Abstract

AbstractIn this era of globalization of business competition is getting higher. Especially in economic sectors where big companies from abroad increasingly free to operate and market its products in Indonesia so that local companies can not compete with itself would be eliminated. The purpose of this study was look at the effectiveness of IT utilization is also the creativity of a public relations. Popularity of media and social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, spur the growth of "medium alone" that allows companies and organizations to set up reporting directly or through intermediaries and remediation (where, the media took the headlines of social media and republish). The results of this study indicate that the majority of social media is 'parasitic', take a lot of information and topics of the mass media. Public relations in general is a process of communication management activities to create mutual understanding between an organization and its publics.  Keyword : public relations, media ethics, media content

Abstract

The purposes of this article are to describe: (1) the preparedness plan for facing earthquake in Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat; (2) the problems that might be found in arranging the preparedness plan for facing earthquake in Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat; (3) the efforts that can be taken to overcome the problems in arranging the preparedness plan for facing earthquake in Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. The data were collected by interviewing the officer of Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat and by conducting an observation. Based on this research, it can be concluded that: (1) the preparedness plan for facing earthquake in Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat has not been properly implemented, particularly in its management; (2) the problems that might be found in arranging the preparedness plan for facing earthquake in Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat are low understanding of the officer, lack of supporter element, and not yet considered elements of the preparedness plan for facing earthquake in arranging policies; (3) the efforts that can be taken to overcome the problems in arranging the preparedness plan for facing earthquake in Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat are increasing the understanding of the officer, fulfilling the supporter element, and considering the supporter element of the preparedness plan for facing earthquake in arranging policies. Keywords: planning, preparedness, earthquake

Abstract

Keputusan Pembelian setiap orang terhadap suatu produk dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor,seperti keamanan, kemudahan, kualitas layanan, dan lifestyle. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmenganalisis pengaruh seperti keamanan, kemudahan, kualitas layanan, dan lifestyle terhadapkeputusan pembelian pada pengguna Tokopedia di kota Solo.Penelitian ini diukur denganmenggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat solo yangpernah membeli di Tokopedia.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisisdata yang digunakan adalah uji instrument data (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik ( ujinormalitas, multikolinearitas, heterokedastisitas), analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis (uji t danuji R2) dengan bantuansoftwareSPSS 25.0for windows.Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwasecara parsial keamanan (X1), kemudahan (X2), kualitas layanan (X3),lifestyle(X4) berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada pengguna Tokopedia di kota Solo.Untuk penelitianselanjutnya disarankan untuk mencari variabel-variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusanpembelian dan memperluas wilayah penelitian, serta menambah jumlah responden agar dapat mewakilikeadaan yang sebenarnya.
