Abstract

Mempunyai tenaga kerja yang bermotivasi kerja tinggi adalah salah satu tujuan setiap perusahaan agar produktivitas tenaga kerja yang tinggi dapat tercapai. Salah satu bagian dari motivasi kerja adalah kepuasan kerja. Berbagai macam cara yang ditempuh perusahaan untuk memenuhi kepuasan kerja karyawan, misalnya memberi gaji yang layak, fasilitas yang memadai, kesejahteraan diperhatikan, memberi penghargaan, dan pengakuan kepada karyawan yang berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah adalah, faktor-faktor apa saja yang menimbulkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan faktor-faktor apa yang paling mempengaruhi dan perlu diperbaiki agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Regional Provinsi Jawa Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif komparatif dengan metode studi kasus. Variabel yang diteliti adalah Faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja adalah variabel X (bebas) dan produktivitas adalah variabel Y (terikat). sedangkan yang menjadi sumber datanya adalah karyawan bagian SDM Kantor Pusat. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara, kuisoner, dan dokumentasi. Untuk mengetahui dan menjawab permasalahan dalam penelitian tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 46 orang karyawan tetap pada Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang menimbulkan kepuasan kerja karyawan pada bidang Sumber Daya Manusia PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Regional Provinsi Jawa Barat diantaranya adalah prestasi kerja, pengakuan, tanggung jawab, gaji, jaminan pekerjaan, dan status.Secara keseluruhan dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja karyawan Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia yakni kemajuan, pengakuan, prestasi kerja, mutu supervisi dan pelaksanaan kebijakan dan peraturan perusahaan menurun dari yang diharapkan oleh karyawan dan perusahaan. Faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja karyawan tersebut yang paling mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan dan mengakibatkan perlunya tindakan (solusi) untuk memperbaiki faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja yang menurun tersebut, dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Pupuk merupakan salah satu unsur hara yang sangat penting bagi tanah agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal, dalam hal ini pupuk dibedakan menjadi beberapa kategori yaitu pupuk organik mentah, cair, dan kimia, namun dalam hal ini masyarakat belum memahami cara pengelolaannya. pupuk organik mentah Pada artikel kali ini akan dibahas secara singkat bagaimana cara mengelola sisa tanaman dan kotoran hewan untuk menjadi pupuk media tanam. Dusun Cijati merupakan sebuah dusun yang terletak di Desa Mekar Buana, Kecamatan Tegalwaru, Karawang Answerarat, yang masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai petani dan peternak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku kelompok tani, menganalisis faktor perilaku petani dalam pemanfaatan sisa tanaman dan kotoran hewan. Hasil kajian menyatakan bahwa ada masyarakat yang paham dan juga belum paham bagaimana cara mengelola sisa sampah.

Abstract

Cooperatives have provided quality service for their members but the steps taken by cooperatives for members are not very easy, over time it has provided the best service benefits for members, and some members disagree with providing services and some agree to give service. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method which is useful for providing facts and data. Then the techniques used by researchers are source triangulation techniques, data collection technique triangulation, and time triangulation. In this study, the Jakarta Cooperative of educators and education staff has explained the analysis of service quality and satisfaction of cooperative members, expert judgment on service quality must be made on all services available at cooperatives, service treatment and satisfaction of cooperative members must be (equalized) both Honorary, civil servants as well as government employees with work agreements. Meanwhile, all members, employees, and administrators to further enhance the cohesiveness of togetherness to advance the cooperation of educators and education staff in Jakarta.

Abstract

Attitudes and habits at work really need to be considered, especially the discipline and work culture of an employee in order to avoid disciplinary actions that will affect the performance of individual employees, groups or the company itself. This study aims to examine the significant influence of discipline and work culture on employee performance in the quality control department at PT XYZ either partially or simultaneously. the number of population taken is 69 people to make the population a sample by using non-probability sampling technique in saturated sampling. Observations and questionnaires were used as data collection in this study, while SPSS V.26 software was used for data analysis. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the analysis carried out 1) there is a positive and significant effect partially between discipline variables on employee performance. 2) there is a positive and significant effect partially between variables on employee performance. 3) there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between the variables of discipline and work culture on employee performance.

Abstract

Every business unit wants high productivity because from that each business unit pays enough attention to the level of business productivity. Productivity is influenced by several factors, including motivation and work environment. This study aims to determine the direct influence between motivation and work environment on employee productivity and the indirect influence between motivation and work environment on employee productivity. This research was conducted at PT XYZ in Karawang Regency. The total sample taken was 150 respondents/employees from 240 existing populations. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation and questionnaires/questionnaires / written interviews. The data analysis technique carried out in this study was by path analysis of the application program using SPSS 26.0. Based on the results of the analysis found: 1). There is a correlation between the motivation variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) and has a fairly strong relationship. 2). The partial influence of the motivation variable (X1) on employee productivity (Y). 3). There is a partial influence of work environment variables (X2) on employee productivity (Y). 4). There is a significant simultaneous influence between motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee productivity (Y).

Abstract

RCM motor repair company is one of the companies engaged in the service sector. This business activity depends on human resources, with quality human resources of course being the mainstay in the RCM motorbike repair shop, therefore the company will be able to achieve its target goals quickly and precisely. This study aims to test and find out: The effectiveness of work motivation in improving employee performance at the RCM Motor Workshop. In their activities, employees always prioritize maximum results so as to create customer satisfaction. The leader also always advises and directs all employees to always make their work a comfortable place. Based on the goals to be achieved, humans are motivated by the needs they have and that can be their motivation to produce creativity and employee abilities that can grow from the will and motivation that employees aim for. The results of the study show that work motivation has high willpower so as to create increased employee performance, it also makes employees have good performance.

Abstract

Auditor performance can not be separated from the behavior of auditors in carrying out their duties. This study examines the relationship between professionalism, leadership style, organizational commitment, and work motivation on auditor performance. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach. This study involved 41 auditors at the Karawang Regency Inspectorate. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). The study results found that professionalism positively and significantly affected auditor performance. There is no significant effect between leadership style on auditor performance. There is a significant positive effect between organizational commitment to the auditor's performance and the auditor's work motivation having a positive impact on the auditor's performance. The results of this study illustrate that this indicates that the auditor is more professional in his work and has the motivation to perform specific tasks in achieving a goal. The organization is not wholly and part of those who work as auditors. Auditors who have reason in carrying out their duties can provide good results in carrying out their responsibilities because basis can provide enthusiasm that will affect the performance of auditors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kretaivitas sumber daya manusia pada Industri Kecil Menengah Di Kabupaten Karawang pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik Triangulasi menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil analisis deskriptif kualitatif dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan pelatihan sangat penting bagi pelaku Industri Kecil Menengah sebagai landasan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pelaku Industri Kecil Menengah, pelatihan diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat baik bagi pelaku Industri Kecil Menengah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses Bekasi. The method used in this researchthe is the quantitative method. This research was conducted at PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses. The sample collection technique uses all employees of PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses with a total of 105 employees. To determine the total of samples used, use the slovin formula with a margin error of 10% and there were result 52 employees who were used as respondents. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the f-test and t-test with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that there is a partial influence between job training on employee performance and the t table value (3,739 > 1,676 atay thitung > ttabel). Meanwhile, there is a partial influence of the work environment on employee performance with t table (2,329 > 1,676).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of employee performance and provide suggestions and recommendations from the findings of the human resource audit at PT Mattel Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using data collection methods of interviews and questionnaires to the human resource management division. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis using the interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman which is divided into 4 major parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the management of PT Mattel Indonesia does not yet have procedures governing HR planning, therefore it is necessary to have quality HR planning. Some HR function activities at PT Mattel Indonesia have been running effectively, including HR recruitment, HR selection and placement, HR training and development, career planning and development, employee performance appraisal, service compensation, labor relations, occupational health and safety, employee job satisfaction, termination of employment.
