Abstract

E-learning is the basis and logical consequence of the development of information and communication technology. With E-learning, teaching and learning methods in schools that use technology through electronic media such as computers, laptops, netbooks, or smartphones with internet networks or others. This study uses Kansei Word to detect the feelings of users of E-learning applications. The Kansei Word list is used as many 15 words related to the appearance of the E-learning application. E-learning application specimens used 8 specimens. This study involved 80 participants consisting of 40 students from SMK PGRI 3 Cimahi, 40 students from SMK 4 Padalarang. The questionnaire results from participants were then processed using multivariate statistical analysis, namely Cronbach's Alpha, Coefficient Correlation Analysis (CCA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Factor Analysis (FA) and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. This study produced 3 recommendations for the design of E-learning application. This recommendation is the result of the Kansei Engineering process which comes from 3 groups of participant data, namely groups of data of all participants, participants of SMK PGRI 3 Cimahi students and participants of SMK 4 Padalarang students.

Abstract

AbstrakKondisi lingkungan yang dinamis, kemajuan dalam bidang teknologi serta persaingan bisnis yang tinggi menuntut sekolah untuk lebih bekerja keras agar dapat memenangkan persaingan informasi yang merupakan faktor penting dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan, diantaranya: analisis sistem perpustakaan lama, diteliti apa saja informasi yang dibutuhkan, arus data yang digunakan dan keluaran yang dihasilkan oleh sistem sehingga mempermudah tahap pengembangan sistem selanjutnya. Pendekatan dari metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan metode pengembangan Spiral. Pengembangan aplikasi perpustakaan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem baru yang diterapkan kebutuhan akan informasi terpenuhi sehingga dapat memberikan laporan yang tepat waktu.Kata kunci:Java, spiral, mysql, perpustakaanAbstractDynamic environmental conditions, advances in technology and high business competition require schools to work harder in order to win information competition which is an important factor in decision making. In this research several steps were carried out including: analysis the old library system, examined what information is needed, the flow of data used, and the output generated by the system so as to facilitate the next stage of system development. The approach of the method used in this study is an object-oriented approach with the Spiral development method. Development of library applications using the Java programming language with MySQL databases. With the new system being implemented, the need for information can be easily obtained and provide timely reports.Keywords:Java, spiral, mysql, library

Abstract

Academic information system in an institution is very important for the administration of lectures. The fore need for a system security audit so that the administration runs without obstacles. This audit can be carried out using the COBIT 5 framework, in this research an information security audit was carried out on academic information security. by focusing on the APO12 (Manage Risk), APO13 (Manage Risk), and DSS05 (Manage Security Service) domains. The stages in this research are initiation, planning the assessment, data collection, data validation, process attribute level and reporting the result. The results of this research note that the ability level of APO12 is at level 1, APO13 at level 2 and DSS05 at level 2, which means that the institution has carried out and implemented the information technology process and achieved its objectives. To reach level 3 some recommendations are given to cover the gaps that have been determined in the APO12, APO13 and DSS05 processes.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly increasing specifically to facilitate transactionactivities. All parties in various fields continue to look for the latest for those who can provide the best forcustomers. Research conducted for toll road users in the city of Bandung, which aims to determine cellcomputerefficacy and perceived benefits of system quality, information quality, use, and satisfaction of tollroad users in using the e-toll payment system. The population of this study is the toll road users in the cityof Bandung. Samples taken 125 people were taken using nonprobability sampling technique. The resultsshowed that there were differences in cell-computer efficacy and perception of benefits for system quality,information quality, usage, and satisfaction of toll road users in using the e-toll payment system. Thissummary is taken based on the descriptive statistics produced.Keywords: computer self-efficacy and perceived benefits, system quality, information quality,use, and satisfaction of toll road users in using the e-toll payment system.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan Teknologi informasi, kebutuhan keamanan sistem untuk layanan koordinator pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta semakin tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya kasus penyerangan yang terjadi belakangan ini terutama terhadap sistem berbasis Web. surat.kopertis4.or.id adalah salah satu sistem informasi (SI) berbasis web yang digunakan oleh beberapa pegawai Kopertis IV Bandung untuk mengarsipkan surat berhubungan dengan kegiatan pengaduan, permohonan, dan konsultasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Kopertis IV Bandung adalah belum ada standar manajemen risiko untuk menemukan risiko potensial dan menentukan cara penanggulangan risiko yang terjadi pada SI Pengarsipannya. Dengan demikian perlu adanya kegiatan penilaian dan rekomendasi kontrol risiko pada sistem tersebut. Tujuannya agar para pemangku kepentingan mendapatkan pengetahuan penanganan risiko berdasarkan standarisasi. Proses manajemen risiko menggunakan framework NIST SP800-30 yang telah terstandarisasi oleh Pemerintah Pusat Amerika Serikat serta sesuai dengan panduan penerapan tata kelola keamanan informasi bagi penyelenggara pelayanan publik yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI. Ada 2 proses yang dikerjakan berdasarkan framework NIST yaitu Risk Assessment dan Risk Mitigation. Metodologi Risk Assessment dikerjakan terlebih dahulu dengan menganalisis data-data yang telah didapatkan dari proses wawancara, kuisioner, dan observasi. Aplikasi Network Mapper digunakan sebagai teknik tambahan untuk mencari kerentanan sistem. Setelah itu, metodologi Risk Mitigation dilakukan untuk menyusun strategi mitigasi risiko berdasarkan hasil Risk Assessment. Hasilnya terdapat 20 isu risiko dalam penggunaan SI Pengarsipan. 10 diantaranya berlevel medium dan selebihnya berlevel low. Terdapat 5 terbesar dari 20 isu risiko tersebut diantaranya Mati Listrik (Medium(50)), Stabilitas Daya Listrik (Medium(50)), Penurunan Kinerja AC (Medium(50)), Renovasi Ruangan (Medium(50)), Insiders (Medium(50)), dan Cracker (Medium(50)).
