Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is the promotion carried out by PT. Bank SUMUT Sharia Sub-branch is not optimal so saving a little and fewer transactions occur. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is a development strategy towards the savings sales volume? The purpose of this study was to study the effect of promotional strategies on savings sales volume. The theory used is the theory of promotion strategy on savings sales volume while the promotion strategy is carried out with four types of promotions, namely: advertising, personal sales, sales promotions, and publicity. Thus the strategy can increase the sales volume of savings. This research is quantitative research. The data source used is primary data. The technique of collecting data used was a questionnaire, with a total sample of 96 incomes. The analytical tool used is descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test), and R square test (r2). By using the SPSS Version 21.0 program. Obtained results obtained by Composition = 6.517 + 0.478X and the average R square of 0.472 or 47.2% promotion strategy variables are able to explain the sales volume variable with a total of 52.8% variable variables that cannot be discussed in this model ( not approved) . Hypothesis test results (t test) state that t count t table (9,164 1,985) and the significance level obtained is 0,000 α (0,14) then Ha is accepted. The importance of promotional strategies has a significant impact on savings sales volume. Keywords: Promotion, Strategy, Sales Volume

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Karakteristik Perusahaan terhadap Return Saham Indeks Islam Jakarta di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan dokumentasi, menggunakan salinan arsip atau catatan perusahaan. Berdasarkan sumbernya, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan saham yang tergabung dalam JII sebanyak 40 perusahaan, model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda.. Analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan F. Hasil yang diperoleh secara simultan variabel Karakteristik Perusahaan (EPS, PBV, PER, DER) terhadap return saham dapat diterima secara keseluruhan dimana nilai Fhitung adalah 21,52257, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. = 0,05) adalah 2,34.?Sementara Ftabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (Oleh karena itu, pada kedua perhitungan F hitung> F tabel (21,52257> 2,34), ini memberikan kesimpulan yang mendukung penelitian berbagai penelitian sebelumnya. Secara parsial menunjukkan variabel yang terdiri dari EPS (X1), PBV (X2), berpengaruh terhadap return saham dengan tingkat signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Dengan demikian area penerimaan hipotesis berada di luar area penerimaan H0. Variabel lain yang tidak berpengaruh adalah PER (X3) dengan signifikansi 0,2063 dan DER (X4) dengan signifikansi 0,8467.

Abstract

The purpose of the study to find out and analyze the impact of the provision of Additional Income on the performance of Civil Servants in the Office of The District Head of Ngebel Ponorogo.Qualitative descriptive research type. Research objects are based on people's data sources, documents and events.Selection of informants with purposive sampling techniques. Interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. Data instruments in the form of a list of questions, observations and recordings. Data analysis techniques using interactive data analysis of miles &huberman models. The impact was analyzed with Finsterbusch theory and Motz Single before-after program according to and performance theory according to John Miner with indicators of quality, quantity, use of time in work and cooperation.The results showed that the implementation of AEI was going well but there were still technical constraints.Quality there is an improvement in the quality of the work and a decrease in the error rate although not too great.The positive impact on the quantity of budget realization efficiency and realization of organizational performance achievement exceeds the target above 100%.The use of time in work there is a decrease in violations of working hours at the rate of absence, the rate of delay and quick return.The effective working time of employees in 2020 averaged 85%. While in the aspect of cooperation is not seen the impact because it has been running well before the AEI.

Abstract

In Islamic accounting there are three values or principles of accounting that had been accepted. They are responsibility, justice and general truth, that always fullfil in islamic accounting system. Those three values have been being a basic operational principle, especially in sharia banks. Therefore, those three values have to be practiced in real life by all islamic bankers.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the financial statements of PT. BNI Syariah for the period of 2011-2018 an increase in the value of CAR is not in line with an increase in capital but an increase in CAR while capital has decreased in 2012, 2016 and 2018. A decrease in the value of CAR is not in line with a decrease in capital but a decrease in the value of CAR while capital has increased in 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of core capital and complementary capital variables partially and simultaneously on CAR at PT. BNI Syariah for the period of 2011-2018. The results of the partial research (t test) core capital has no partial effect on CAR as evidenced by tcount ttable (1,296 2,045), and supplementary capital has a negative effect on CAR as evidenced by tcount ttable ie (-2,849 - 2,045). Whereas simultaneously core capital and supplementary capital variables have simultaneous (joint) influence on CAR as evidenced by Fcount Ftable (4.060 3.33).

Abstract

Third Party Funds (DPK) consist of demand deposits, savings, time deposits. The increase in DPK at PT. bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk, continued to increase from 2010-2014 but decreased from 2015-2016 and increased again in 2017 then decreased again in 2018. The increase and decrease in the amount of DPK PT. Bank Mualamat Indonesia is of course influenced by several factors including inflation, BI Rate, exchange rate, and the money supply. This research is a quantitative research. the data used is time series data for the quarter 2010-2018 published by Bank Indonesia and PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. through the official website www. bi.go id and www.bankmuamalat.co.id were analyzed using eviews9. The results of this study indicate that inflation partially affects TPF. The BI Rate has a partial effect on DPK. The Rupiah Exchange Rate partially has a negative effect on DPK. The amount of the Money Supply has a partial effect on DPK. And Inflation, BI Rate, Rupiah Exchange Rate and Money Supply have a simultaneous effect on DPK.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the assumption that some Al Azhar Bi'ibadillah teachers say that there are no differences between Islamic banks and conventional banks. Besides that, the socialization carried out by Islamic Banks, especially PT Bank Syariah, is still low. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of knowledge on the interest in choosing PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan products on the teacher of AlAzhar Bi'ibadillah Ujung Gading, Batang Angkola District. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge on the interest in choosing PT Bank Syariah Mandiri products in Padangsidimpuan in Al-Azhar Bi'ibadillah Ujung Gading Teachers, Batang Angkola District. The purpose of this research is to add insight to researchers and provide information and knowledge about Islamic banking for Al Azhar Bi'ibadillah teachers.This research is quantitative with a simple linear regression, sampling using census techniques also called saturated sampling techniques, with a population of 49 and 49 samples, using the help of SPSS Version 22 program. Based on the results of the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) it can be seen that the R Square value of 0.121 means that the knowledge variable is able to explain the variable of interest by 12% while the remaining 88% is explained by other variables not included in this model. In another sense that there are still variables that affect the interest in choosing PT Syariah Syariah Mandiri products in addition to knowledge. Based on the results of this study indicate the influence of knowledge of interest with the value of tthitung (2.544 ˃ 2.012).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the habits of the people who use conventional banks and the small number of people in Batu Hula Village, Batangtoru District who use Islamic banks. This is caused by several factors that influence people's decisions, including cultural factors, social factors, and personal factors. Based on the results of the research, the cultural factor variable partially has a significant effect on people's decisions, this is evidenced in the results of hypothesis testing that the cultural factor variable has tcount ttable (3,932 1,69726), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. on community decisions, this is proven by the results of hypothesis testing that the social factor variable has tcount ttable (1,726 1,69726), then Haditolak and H0 are accepted. And the personal factor variable partially has no effect on people's decisions, this is evidenced by hypothesis testing that the cultural factor variable has tcount ttable (0,188 21,69726). Then the variables of cultural factors, social factors and personal factors variables simultaneously affect people's decisions with the results Fcount Ftable (23,362 2,28).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence between motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KC Padangsidimpuan. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Sampling in this study using random sampling with a sample size of 99 people. To simplify the data analysis process, this research was assisted by the SPSS version 23 program. The t test results indicate that there is a significant influence between motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer. Based this shows that the influence of the motivation variable to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the customer satisfaction variable.

Abstract

One of the obstacles for the Mandailing Natal community to go on a pilgrimage is the high cost of going on a pilgrimage. IB Hijrah Haji Savings is a savings account that makes it easier for people to visit the Baitullah. However, not many people know about this IB Hijrah Haji savings product, seen from the number of IB Hijrah Haji savings customers who experience fluctuations every month in 2018. The problem formulation in this study is how to analyze the SWOT product of the IB Hijrah Haji Savings product PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the number of customers of IB Hijrah Haji Savings PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch with qualitative-descriptive research method. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch, IB Hijrah Haji savings customers and the Mandailing Natal community. Collecting data using interview techniques and direct and indirect observations of objects related to the researched and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used the following techniques: data editing, data reduction and data decryption. The results of the study using the SWOT Matrix showed that PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch has strengths which consist of: fairly good and fast service, service to deliver prospective pilgrims and free Hajj rituals, free administration fees, free insurance. Weaknesses of IB Hijrah Haji savings, namely: lack of human resources marketing IB Hijrah Haji savings products, product promotion is still lacking. The savings opportunities for IB Hijrah Haji are: people who are predominantly Muslim, increasing customer interest in using this product, strategic location. Meanwhile, the threats of IB Hijrah Haji savings are: product competition that is getting tighter, locations between banks that are close to each other.
