<![CDATA[The agriculture counseling holds the important function to increase quality of farmer through process of study. the goal of this research is analysis performance of the agriculture counseling, perseption of farmer about performance of the agriculture counseling, and the effect internal and external factors toward inspection of the agriculture counseling. This research is done at village purworejo, Sub district ngantung, district malang by using dialogue method with the instrument research is quiztioner. The analysis data is description manner and double liners regression. The results of this research show that performance of Agriculture counseling is good declaration, perspective farmers are positive about performance of Agriculture counseling. The factors are age, formal education, non formal education, active farmer in group of farm, and knowledge of farmer towards performance of Agriculture counseling has significant effect toward perseption of farmer about performance of Agriculture counseling.
Penyuluhan pertanian memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya petani melalui proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja penyuluh pertanian, persepsi petani tentang kinerja penyuluh pertanian, dan pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Purworejo, Kecamatan Ngantang, Kabupaten Malang dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja penyuluh pertanian dinyatakan baik, persepsi petani positif tentang kinerja penyuluh pertanian. Faktor umur, pendidikan formal, pendidikan non formal, keterlibatan petani dalam kelompok tani, dan pengetahuan petani terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi petani tentang kinerja penyuluh pertanian.]]>
