Abstract

Making dipping drinks based on lingzhi mushrooms, pandanus leaves and ginger elephants is often used in various traditional lingzhi mushrooms containing active ingredients that can function as ganodermin, ganoderan, ganodermin acid, triterpenoid, adenosine, peptidaglukan, germanium, and polysaccharides. The purpose of this study was to determine the best formulation in making dye drinks using lingzhi mushrooms, pandan leaves and ginger elephants as natural medicine and the feasibility analysis of making dye drinks using lingzhi mushrooms, pandan leaves and elephant ginger as natural medicine. The research method was carried out using a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) of 3 formulations of lingzhi, pandan leaves and elephant ginger formulations. This treatment was repeated 5 times to obtain 15 experimental units. This conclusion shows that the lingzhi mushroom formulation is 85%, 5% pandan leaves, and 10% elephant ginger is the best treatment with a total phenol value of 378.1 mg / L, 4.1% moisture content, 0.76% dissolved solids, total fiber 14.74%. The results of the business feasibility analysis on the treatment are HPP = Rp. 868,047, BEP (price) = Rp 245,417 / year and RCR = 1,15. Pembuatan minuman celup berbasis jamur lingzhi, daun pandan, dan jahe gajah sering digunakan dalam berbagai obat-obatan tradisional jamur lingzhi memiliki kandungan bahan aktif yang dapat berfungsi sebagai ganodermin, ganoderan, asam ganodermin, triterpenoid, adenosine, peptidaglukan, germanium, dan polisakarida. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menentukan Formulasi terbaik dalam pembuatan minuman celup menggunakan jamur lingzhi, daun pandan, dan jahe gajah sebagai obat alami dan Analisa kelayakan usaha pembuatan minuman celup menggunakan jamur lingzhi, daun pandan, dan jahe gajah sebagai obat alami. Metode penelitian dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yaitu formulasi jamur lingzhi, daun pandan, dan jahe gajah sebanyak 3 formulasi. Perlakuan ini diulang sebanyak 5 kali sehingga diperoleh 15 unit percobaan. kesimpulan ini menunjukan bahwa formulasi jamur lingzhi 85%, daun pandan 5%, dan jahe gajah 10% merupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan nilai total fenol 378,1 mg/L, kadar air 4,1%, padatan terlarut 0,76%, total serat 14,74%. Hasil analisa kelayakan usaha pada perlakuan adalah HPP= Rp. 868,047 , BEP (harga) = Rp 245,417/tahun dan RCR = 1,15.
