Abstract

 AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe Analysis of Utilization of Demonstration Method in Giving Motivation Learning In Child Age 5-6 Year in Kindergarten Pertiwi Sanggau Regency. The method used is descriptive with qualitative research form. The subjects of the study were classroom teachers and group 1 companion teachers, and 5-6 year old children in group B 1 in TK Pertiwi sanggau district. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, and documentation. In testing the validity of the data the researchers used the technique of triangulation.From general research results can be edited. Analysis of Utilization of Demonstration Methods in Giving Motivation Learning In Children Aged 5-6 Years in Kindergarten Pertiwi Sanggau District conducted by teachers is quite good. Learning methods in providing teacher assistance is done in accordance with the existing stages, the implementation of learning methods in providing motivation to learn, teachers invite children to pay attention to teachers, then do activities with the method of demonstration, taking themes and activities with demonstration methods in the accompanying the original media.Evaluation method to provide teacher learning aid for 5-6 year students, the teacher reflects by asking the children and learning the children in the learning with the method of polishing done by the teacher is good. Teachers should be more often to do learning using agar-agar methods can increase the motivation of children.Keywords: utilization of demonstration methods, motivation to learn child

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimsto determine the role of teachers in developing speaking skills through a method of telling stories to children aged 4-5 yearsin group A in Pontianak tunas bangsa police. Speaking skills have important role in education, both within the family, school and society. The goals to be achieved in developing speaking skills through storytelling methods are to develop language skills, including listening ability, speaking ability and adding vocabulary. In other words to develop basic abilities in early childhood, especially in developing speaking skills in children in group A of North Sumatra Shoots Pontianak. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The sample is group  A children an teachers. The results of this study are that the teacher has tried his best to develop children’s speaking skills through a method of telling stories so that studentsare able to ad new vocabulary and experience. When the learning process takes place. Based on the results of the study, it was suggested that Tunas Bangsa Pontianak PAUD teachers maintan and improve the teaching method to tell the children to be more enthusiastic and motivated. Keywords: Teacher’s Role, Speech Ability, Storitelling Method

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the importance of introduction of English Vocabulary by teachers in early childhood. This research uses qualitative approach and descriptive method. This study aims to obtain information about the learning activities of English vocabulary introduction in early childhood from the preparation stage, implementation to the evaluation stage. This research was conducted at TK Kristen Immanuel I Pontianak Selatan research subjects of A6 group English teachers and Head of Kindergarten. Based on the results of research and data analysis concluded that: 1. Planning learning activities introduction of English Vocabulary through audio visual media is categorized well, because the teacher has done the planning by looking at the needs and abilities of children. 2. Implementation of learning activities to introduce English Vocabulary through audio visual media is categorized well, because in the implementation of teacher learning activities have used the media and how to deliver an interesting so easy to understand the child. 3. Evaluation of learning activities of English Vocabulary introduction through audio visual media is categorized well, because the teacher has done evaluation when the learning activity took place and after the learning activity is completed. Keywords: English Vocabulary, Audiovisual Media

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated  cognitive of children in recognizing the concept of numbers.1) The child has not been able to call and show the symbol of the number 1-10, 2) The child has not been able to make a sequence of numbers 1-10 according to the object, 3) The child has not been able to connect the number with how to draw the line according to the number of objects. problem this study "Is through media learning environment can increase the knowledge of the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten TK good Pontianak?". The objective of the research is to increase the knowledge of the concept of numbers through object-based media learning environment in children aged 5-6 years. This form of research is a classroom action research. The subjects of the study were teachers 1 person and children amounting to 28 people. The results of research conducted: 1) Planning learning by using media learning environment to increast knowledge of the concept of numbers categorized "good". 2) Implementation of learning by using object mediaenvironment. 3) Increasing knowledge of the concept of numbers in Good Shepherd Kindergarten Pontianak. Keywords: Concept Numbers, Object-Based Media Learning Environment.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to defermine differences in the ability to count beginning of children before and after the implementation of flash card media. This research method is a quantitative type of experiment with one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The sample in this study was children aged 5-6 years in the B2 group consisting 0f 15 girls and 12 boys. The location of this research is TK Bruder Nusa Indah Pontianak Kota. The results of this study that there is a significant influence, this is a evidenced by the average acquistion of children at pretest (before treatment) and the average child at posttest (after treatment). Then the results of the uji-t are calculated so that the results show that there is a difference in the ability to child after being treated using flash card media. This proves that use of real or concrete media such as the use of flash card media has a strong influence on the ability to count in the beginning of the child as evidenced by testing the effect size.Keywords: Children Age 5-6 Years, Early Numeracy Skills, Flash Card Media

Abstract

Abstract       This study aims to determine and describe the relationship of teacher roles with discipline behavior of children in North Pontianak Sub-district. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach and the form of research is interrelationship studies. Data sources are 50 teachers and 50 children aged 5-6 years. The result of data analysis showed a strong correlation between teacher role and the behavior of 5-6 year old child in North Pontianak Kindergarten of 0.909 with very high category, r_xy> r_tabel (0,909> 0,284) so that the correlation result is convincing or significant .       Keywords: Teacher Role, Early Childhood Discipline

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research was to describe the teacher?s efforts to improve disciplin of aged 5-6 years at PAUD Bunda Pontianak. The method use isn this research is descriptive method with a qualitative research approach. Data subjects in this research are 2 teacher?s in PAUD Bunda Pontianak. The techniques used in this research were observation, interview, and documentation using data collection tools like is observation guidelines, interview guides, and documentation picture. The results of data analysis show that the teacher?s afforts to improve disciplin in children aged 5-6 years in the indicators of learning planning, learning implemantation, and assessment at PAUD Bunda Pontinak. PAUD Bunda Pontianak learning planning has not been effecetive, implementation of learning has not been effective not according to plan, and the teacher immediately maks an assesment to see the disciline of the children. Assessment in PAUD Bunda Pontianak uses daily assessment in form the RPPH, anecdotal records, and monthly assessment that are collected monthly.Keyword   : Assessment, Discipin, Teacher Effort.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the used of the socio drama method to practice the speaking ability of children in the B1 group at TK Primanda Untan Pontianak. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative research form. The data source of this research was the children of group B1 TK Primanda Untan. This research technique was observation with observation sheet, direct communication with interview sheet and documentary with documentation. Data analysis in this research was data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion / verification. The results of this study indicated that the used of the socio drama method to practice the accuracy of speech in children was appropriate in the used of sentences and belongs to the developing category as expected, the used of the socio drama method to train the placement of the interrogative sentence stress in children is in accordance with the sentence structure into the developing category according to expectations, the used the socio drama method to practice the placement of sentence stress statements in accordance with the proper sentence structure, the used of the socio drama method to practice the accuracy of word choices develops as expected, the used of the socio drama method to practice the accuracy of the target speech where the child speaks in accordance with the spoken sentence and used the sentence effectively. Based on the results of the study it is hoped that training and familiarizing children to use the sentence structure correctly. Keywords: Speaking ability, The use of socio drama

Abstract

AbstractThe role of the teacher in training children's independence is very important so that children do not easily depend on others. This make the researcher want to examine the role of the teacher as a guide, motivator, facilitator, model or role model, and as an evaluator in training the independence of children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina Meliau. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation techniques with data collection tools in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, field notes and documents. Data sources consisted of teachers who taught children aged 4-5 years and children aged 4 -5 years. After the data was collected, the researcher presents the data then draws the conclusions. From the results of the study it was found that the role of the teacher in training the independence of children aged 4-5 years namely the teacher guiding the child, providing opportunities for children to do their own activities, motivating children by giving enthusiasm and praise, providing children's facilities in learning activities, giving good models to imitated children and conduct assessments and evaluations of learning activities that have been carried out. The suggestion given is teachers are expected to provide affirmation to children who cannot do their own work and patience in guiding children, be creative in using or using interesting learning media in delivering learning activities. Key words: Early Childhood, Independence, Teacher’s Role

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of natural material media on fine motordevelopment in children aged 4-5 years in the Santa Yohana Antida ThouretTemanang Kindergarten in Sintang district. The research method used is descriptive data with quantitative forms. research subjects were 18 children aged 4-5 years,sampling using non probability with purposive sampling technique. Then the researchdata on fine motor development was collected using the observation method usingobservation and documentation guidelines. The analysis technique uses descriptivestatistics and data analysis using inferential statistical analysis methods. The results ofdata analysis showed that there was an increase in fine motor development usingnatural media in the form of gravel, ripe lamtoro seeds, cempedak leaves, rubberleaves, cassava leaves and sand. Then based on calculations carried out with the helpof SPSS version 25, it is known that the value of t in the SPSS output after an analysistest (paired sample t-test) is obtained Sig (2-tailed) value of 0,000 smaller than (0.05)and whereas From the result of tcount, it is obtained the value of (8,245)> from t table(2,120). Sig (2-tailed) value <0.05 and t count> t table then Ha is accepted and Ho isrejected. So the results of the study show that natural media is very influential inimproving fine motor development in children aged 4-5 years in Santa Yohana AntidaThouret Temanang Kindergarten.Keywords: natural, fine motoric media
