Abstract

The research was aimed to describing the influence of Jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique on the learning achievement for biology subject at grade X, and than to describing the influence of Jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique simultaneosly on the learning achievement. The research was quantitative with quasi- experimental design. Population in this research were all students in grade X SMAN 3 Poso which consists of 8 study groups. Research sample that is graders XD and XH, taken with random probabiliy sampling. Research data were obtained from the student achievement, and were analized by t-test was followed by ANOVA test with SPSS 20. The result of the research showed that there was a significant influence jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique on the learning achievement for biology subject, and there is significant influence of Jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique simultaneosly against on the learning achievement for biology subject. The Conclusion of this research that there is significant influence of jigsaw II type as cooperative learning model and mind mapping technique on the learning achievement for biology subject at grade Xof class X SMAN 3 Poso.

Abstract

The research aims to develop a diagnostic test assessment to measure the creative thinking skills of biology preservice teacher students. This research and development used Thiagarajan's 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination) model. The diagnostic test assessment was developed in the form of an essay test with five numbers of scoring rubrics. This research was conducted at the Biology Education Study Program, University of Sintuwu Maroso. The results of the expert validation of the assessment instrument are high, and the reliability value is high. The results of the test found that all questions were valid and reliable. The student's creative thinking skills obtained an average value of fluency of 75.01% in the high category, flexibility thinking skills of 64.13% in the medium category, originality thinking skills of 69.56% in the medium category, elaboration skills of 75.01% in the high category and evaluation skills of 75.07% in the high category. All students' creative thinking skills are in the moderate category with a score of 71.74%, and the follow-up to the diagnostic results is that the lecturer can provide remedial on several learning indicators that have not been achieved.

Abstract

Tujuan utama pembelajaran abad 21 adalah menghasilkan generasi yang memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis, memecahkan masalah, berkomunikasi, kreatif, inovatif dan mampu berkolaborasi. Untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tersebut, maka dibutuhkan tenaga pendidik yang siap mengajar dan mendidik melalui pembelajaran abad 21 yang relevan dengan perkembangan era revolusi industri 4.0. Keterampilan kolaboratif dan berpikir kritis dapat diukur melalui asesmen autentik yang mampu mempersiapkan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi era tersebut. Asesmen autentik adalah suatu bentuk penilaian yang meminta peserta didik untuk menunjukkan kinerja dalam konteks dunia nyata yang menunjukkan aplikasi bermakna dari penerapan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan asesmen autentik dengan menggunakan metode jigsaw untuk mengukur kemampuan kolaboratif dan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pendidikan biologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research & Development). Model yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yaitu analisis, desain, mengembangkan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Sampel penelitian ini mahasiswa semester VII yang berjumlah 20 orang yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif statistik. Hasil penelitian telah diperoleh produk asesmen autentik berupa lembar observasi kemampuan kolaborasi dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritris melalui metode jigsaw. Asesmen yang dihasilkan telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan validasi lapangan.
