Abstract

Berkembangnya era digital 4.0 sudah menjajakan segala bidang. Dalam hal pelayanan pustakawan dalam menunjang perpustakaan berbasis IT membuat kita harus dapat memilih aplikasi yang mudah digunakan, menarik dan efesien dalam penggunaannya. SMP Negeri 2 Semarapura, merupakan salah satu instansi yang memiliki perpustakaan, namun pustakawan belum menggunakan aplikasi yang optimal. Salah satu aplikasi yang tidak berbayar adalah senayan library management system (SLiMS). SLiMS merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat berjalan dengan baik di atas platform sistem operasi seperti Mac OS, MS-Windows. Aplikasi tersebut sangat dibutuhkan bagi pustakawan dalam mengelola buku-buku dalam pengimputan data nama buku dan data anggota perpustakaan, pengkodean buku, peminjaman buku,dan laporan-laporan kegiatan perpustakaan. Perlu adanya pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pustakawan dan mengukur penggunaan aplikasi SLiMS dengan menggunakan Usability Testing untuk mengukur daya guna suatu antarmuka perangkat lunak

Abstract

In this study, clustering data on STMIK STIKOM Indonesia alumni using the Fuzzy C-Means and Fuzzy Subtractive methods. The method used to test the validity of the cluster is the Modified Partition Coefficient (MPC) and Classification Entropy (CE) index. Clustering is carried out with the aim of finding hidden patterns or information from a fairly large data set, considering that so far the alumni data at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia have not undergone a data mining process. The results of measuring cluster validity using the Modified Partition Coefficient (MPC) and Classification Entropy (CE) index, the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering algorithm has a higher level of validity than the Fuzzy Subtractive Clustering algorithm so it can be said that the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm performs the cluster process better than with the Fuzzy Subtractive method in clustering alumni data. The number of clusters that have the best fitness value / the most optimal number of clusters based on the CE and MPC validity index is 5 clusters. The cluster that has the best characteristics is the 1st cluster which has 514 members (36.82% of the total alumni). With the characteristics of having an average GPA of 3.3617, the average study period is 7.8102 semesters and an average TA work period of 4.9596 months.

Abstract

Competition in the business world in the pharmacy industry, demands the Pharmacist to determine a strategy that can increase drug sales. One way is to overcome the problems that occur in drugs store such as problems and sales of drug recommendations to suppliers who still use the prediction system of pharmacists. Data growth is less so utilized, data and information become useless like waste, sales strategy only as a little assumption without information and knowledge in server, consequently sales down and not range and items become expired and stock procurement is not according to market demand. Extracting data or an effort to retrieve valuable knowladge and information in a large database is called data mining or Knowledge Discovery in Database or usually shortened as KDD . One of the most popular algorithm in data mining technic is Apriori Algorithm, while the discovery of “relational combination pattertn among itemset used Assosiation Rules”. Data mining has been implemented into the various fields like : business or trade, education and telecommunication. In bussiness for instance, the implementation result of data mining use ‘algorithm Apriori which can give a hand to help the Businessmen make decision on supplies. For example, the necessity of supplies system in a drugstore as one of the mecical stuff supplier, and to determine which product as the priority should be supplied to anticipate out of stock of supplies availability in the store, as the results will also affect to the consumer service and daily income. Drugs are essential unit should be supplied and being and essential factor which will impact to the consumer trust to a hospital or another medical service. That is why the availability of medical drugs in drugstores is completely needed to support the succes of distribution to the consumers, so the activity of medical service to consumers run thoroughly. In this case, data mining is seen as able to buildt intelligent business environment as solution for competing increated compitition among the drugstores in future.

Abstract

A data warehouse are central repositories of integrated data from one or more disparate sources from operational data in On-Line Transaction Processing (OLTP) system to use in decision making strategy and business intelligent using On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) techniques. Data warehouses support OLAP applications by storing and maintaining data in multidimensional format. Multidimensional data models as an integral part of OLAP designed to solve complex query analysis in real time.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) is a very important part for the company or institution and investment value to make the company or institution for the better. Companies or institutions using information technology to  make the support of the strategic plan company in Attaining the vision, mission and objectives of the company or the institution, as well as STMIK STIKOM Bali. Applied information technology in the companies or institute need to be regulated. Managing information technology requires an audit for evaluating and ensure compliance in terms of the standard approach. Information Technology in Bali STIKOM STMIK require audits to evaluate, assess capabilities and make a recommendation for manage information technology better. Framework COBIT 5 is use for audit, that focuses on the purpose IT service delivery in accordance with business needs. The results of audit use framework COBIT 5 with 17 process capability obtained is 2.66, which states that the implementation of IT services is already established and has a standard.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 (SD N 1) Pesaban merupakan salah sekolah di desa Pesaban yang berlamat di Jalan. Raya Besakih, Pesaban, Rendang Karangasem, Bali. Sistem pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah ini masih konvensional, dimana sistem yang digunakan belum banyak memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan kurangnya inovasi dari guru untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang menyebabkan kurangnya pemahaman siswa akibat dari media pembelajaran yang digunakan pada sekolah tersebut kurang menarik, kreatif, inovatif dan tidak mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Hal tersebut juga menjadi salah satu tantangan pada saat pandemi Covid 19 yang mengharuskan pembelajaran dilakukan secara online. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka guru disekolah tersebut diberikan pelatihan Media Pembelajaran Online bekerjasama dengan STMIK STIKOM Indonesia dengan materi google classroom. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui dampak Pelatihan Media Pembelajaran Online pada Guru SD 1 Pesaban. Data diperoleh menggunanakan metode survey yang kemudian dijabarkan secara deskriptif untuk menjabarkan variabel-variabel penelitian. Angket yang diberikan pada indikator kemudahan Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran daring rata-rata guru menjawab setuju sebesar 79,38% dan tidak setuju sebesar 20,62% dan untuk indikator performa Google Classroom angka rata-rata para guru menjawab setuju 88,9% dan tidak setuju sebesar 11,1%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang telah dilakukan mendapat respon yang baik dari para guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pesaban dan telah diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran secara daring yang juga memberikan hasil yang memuaskan sehingga kegiatan pelatihan ini cukup berhasil.

Abstract

Alumni data that has been stored is underutilized where this condition is called "rich of data but poor of information". At this time STIKI Indonesia is less aware of specific alumni distribution information in the world of work because there is no system that can do that. These problems can utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. Human resource management is what supports the vision and mission of alumni ties by forming relationships between alumni so that they can provide information about the workplace and job opportunities between one alumni and other alumni. Thus, each alumni can exchange information in a manner and build a circle that can help alumni who are still not working. Geographic Information System is one of the information systems with mapping visualization that has the ability to present information in graphical form using maps as an interface, so that the distribution of alumni can be known specifically (Handoko 2012). Testing using the black box testing method in the Geographical Information System for Alumni Distribution Mapping shows that all modules in the system are functioning properly and can display information as designed

Abstract

Final Project is one of the requirements for STMIK STIKOM Indonesia students to complete their studies. The final project has two stages, namely the proposal seminar process and the final project session, to complete these stages, of course, the study program must make a schedule for the stages. The problem that often occurs in scheduling activities is the occurrence of clashes between one schedule and another, the schedule clashing with the teaching activities of lecturers as supervisors and examiners. and there is a request for lecturer prohibition time to test One method to solve this problem is by using a genetic algorithm that works through natural and genetic selection. There are 8 genetic algorithm procedures, coding technique procedures, initial population and chromosome random (random), fitness function to minimize the number of clashes between schedules, roulette-wheel selection method, crossing over, genetic mutation, elitism and the condition is complete when the maximum iteration has been reached . Abstract

The quality of an educational staff can be seen from the realization of the employee's work targets (SKP) which is supported by the results of the assessment that have been determined by colleagues and the leadership of the education staff itself. The determining factors are work overload which is calculated from (SKP realization value – SKP target value) + attitude behavior value. In this case, after the behavioral assessment at Udayana University is only accumulated in a simple mathematical manner, where colleagues and leaders fill out a satisfaction questionnaire and each question has an assessment, it will be accumulated and taken on average to be accumulated with excess workload. This of course can lead to inappropriate results because the things given are very subjective which results in perfect scores, but not objective, so that it is difficult for HR to determine employees who have the right attitude. Profile Matching is the process of comparing the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so that differences in competence (also called GAP) can be known. The smaller the resulting GAP, the greater the weight value. Implementation of Profile Matching on data of outstanding education personnel at Udayana University is carried out by making several aspects such as administration, leadership, and personality as core factors and secondary factors. The results of the implementation at Gambar 8 show that the use of the profile matching method for this case has been successfully implemented, in the implementation of this method it does not assume that the highest value is the best value, but demands that the ideal value used is the maximum value so that expectations do not exceed the ideal value, and changes in the weight of the criteria affect the resulting alternative decisions, so it should be noted that the filling percentage of core factor, secondary factor, and the presentage of aspect needs to be adjusted to the data conditions, to get objective results.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi pada sekolah menengah pertama sejauh ini masih kurang, penyampaian materi pelajaran dirasa masih sulit untuk dipahami siswa. Sebagai upaya peningkatan kemampuan guru dan staf administrasi perlu dilaksanakan workshop yang meningkatkan pelayanan sekolah dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk menunjang aktifitas pembelajaran SMP N 1 Semarapura yakni Membuat Video Pembelajaran (Power Point, Camtasia) oleh guru untuk siswa dan menunjang perpustakaan dalam melayani siswa dengan menerapkan aplikasi (SLIMS) untuk Perpustakaan. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih keterampilan para guru dan staff dalam peningkatan pelayanan sekolah terhadap para siswa. Setelah dilakukannya pelatihan, Adapun kuisioner disebarkan terhadap para guru untuk mengetahui kegunaan aplikasi Power Point, Camtasia dan SLIMS dengan menggunakan Usability Testing, dari hasil sebaran kuisioner yang diberikan, mendapatkan hasil yang ideal yakni dari skalia 1–5 berada dalam angka > 3.5, hal ini menunjukan bahwa guru dan staff telah mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik dan pengoperasian aplikasi dengan mudah.
