Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology requires all people to be able to follow these developments, not least the human resources in a company. These changes require individuals to think creatively, work fast, and be right to be a person who is able to compete. In addition, job training, competence and work discipline in an organization are also things that can affect employee performance. This study aims to determine how much influence the job training, competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Lestarindo Perkasa. This type of research is quantitative. With a population of employees at PT. Lestarindo Perkasa and sampling with saturated sampling techniques with a total sample of 75 respondents. For data collection including observation, questionnaire distribution and study of literature. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. T test results showed that the t value was 2.028 with a significant value of 0.046 which means that the first hypothesis was accepted and partially showed that there was a positive and significant influence between job training on employee performance. The competency variable obtained the results of the t test with a calculated t value of 2.812 and a significant value of 0.006 which means that the second hypothesis was accepted and showed that there was a positive and significant effect between competencies on employee performance. Work discipline variables obtain the results of t test with a calculated value of 2.159 and a significant value of 0.034, which means the third hypothesis is accepted and shows that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance and it can be concluded that the contribution of work training, competence and work discipline to employee performance together is 34.7% while the remaining 65.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study at PT. Lestarindo Perkasa.

Abstract

PT. Asahi Indonesia, merupakan perusahaan manufacturing yang sedang berkembang pesat. Perusahaan komponen alat berat yang tergabung dalam group Asahi Rubber yang terdiri dari 12 perusahaan se-Asia dan Amerika berstandar ISO. Secara keseluruhan sistem peraturan di PT. Asahi Indonesia sudah baik tetapi di PT. Asahi Indonesia diduga, terdapat tingkat motivasi kerja karyawan yang kurang membawa pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Banyak karyawan yang kurang disiplin dalam melakukan pekerjaannya seperti terlambat masuk ruang produksi dan istirahat melebihi waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Untuk itu peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Asahi Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Asahi Indonesia, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam sampling yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik Non Probability sampling atau sampel jenuh berjumlah 80 responden. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan metode analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung (2,746) > ttabel (1,991). Jika thitung > ttabel. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung (2,685) > ttabel (1,991). Nilai R2 pada penelitian ini sebesar diperoleh sebesar 0,247. Hal ini berarti 24,7% motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu 75,3% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Every employee has its own personality and distinctive characteristics, so that individual characters are formed for each employee. This individual characteristics if directed properly will improve employee performance. The work environment can also affect employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance. The sample is 60 employees of PT. Kawai Nip. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results show that individual characteristics influence employee performance. This is indicated by the T-statistic value of 20.258 and the path coefficient value is 0.770. While the value of T-statistics on the influence of the work environment on performance is obtained at 1.438 and the path coefficient value is 0.091. This means that the work environment does not affect employee performance.

Abstract

Demand for building materials and electrical appliance products in Bekasi, West Java continues to increase due to the growth of the property sector and various consumers preferences. This has contributed to the growth of this supports business. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and communication on employee performance with a case study at UD. Djaya Electricity and Materials (UD. DEM). The sampling method was purposive sampling technique because UD. DEM selected as a company that sells and distribute building materials and electrical appliance products for wholesale and retail, already has 10 branches in Bekasi and 50 employees. Data collection was conducted through observation, distributing questionnaires and literature study. The analysis method used in this research is validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis test. The results showed that compensation and work environment partially had a positive effect on employee performance, while communication partially had no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Competition in the business world today is increasing, which causes every company to try to achieve a higher competitive advantage than its competitors. The problem in this study is whether training, discipline, and work motivation affect the performance of employees. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of partial training on employee performance, (2) to determine the effect of partial discipline on employee performance, and (3) to determine the partial effect of work motivation on employee performance. Questionnaires were distributed to 53 respondents using simple random sampling method. The total population is 170 employees. The designated population is the production and quality employees of PT. Nippon Steel Chemical and Materials Indonesia. The questionnaire data was processed using multiple regression analysis with the results showing that (1) training has an effect on employee performance, (2) there is a significant effect of discipline on employee performance, and (3) and work motivation has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia, (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengemudi transportasi online di Indonesia. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan pendekatan PLS untuk mengetahui hubungan-hubungan antar variabel yang diuji. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penilaian kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, ada pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya is a company engaged in the agribusiness industry that sells a wide range of agricultural goods. The development of the agribusiness industry, particularly agricultural stores are now increasing to fiercer competition. The objectives of this research were (1) Identify the level of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, (2) Identify the level of the activities associated with knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, and (3) Analyzing the perceptions of employees regarding the application of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya. The data that used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Collecting the respondences was done by quota sampling technique, database examine was done by descriptive analysis, average value calculation analysis, and chi-square analysis.The result of average value calculation analysis showed level implementation of knowledge management was excellent (67,01%), represented from strongly agree answered 20,75% and agree answered 46,26%. Moreover, employees said bad, represented from less agree answered 19,97% and disagree 13,02%. In this research, found at least two components which employees feel valued and still yet to be repaired, that was 1) knowledge and 2) work time. The result average value calculation showed level of activity associated with knowledge management was less good (42,78%), represented five to ten times answered 22,78% and more than ten times 20%. Moreover, employees answered never 30% and less than five times 20%. The result chi-square showed employees’ perception about knowledge management based on employee characteristics where the majority of employees agreeing with the implementation of knowledge management.

Abstract

The world is now busy with the Covid-19 pandemic, which has not yet been found in the vaccine, including Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to study the strategies carried out by leaders in the Covid-19 pandemic and new normal. This type of research is a qualitative study by conducting observations, interviews, and literacy studies. The results of this study are leaders in implementing the Covid-19 pandemic and new normal, doing 3 things, namely remote working, employee productivity, and upskills for digital
