach in the registration section at Johar Baru Health Center, Central Jakarta Research methods. This research was conducted with a descriptive method with a Cross Sectional Comparative approach in the registration section at Johar Baru Health Center, Central Jakarta.  The population in this study were BPJS and Non BPJS patients who registered at the outpatient Registration in October-December 2019.  The method of selecting samples was used with probability sampling whie to take samples using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique.  The tool used for research with Questionnaire/Questionnaire. With a Likert scale measurement scale.  For data analysis techniques using the Vality Test used is the product moment correlation which results in that the whoe question items are valid, which decision considerations are based on the r table for N = 30 at a significance of 5%, amounting to 0.361.Realibility Tests are used to show the extent to which a measurement result is relatively consistent if our measuring instrument repeatedly.  Based on the reliability test, for the item questionnaire, the decision consideration is based on Cronbach’salfa value>0.60, the questionnaire is declared reliable or consistent. In this study the Cronvachs’s Alfa Value of 0.699 ‘s was rounded to 0.70, the cronbanch Alfa Value of 0.70>0.60, the questionnaire was declared reliable or consistent. With cross sectional time approach. The Mann Whitney U test was used to prove the hypothesis with the SPSS For Windows 25 software version, the significance value or Symp was obtained. Sig, (2 tailed) of 0.001. Therefore the value of Symp. Sig, (2 tailed) of 0.001>from the probability of 0.0f, the hypothesis “Ha is a accepted” or there is a difference. Based on the average value in the level of BPJS patient satisfaction obtained an average of 79.96 for Non BPJS patients obtained an average of 76.13 while the difference between the two amounted to 3.83. Targeted Output.  Is a scientific publication in the National Journal of ISSN submitted, speakers in scientific meetings are registered, teaching material (ISBN) draft newspapaer articles are published. Abstract

Virtual Office is an alternative option for business people, not only startups or small-scale businesses but also large and medium-sized companies that are already running. This is an opportunity for office rental entrepreneurs to optimize their Virtual Office business. The government has previously given more attention to the existence of Virtual Offices by making regulations that provide convenience for virtual office companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of office rental transactions based on virtual office (Case Study: PT Pilar Loka Karya). Data collection techniques, data obtained from direct observations, interviews with informants, and literature. The research method used is descriptive with a case study approach. The results can be concluded that PT Pilar Loka Karya has optimally processed office rental transactions based on virtual office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of hybrid working readiness based on the Molla and Licker model, the advantages of efforts in hybrid working readiness, and the obstacles faced in the hybrid working readiness of the Land Office of Pekalongan City, Central Java. Research methods. This type of research uses the descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques to obtain primary and secondary data are in-depth interview methods, observation or observation methods, and documentation. This study uses the guidance theory of Molla and Licker's model. The superiority of the efforts related to the readiness of Hybrid Working at the Land Office of Pekalongan City is the call center service and "Hello Head Office" complaint and semi-electronic service "eigh steps for the Covid-19 Emergency Period". The obstacles in the Hybrid Working readiness effort are the central office server that has not been able to back up regional offices. There are differences in the data of the service user.
