Abstract

Tersedianya ruang parkir di kawasan pertokoan termasuk salah satu kebutuhan penting untuk menunjang kegiatan bisnis. Dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan lahan parkir di wilayah Gramedia Jl. Manyar Kertoarjo, Surabaya maka akan membuat pengunjung merasa tenang dan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kecukupan kebutuhan ruang parkir kendaraan roda empat di toko buku Gramedia sesuai dengan kriteria karakteristik parkir yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan pencatatan nomor kendaraan yang masuk, keluar, dan yang telah ada di lahan parkir tersebut dengan interval waktu 1 jam. Survei pencatatan ini dilakukan selama tiga hari dengan waktu survei per harinya adalah pukul 10:00 hingga pukul 21:00. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata akumulasi parkir sebesar 31,9 kendaraan, volume parkir tertinggi pada interval waktu survei pukul 15:00-16:00, durasi parkir rata-rata sebesar 34 menit, pergantian parkir 0,778, dan indeks parkir rata-rata yaitu 1,72. Dapat disimpulkan penyediaan ruang parkir kendaraan roda empat di toko buku Gramedia Jl. Manyar Surabaya ini masih belum memadai, karena kebutuhan parkir melebihi daya tampung atau kapasitas parkirnya.

Abstract

Project is something with constrains can affect the time or duration of the work, slope slides and building redesigns that have an impact on delays in project implementation. Delays that occur can result in the presence of less work and work items that cause work to experience delays and increase the total cost of implementing the project or it can be said that the project suffers a loss. In this case, good time and coast management needs, can be solved properly. This challenge of a project is main to achieve the goals project within the constraints which generally the scope, schedule and budget of the project. Many methods used in scheduling, for expected scheduling planning. This research to get a logical schedule by rescheduling in accordance that it is hoped no more delays. Analytic research need of data such as schedules and budgeting directly the required data to the relevant parts, evaluating the schedule, followed by a new schedules with Microsoft Excel, and finally perform cost calculations with a balanced budget system. The result of this research the rescheduling is 440 days with the total RAB after rescheduling is Rp. 41,286,988,000,-, equal to the total cost before rescheduling, because of the work added and less and carried out a balanced budget.

Abstract

Abstrak Masa pandemi Covid-19 sangat mempengaruhi kondisi berbagai sektor kehidupan salah satunya adalah sektor konstruksi. Proyek konstruksi dermaga yang harus tetap berjalan mengharuskan adanya penambahan protokol kesehatan pada penerapan K3 untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 serta tindakan pengawasan dan pengendalian penerapan K3/prokes  di area proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan K3/prokes serta tindakan pengawasan dan pengendalian penerapan K3/prokes terhadap proyek. Dari hasil pengolahan data kuisioner, penerapan K3/prokes telah diterapkan termasuk tindakan pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap penerapan K3/prokes, sanksi terhadap pelanggaran prokes di area proyek. Penelitian ini juga mengemukakan bahwa penerapan K3/prokes serta tindakan pengawasan dan pengendalian penerapan K3/prokes memiliki hubungan antar variabel sesuai yang terinterpretasi melalui persamaan Y=59.013+0.743X1+0.244X2 serta secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 16.90% terhadap pelaksanaan proyek. Kata kunci: Proyek, konstruksi dermaga, K3, protokol kesehatan, pandemi covid 19   Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected the conditions of various sectors of life, one of which is the construction sector. The jetty construction project that must continue to run requires the addition of health protocols in the application of HSE to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as well as monitoring and controlling the implementation of HSE/health protocols in the project area. This study aims to determine how the effect of the application of HSE/health protocols as well as the actions of monitoring and controlling the implementation of HSE/health protocols on the project. From the results of the questionnaire data processing, the implementation of HSE/health protocols has been implemented including supervisory and control measures on the implementation of HSE/health protocols, sanctions for violations of health care programs in the project area. This study also suggests that the implementation of HSE/health protocols as well as actions to supervise and control the application of HSE/health protocols have a relationship between variables according to which is interpreted through the equation Y=59.013+0.743X1+0.244X2 and simultaneously has an effect of 16.90% on project implementation. Keywords: Project, jetty construction, HSE, health protocol, Pandemic of covid-19

Abstract

Bendung Guntur berlokasi di Desa Guntur kecamatan Guntur kabupaten Demak dibangun pada tahun 1912-1914 pada masa pemerintahan Hindia Belanda yang merupakan Bendung Skot Balk dengan 10 buah pintu bendung gerak dengan lebar 2,50 m. Permasalahan Bendung Guntur adalah blocking di hulu bendung akibat sampah yang menutup aliran banjir pintu bendung dan sering terjadi penyempitan di hilir bendung, sehingga terjadi limpas yang mengakibatkan jebolnya tanggul, sedimentasi yang tinggi pada bendung Guntur menutup lubang pengaliran debit banjir. Bendung karet berpelindung baja dipilih sebagai konstruksi yang sesuai untuk mengatasi masalah bendung Guntur karena memiliki kelebihan pada musim kemarau dapat menaikkan air dan pada musim hujan dapat mengalirkan debit banjir, selain itu tahan terhadap cuaca, panas, ozon dan sinar UV.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dari tahap persiapan sampai dengan tahap analisis data (identifikasi data teknis, permasalahan dan solusi penanganan). Kata kunci : Bendung Guntur, Bendung Karet Berpelindung Baja

Abstract

Beton tahan air laut harus memiliki kerapatan dan proteksi katodik untuk mencegah kerusakan material dari korosi. CaO merupakan katalis heterogen yang mampu bertahan dari korosi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kulit kerang darah sebagai campuran beton tahan air laut, karena  memiliki kandungan CaO sebesar 36,25 %. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan perencanaan mix desaign beton mengacu pada SNI 03-2834-2000, nilai faktor air semen yang digunakan sebesar 0,45 sesuai SNI 03-2914-1992 menghasilkan perbandingan semen:pasir:kerikil sebesar 1:1,9:2,8 dengan kuat tekan rencana 18,625 MPa. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh  gradasi butir agregat halus 2,45 mm dan 4,75 mm dengan prosentase cangkang kerang sebesar 5%, 7,5%, 10%, serta pengaruh perendaman beton di air laut dan air tawar terhadap  kuat tekan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, kuat tekan optimum sebesar 420 N atau 23,78 MPa dengan campuran 5% dan gradasi 4,75 mm pada perendaman air tawar. sementara untuk pengujian kuat tekan beton perendaman air laut, diperoleh kuat tekan optimum sebesar 380 KN atau 21,15 MPa dengan campuran 10% dan gradasi 2,45mm.Kata kunci: Beton, Cangkang Kerang, kuat tekan.

Abstract

In Indonesia, construction projects still use on site concrete or manual concrete (Site-Mix), but since the establishment of a company that produces ready-mix concrete, users of ready-mix concrete have started to be recognized for the various advantages it offers. It is necessary to research which one is more effective and efficient.The research was conducted in the Integrated Dormitory Development Project at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kudus with a research focus on calculating tools based on AHSP districts Kudus and the contractor's Time Schedule used on the project. The work that is calculated includes the concrete used in structural work. The purpose of this research is to make comparisons terms of costs for each method. Find the advantages and disadvantages of each method.The analysis technique in this study begins with determining the volume of concrete requirements based on the contractor's time schedule, then multiplied by the coefficient in the analysis of the unit price of the work in Kudus Regency. So that we find the cost for each.Through the analysis of the research results, there are several conclusions, namely that the ready-mix concrete working method is cheaper. While the site-mix concrete work method is more expensive. This project is price difference Rp79,622,437 or 11% efficiency from price site mix concrete

Abstract

Methods used in the implementation of the project on precast U-ditch installation work, one of which is by steel sheet pile erection method and Diversion Channel method. The analysis data required for the comparison of these two methods is secondary data obtained from the implementing party in the form of RAB, time schedule, implementation picture. In this analysis, alternative methods are planned by comparing in terms of cost and execution time. By analyzing the comparison of steel sheet pile erection method with Diversion Channel method, obtained results on the erection method with Steel sheet pile has a work cost of Rp.7,766,567,860 with an implementation time of 117 days, while with the Diversion Channel method the required cost is Rp.3,894,630,735 with an implementation time of 100 days so that there is a cost efficiency of 49.85% and a faster time of 17 days with diversion channel method.
