Abstract

Industri pengolahan kopi nasional belum optimal karena hanya 20% total produksi kopi di Indonesia yang diolah menjadi kopi olahan (kopi bubuk, kopi instan, kopi mix), dan 80% dalam bentuk biji kopi kering (coffee beans). Sebagian kecil dari 20% adalah produsen kopi olahan baik perorangan atau kelompok kecil dengan mutu produk dan harga rendah. Kondisi ini dialami oleh petani kopi di Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (LMDH) Wana Asri Desa Sumber Salak Kecamatan Ledokombo Kabupaten Jember, dimana hasil panen dijual dalam bentuk biji kopi basah dan biji kopi kering. Upaya menciptakan nilai tambah dari pengolahan biji kopi kering menjadi kopi bubuk telah dilakukan oleh Kelompok Tani Kopi Raung Desa Sempolan Kecamatan Silo Kabupaten Jember dengan mesin penggilingan kopi. Hasilnya berupa kopi bubuk dengan tekstur butiran kasar dan tidak ada penggunaan bahan penolong untuk menciptakan rasa dan aroma kopi khas daerah. Penyebab kondisi ini adalah keterbatasan informasi tentang teknologi mesin produksi kopi olahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengolah kopi hasil panen menjadi produk kopi olahan yang memiliki mutu dan nilai jual tinggi. Hal ini berdampak pada mutu dan harga jual kopi bubuk tradisional relatif rendah dan nilai tambah yang diharapkan sangat kecil sehingga tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani. Oleh karena itu kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi mesin spray dryer untuk kegiatan produksi diversifikasi kopi olahan dalam bentuk kopi instan aneka rasa yang memenuhi standar uji organoleptik meliputi tekstur, aroma dan rasa. Sedangkan target khusus yang akan dicapai adalah pengembangan unit usaha pengolahan kopi instan aneka rasa khas daerah dengan menerapkan paket teknologi spray dryer, model manajemen keuangan berbasis akuntansi dan model pemasaran berbasis jaringan ritel di Kota Jember. Tim Pelaksana PKM telah melaksanakan kegiatan perancangan mesin spray dryer double heater soft gun sebagai alat produksi pengolahan kopi instan, pengujian formula komposisi bahan larutan starter dan kopi untuk menghasilkan bubuk kopi instan. Kinerja pengujian terbaik menghasilkan 48,5 gr bubuk kopi instan dari 170 ml larutan kopi instan atau 28,5%. Kegiatan ketiga adalah sosialisasi kepada mitra masyarakat sasaran tentang diversifikasi kopi instan dan manfaat kopi bagi kesehatan serta pentingnya model keuangan dan pemasaran dalam kegiatan bisnis. Kata kunci : Diversifikasi, Kopi Instan, Spray Dryer, Keuangan, Pemasaran

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructures in education are essential to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process in schools. Principals are responsible for managing facilities and infrastructures in schools. The implementation of learning to teach in schools will be subjected to obstacles when facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. The purpose of this research is 1) describing the importance of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning, 2) Knowing how to plan, manage, use and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in schools, 3) indicators Management of good infrastructure for the improvement of School quality 4) school readiness in preparing facilities and infrastructure to support learning in the 4.0 era. The case study used in MTS Muhammadiyah Sidomulyo. The research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research show that the headmaster is planning in fulfilling facilities and infrastructure tailored to the level of needs each year. The planning will be known as management indicators of any infrastructure which is a good or most significant influence on the improvement of the quality of the school. Precisely the use of facilities and infrastructure can improve the quality of learning in Mts Muhammadiyah Sidomulyo. Damaged facilities and infrastructure will be given repairs. If no longer repaired, the school will apply for new procurement. All parties in the school must maintain existing facilities, and infrastructures to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems experienced by teachers during Covid-19 pandemic in which teachers must conduct online learning. This research is a descriptive study using the online survey method. The data was collected using online questionnaires to 120 respondents of teacher vocational schools. It was found that 98% of the vocational schools teachers respondents have conducted online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, and 1 teacher did not use online model. The information obtained is that 100% of the teacher is doing online learning model (in the network). More than 9 medias used by vocational schools teachers in Bantul district during the pandemic were offered namely WhatsApps, WhatsApp Web, Google Classroom, Google Group, TeamLink, Microsoft Teams, Kaizala Microsoft, Zoom Meeting & Webinar, Youtube, Google Hangouts, and others. 100% of teachers or as many as 87 teachers are learning with WhatsApps application as the first choice. Furthermore, 16% of teachers use some application supporters of WhatsApp. Google Class is the second option. The third option is Google form as much as 14% or 8 teachers. The use of Google Form is for students' worksheets. The fourth choice is YouTube with as many as 9% or 5 teachers. Short videos related to the material being taught in 10-24 minutes. The fifth application is the Zoom Cloud Meeting for only 4% or6 teachers who chose this platform.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between social media variables on entrepreneurial interest, the relationship between family environment and entrepreneurial interest. This research method is a quantitative survey. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire (likert scale) which is packaged in a google form and distributed through WhatsApp Group. The method in this study is quantitative using the survey method. The study was carried out in August-December 2021 with the research respondents are 188 of vocational School students in Semarang, by using a proportional random sampling technique and using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use structural equation modeling (SEM) and statistical tools SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of family environment variables and social media on student entrepreneurship interest. The practical implication of this research is to increase student entrepreneurial interest, so schools must increase social media and family environment variables.
