Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen tes dribbling pada olahraga futsal. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) ini disertai dengan pendekatan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Subyek dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah atlet futsal SMA MULIA, SMK Tritech, SMA Negeri 2 dan SMA Negeri 13 Medan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah validitas yang menggunakan validitas ahli dan reliabilitas tes yang menggunakan test re-test dan Uji coba kelompok kecil dan Besar sebagai dasar untuk layak atau tidaknya instrumen yang akan digunakan dalam suatu penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan Instrumen tes dribbling pada olahraga futsal sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dribbling pemain futsal, Pengembangan Instrumen tes dribbling pada olahraga futsal yang diciptakan dapat mempermudah pelatih futsal untuk mengetahui kemampuan dribbling pemainnya, dan Pengembangan instrumen tes dribbling pada olahraga futsal sangat dibutuhkan sebagai acuan pelatih sebagai evaluasi dari latihan dribbling pemainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrument tes passing atas dan passing bawah bolavoli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet di club TVRI, club PBV Mulia dan club Johar. Bentuk yang telah dibuat terlebih dahulu divalidasi orang beberapa ahli di bidangnya. Alat ini berupa adaptasi dari instrument tes sebelumnya yang masih merupakan dinding dengan diameter 1,5 x1,5 meter dengan ketinggian sesuai dengan kebutuhan tes yang akan dilakukan, menjadi bentuk portable yang dapat digunakan kapanpun dan dimanapun dengan material yang keras menyerupai dinding sehingga daya pantul bola tidak berkurang dan dilengkapi dengan sensor sehingga penghitungan menjadi lebih mudah dan akurat. Uji kelompok kecil melibatkan 20 orang atlet dari club TVRI dan uji coba kelompok besar melibatkan 30 orang atlet dari club Johar dan club Mulia. Hasil dari validasi ahli dalam ujicoba kelompok kecil bahwa dapat digunakan dimana rata-rata persentase validitasnya adalah 90,96%. Hasil dari validasi ahli dalam ujicoba kelompok besar bahwa dapat digunakan dimana rata-rata persentase validitasnya adalah 95,33%. Dapat disimpulkan alat tes kemampuan passing atas dan passing bawah bolavoli berbasis digital ini dapat layak atau dapat digunakan.

Abstract

AbstrakPembelajaran bola voli yang baik akan membantu siswa untuk memperoleh perkembangan motorik yang optimal dan juga dapat membantu siswa untuk mengembangkan potensinya dalam permainan bola voli. Dalam permainan bola voli terdapat beberapa teknik dasar yang harus dikuasai oleh oleh pemain, salah satunya adalah passing. Passing yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah passing bawah.Setelah dilakukan observasi pada sekolah MAN Rantauprapat, proses belajar mengajar pendidikan jasmani belum begitu baik khususnya untuk pembelajaran passing bawah bola voli, pada saat pembelajaran siswa sering mengalami kesulitan untuk melakukan gerakan passing bawah dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara gaya mengajar resiprokal dan gaya mengajar komando terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli, (2) Mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara gaya mengajar resiprokal dengan gaya mengajar komando bagi siswa yang memiliki motor educability tinggi terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli, (3) Mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara gaya mengajar komando dengan gaya mengajar resiprokal bagi siswa yang memiliki motor educability rendah terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli, (4) Mengetahui apakah terdapat interaksi antara gaya mengajar dengan  motor educability terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh siswa putra kelas XI MAN Rantauprapat tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 136 siswa, dengan mengambil sampel 40 siswa melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Anava dua jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan antara gaya mengajar resiprokal dan gaya mengajar komando terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli, dengan nilai Fhitung 11,983 > Ftabel 4,113 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05; (2) Bagi siswa yang memiliki motor educability tinggi, gaya mengajar resiprokal lebih baik dibandingkan gaya mengajar komando terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli, dengan Qhitung 16,76 > Qtabel 4,33 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05; (3) bagi siswa yang memiliki motor educability rendah, gaya mengajar komando lebih baik dibandingkan gaya mengajar resiprokal terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli, dengan Qhitung 9,84 > Qtabel 4,33 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05; (4) Terdapat interaksi antara gaya mengajar dengan motor educability terhadap hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli, dengan nilai Fhitung176,896 > Ftabel 4,113 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05.Kata Kunci: Gaya Mengajar, Motor Educability, dan Passing Bawah Bola Voli

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the validity results and the reliability and practicality of the basic movement skills assessment instrument for primary school PJOK. The research method in this study uses an R & D development model using an analysis modified by researchers into three stages, namely define, design and develop. The results of the validity were analyzed using the T Score from several aspects assessed by experts with an ideal percentage value of 90% with a very good category and suitable for use. The results of instrument reliability on a small scale use GENOVA analysis, for locomotor indicators (0.90), manipulative indicators (0.91). The practicality of the instrument which was analyzed using a T score obtained an average score of 52.33 and from the T score of each rater I (49), rater II (54), and from rater III obtained a T score (54) and based on the teacher's assessment of the instrument assessment of basic movement skills is quite practical. In conclusion, the instrument for assessing basic movement skills in PJOK learning that was developed has met the requirements of validity, reliability and practicality, as an evaluation tool that can be used further by primary school PJOK teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of locomotor games on gross motor skills of elementary school students. The design of this study used a quantitative pre-experimental design type one-group pretest-posttest. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people with. purposive sampling technique The instrument used in this study used the TGMD-2 Test of Gross Motor Development-2. The research methodology used in this study was data analysis using paired t-test statistical techniques. In the paired t-test analysis, the pretest and posttest p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). From these results it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect of locomotor games on the gross motor of elementary school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a volleyball game model using instructional media for junior high school students. The method used in this research is to use the R & D research method which is used to develop a product in the form of a volleyball game model and test the effectiveness of the product. The type of research used in this research is to use mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) by using the t test on the effectiveness test. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire questionnaire. The subjects used in this study were class VII students of SMP Gajah Madah Medan, totaling 40 students. The results of the small group trial were carried out on 15 junior high school students in class VII-1 with a very good category. The large group trial was conducted on 25 students of SMP Gajah Madah Medan class VII-2 with a very good category. The product effectiveness test was carried out by conducting pre-test and post-test with the results of the t-test p<0.005, this result showed that there was a significant difference. The average pretest score before students use the game model using learning media is 5.42. And after the students were given treatment, namely the volleyball game model using learning media, the average post-test score was 7.71.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a form of reaction speed training variation in the futsal game in 2021. The population in this study were all SKP Fc goalkeeper athletes, Amir Hamzah, and Bersama Fs. The form of the small group variation that has been made is validated by 3 experts, 1 futsal coach, 1 expert in sports, and 1 expert in language, where the percentage of validity is 58%-97% taken from the smallest to the largest percentage value of the overall results. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method. The form of the large group variation that has been made is validated by 3 experts, 1 futsal coach, 1 expert in sports, and 1 expert in language, where the percentage of validity is 86%-97% taken from the smallest to the largest percentage value of the overall results. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method. The results of the small group test involving 6 futsal goalkeeper athletes SKP Fc and Amir Hamzah showed that the 20 variations of the exercise had met the appropriate criteria. The percentage of validity of the questionnaire that has been distributed to the sample shows that 77%-96% is taken from the smallest to the largest percentage value of the overall results. The results of the large group test of 14 futsal goalkeeper athletes SKP Fc, Amir Hamzah, and Bersama Fs showed that the 20 variations of the exercise had met the criteria for use. The percentage of validity of the questionnaire that has been distributed to the sample shows that 84%-96% is taken from the smallest to the largest percentage value of the overall results. It can be concluded that the 20 models of exercise variations are good for increasing the ability and reaction speed of futsal goalkeepers and interesting exercises, because they are very important in training so that these exercises do not.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of horizontal swing and twisting trunk curl exercises to the improvement of push hockey results in female athletes of the Batu Bara Exemplary Hockey Club in 2021. The research method used in this research is the experimental method, the sample used in this study is 12 people. The research was conducted on May 24, 2021 until July 3, 2021, the statistical calculations used in this study are; requirements analysis test, normality test, homogeneity test and regression significance test. The first analysis is that the horizontal swing exercise provides a significant contribution to increasing the results of push hockey in female athletes of the Batu Bara Exemplary Hockey Club in 2021, based on the calculation results Fcount = 18.990 and Ftable(0.05;1/10) = 4.96 so Fcount > Ftable it can be concluded that the regression equation model is significant about 65.5%. Analysis of the second hypothesis, namely, twisting trunk curl exercise contributes to increasing push hockey results in female athletes of the Batu Bara Exemplary Hockey Club in 2021, based on the calculation results Fcount = 21.670 and Ftable(0.05;1/10) = 4.96 so Fcount > Ftable it can be concluded that the regression equation model is significant about 65.3%. Analysis of the third hypothesis, namely, horizontal swing and twisting trunk curl exercises jointly contributed significantly to the improvement of push hockey results in female athletes at the Batu Bara Exemplary Hockey Club in 2021. Approximately 74.2% of horizontal swing and twisting trunk curl exercises contributed to push hockey results for female athletes of the Batu Bara Exemplary Hockey Club in 2021. From hypothesis testing it can be concluded that; there is a significant contribution from the horizontal swing and twisting trunk curl exercises, there is a significant contribution jointly from both forms of exercise to the improvement of push hockey results in female athletes of the Batu Bara Exemplary Hockey Club in 2021.

Abstract

This study aimed to discover the effect of the learning method and learning motivation on the improvement of throwing and catching the ball for elementary school students. The study samples were 60 elementary school students acquired using the treatment by level 2x2 study design with the tukey test using a =0.05 level. The study results show 1) groups A1 and A2 obtained Fh Ft, i.e., 17.9 4.15; therefore, there is an effect between group learning method and individual learning method on ball throw-catch skills, with Qh = 8.54 dan Qt = 3.83. 2) Then, it obtained FhF1, i.e., 26.61 4.15; therefore, it concludes that the ball throw-catch skill learning outcome. 3) The tukey test on groups A1B1 and A2B1 obtained Qh = 18.95 and Qt = 2.99, in which the results conclude that ball throw-catch skill learning outcome with high motoric taught using the group learning method is better than the individual learning method. 4) Qh = 1.84 and Qt = 2.99, concluding that ball throw-catch skill learning outcome with low motoric taught using the individual learning method is better than the group learning method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk lembar kerja berbasis KKNI mata kuliah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan belajar gerak berupa print-outt lembar kerja. Dengan produk ini diharapkan dapat memecahkan masalah pada mahasiswa yang kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan enam tugaas, yaitu tugas rutin, tugas projek, tugas mini research, tugas critical jurnal, tugas book report, dan tugas rekaya ide pada mata kuliah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan belajar gerak sebagai dasar peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu keolahragaan khususnya jurusan Pendidikan KepelatihaN Olahraga yang berkompetensi dalam bidang kepelatihan dan pendidikan jasmani. Implikasi dari produk lembar kerja   tersebut akan mempermudah mahasiswa dalam menjalankan proses belajar mata kuliah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan belajar gerak.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research and development dengan mengembangkan lembar kerja yang didasarkan pada standar kompetensi melalui analisis kebutuhan dari mahasiswa.
