Abstract

The target audience of the IbM PPM batik is batik artisans belonging to Group Batik Sekar Geang which 11 members and Group Batik Capit Urang which had 15 members. The emergence of this group is driven by huge demand for batik products in District Somagede and in Banyumas generally unserved as many as 6457 people from school children, teachers and officials in the District Somagede environment. The high school student, a teacher, an employee in the District Somagede in particular and Banyumas generally required to wear batik clothes 2-3 days a week. The size of the potential market is still coupled with the program to realize the integrated tourism in the District Somagede thus requiring a superior product to be used as a souvenir. The main problem is the absence of partners the division of tasks within the group. All members of the group working on production activities, there is no division of labor within the group, no member whose job is to market their products, partners do not perform registration activities group administration in an orderly manner, there has been no attempt of a group to promote their products to the public, are not familiar with marketing on -line for batik products, lack of capital and production equipment to run its business, does not have the skills and equipment to produce batik printing highly prospective for serving uniform school children, teachers and staff in the District Somagede, Design batik motif both partners is still limited and yet varied, packaging and label design is still very modest, small business management capabilities are limited and not yet standardized bookkeeping.Target activities IbM are increased capability partner in the management and administration of the group, the results of administrating the group's activities, a system of division of labor, an increase in sales, marketing services on-line, the design of new batik, batik printing, packaging and labeling of products with attractive design, report financial groups, and scientific journals. To achieve the objectives and outcomes, activities such as counseling, practice, support. The evaluation method by comparing the level of knowledge and ability as well as the performance of the production and marketing partners before and after the activities IbM.

Abstract

Pandemi Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) terjadi di lebih dari 200 negara termasuk Indonesia, telah mengubah kebiasaan masyarakat dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi. Covid-19 memaksa masyarakat untuk berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi secara online dengan menggunakan platform seperti Zoom, Google-meet, Webex, dan platform lainnya. Salah satu sektor yang mengalami dampak yang mengharuskan berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi secara online  adalah sektor pendidikan, hal tersebut bertujuan untuk mencegah penyebaran dan penularan Covid-19. Salah satu kegiatan di sektor pendidikan yang harus dilaksanakan secara online adalah seminar. Seminar yang dilaksanakan secara online di masa pandemi  Covid-19 ini dikenal dengan sebutan Webinar. Pada webinar, pengelola webinar menghadapi permasalahan setelah pelaksanaan webinar yaitu bagaimana mengenerate dan mengirimkan sertifikat kepada peserta webinar secara massal. Penelitian ini telah mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web yang diberi nama Cobinar. Cobinar merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk membantu pengelola webinar dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang berkaitan generate dan pengiriman sertifikat massal kepada peserta webinar. Aplikasi Cobinar dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan Database Management System (DBMS) MySql. Sedangkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, aplikasi Cobinar ini mampu mengenerate dan mengirimkan sertifikat ke peserta webinar dengan lebih efektif dan efisien, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian menggunakan  User Acceptance Test (UAT)  yang menyatakan bahwa 95 persen pengguna menyatakan bahwa aplikasi Cobinar mudah untuk dijalankan. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh pengelola webinar untuk mengenerate dan mengirimkan sertifikat webinar kepada peserta. AbstractThe Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic occurred in more than 200 countries, including Indonesia, which has changed people's habits in communicating and interacting. Covid-19 forces people to communicate and interact online using Zoom, Google-meet, Webex, and other platforms. One sector that has experienced the impact of communicating and interacting online is the education sector, which aims to prevent the spread and transmission of Covid-19. One of the activities in the education sector that must be carried out online is a conference. This conference, which was held online during the Covid-19 pandemic, is known as a Webinar. The webinar manager faced a problem after the webinar, namely, how to generate and send certificates to webinar participants. This research has developed a web-based application called Cobinar. Cobinar is an application used to assist webinar managers in overcoming problems related to generating and sending mass certificates to webinar participants. The Cobinar application was developed using the PHP programming language and using the MySql Database Management System (DBMS). While the software development method used is Waterfall. The Cobinar application can generate and send certificates to webinar participants more effectively and efficiently based on testing. It can be seen from the results of testing using the User Acceptance Test (UAT), which states that 95 percent of users state that the Cobinar application is easy to operate. The main contribution of this research is the development of an application that webinar administrators can use to generate and send webinar certificates to participants.

Abstract

This paper focuses on detecting student learning styles using the Felder-Silverman Index Learning Style (FSLM). Providing Adaptivity based on learning styles can support students and make the learning process easier for them. However, the student learning styles need to be identified and understood to provide the appropriate adaptability. In this case, we use a questionnaire instrument to detect student’s learning styles. This paper analyses of students from Professional Education Teacher (PPG) at the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristek DIKTI).   The results show that 1998 students who filled out the questionnaire obtained the following conclusions for each zone with a balanced learning style about 29.9% for dimension processing, 34.78% for input dimension, and 36.98% for understanding dimension. However, most students have a moderate sensing learning style with 31.13% for each zone for the dimension of perception. This research contributes to some areas, such as providing FSLSM learning style with a large dataset and capturing students' learning styles based on four dimensions.

Abstract

Di masa pandemi Covid-19, Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengeluarkan surat edaran no 4 tahun 2020 tentang pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa darurat penyebaran Covid-19. Poin no 2 pada surat edaran tersebut berisi mengenai pelaksanaan belajar dari rumah melalui pembelajaran daring. Guru dan siswa diminta untuk melaksakan proses belajar mengajar melalui pembelajaran daring/jarak jauh. Proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara online sychronous atau online asynchronous. Untuk sychronous dapat dilaksanakan menggunakan berbagai platform online seperti Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams dan platform lainnya. Sedangkan, asyncronous dapat dilaksanakan dengan memanfaatkan platform seperti google classroom, schoology, moodle, dan berbagai learning management system lainnya. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 2 Purwokerto termasuk sekolah yang memanfaatkan media online synchronus Microsoft Teams agar proses pembelajaran tetap dapat berlangsung. Penggunaan platform online sangat membantu dalam pembelajaran daring, akan tetapi tetap harus didukung dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran online asynchronous. Salah satunya adalah Learning Mangement System (LMS). Pada kegiatan ini dilakukan sosialisasi penggunaan LMS, dilaksanakan sosialisasi LMS Moodle kepada guru SMKN 2 Purwokerto. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah ceramah, praktik, dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, guru SMKN 2 Purwokerto memiliki pengetahuan tentang LMS, dan mampu menggunakan LMS untuk kegiatan pembelajaran secara asynchronous.

Abstract

During the pandemic, almost all industries have been disrupted, including the education industry. To support the sustainability of the education industry, many institutions use various video conferencing platforms. There are six aspects that need to be considered in choosing a video conference platform: Features provided, Ease of use, security level, bandwidth usage, platform stability and the ability to accommodate the number of participants in a conference room. This study shows how to prioritize these aspects in choosing a video conferencing platform carried out by educational institutions in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP). And the results of this study show the order of aspects in choosing a video conferencing platform for teaching and learning needs.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a system that can assist managers in making decisions that are based on the criteria set by the company. Decision Support System helps in the assessment process so it does not happen to be subjective judgment in decision making. Ratings are based on the criteria that have been determined are expected to determine the employee is entitled to a promotion. Many methods can be used in making a decision support system. One method that can be used in making a decision support system that the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching is the process of comparing the profiles of employees with occupational profiles so that the known value of the gap. The smaller the value gap is generated, then the weight value will be even greater gap so that employees the opportunity to get a promotion will be even greater. The results of the calculation with profile matching method in the form of value which ranked based on the largest value. The results of this ranking value will be used as a reference in helping managers to make decisions. Software used in the manufacture of these decision support systems applications with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 with MySQL databases.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly, many companies want to improve their work processes by using information systems to process company data more quickly and efficiently. The process of accepting prospective employees at PT Noto Teknologi Indonesia is still done manually, i.e. prospective employees must register and deliver job application files to the office. To find out the results of the selection of employee recruitment, prospective employees still get information via WhatsApp. This makes the acceptance of new employee candidates less effective and efficient because it will take a lot of time and the possibility of data errors. So in this study a website based recruitment information system was created to facilitate the process of accepting new employees. The method used in making this system is the waterfall method where this method has 5 stages, namely user needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance by PT Noto Teknologi Indonesia. The results of the black-box test show valid results for all features which indicate that this system is as expected. From the results of black-box testing, it can be concluded that this system is feasible to use as a tool to facilitate the process of accepting new employees at PT Noto Teknologi Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan pembelajaran daring di Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi FEB Unsoed dengan menggunakan dua aspek evaluasi model CIPP yaitu aspek process dan aspek product. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder yang didapat dari 149 mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi FEB Unsoed TA 2017, 2018, dan 2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuisioner. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran daring yang ditinjau dari aspek process memperoleh skor 78,24 atau termasuk dalam kategori baik, aspek product memperoleh skor 64,74 atau termasuk dalam kategori cukup, dan diketahui sebagian besar mahasiswa lebih nyaman jika metode yang digunakan untuk penyampaian materi, interaksi dan diskusi, dan proses asesmen menggunkan metode sinkron (synchronous), sebagian besar mahasiswa lebih nyaman mengerjakan soal atau tugas berbentuk jawaban uraian. Namun demikian, masih diperlukan perbaikan terkait kualitas kondisi jaringan, kualitas penyajian materi, dan intensitas tugas yang diberikan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran daring di Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi FEB Unsoed secara keseluruhan sudah berjalan baik sehingga bisa dilanjutkan.
