Gresik Regency is famous for its industrial cities, almost all in the city of Gresik are surrounded by national industries, but not all Gresik regencies are in the form of industries including Manyar sub-districts. Manyar sub-district is in the form of agricultural land in the form of freshwater ponds. The condition of freshwater ponds does not always run without constraints in management, sometimes it works with abundant yields in fish production and sometimes also decreases production. The presence of small fish carried by river water flows can also be a barrier to the development of fish in the pond. Such conditions are always an unavoidable part. Through assistance in service in the Tanggulrejo village of Manyar Sub-district, the community has improved itself, the community has made freshwater fishponds in the form of fish carried by the swift flow of river water from neglected into commodities that can increase added value to the community's economy. From non-value, it is now a work commodity that generates financial resources in increasing income. Through assistance in the form of fish processing training - people are aware that the potential of their ponds can be better utilized and have more value than before.Â Kabupaten Gresik terkenal dengan kota industry, hampir seluruh dikota Gresik dikelilingi oleh industri nasional, namun tidak semua wilayah kabupaten Gresik berupa industri termasuk kecamatan Manyar. Kecamatan Manyar sebagian wilayahnya berupa lahan pertanianÂ berupa tambak air tawar. Kondisi tambak air tawar tidak selamanya berjalan tanpa kendala dalam pengelolaan,Â Â terkadang berhasil dengan hasil yang melimpah dalam produksi ikan dan terkadang juga mengalamai produksi yang berkurang. Kehadiran ikan-ikan kecil yang terbawa oleh arus air sungai juga dapat menjadi penghambat perkembangan ikan-ikanÂ yang ada di dalam tambak. Kondisi semacam ini selalu menjadi bagian yang tidak dapat dihindari. Melalui pendampingan dalam pengabdian di desa Tanggulrejo Kecamatan Manyar masyarakat telah berbenah diri ,masyarakat telah menjadikan limbah tambak air tawar berupa ikan-ikan yang terbawa oleh derasnya aliran air sungai dari yang terabaikan menjadi komoditas yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi perekonomian masyarakat. Dari yang tidak bernilai sekarang menjadi komoditas kerja yang menghasilkan sumber keuangan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Melalui pendampingan berupa pelatihan pengolahan ikan-ikan masyarakat menyadari bahwa potensi tambak mereka dapat dimanfaatkan dengan lebih baik dan lebih mempunyai nilai dibandingkan sebelumnya.

Kehadiran ikan-ikan kecil yang terbawa oleh arus air sungai juga dapat menjadi penghambat perkembangan ikan-ikan yang ada di dalam tambak. Kondisi semacam ini selalu menjadi bagian yang tidak dapat dihindari. Melalui pendampingan dalam pengabdian di desa Tanggulrejo Kecamatan Manyar masyarakat telah berbenah diri ,masyarakat telah menjadikan limbah tambak air tawar berupa ikan-ikan yang terbawa oleh derasnya aliran air sungai dari yang terabaikan menjadi komoditas yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi perekonomian masyarakat. Dari yang tidak bernilai sekarang menjadi komoditas kerja yang menghasilkan sumber keuangan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Melalui pendampingan berupa pelatihan pengolahan ikan-ikan masyarakat menyadari bahwa potensi tambak mereka dapat dimanfaatkan dengan lebih baik dan lebih mempunyai nilai dibandingkan sebelumnya.

At the end of each semester in an education unit, a learning evaluation is always carried out. One form of learning evaluation in schools is to carry out final semester exams. This study aims to determine the quality of online business lesson items for class XII SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan in the odd semester 2017/2018 academic year in terms of validity, reliability, difficulty level and difference tests. This quantitative research is based on data from 21 student answer sheets from 25 multiple choice questions. The use of SPSS and Anates V4 software was used to measure the level of validity, reliability, difficulty level and item difference. The results showed that the validity value obtained was 15 items (60%) were declared invalid and 10 items (40%) were declared valid. Reliability of the items with a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.640> 0.6, which means that the instrument of the 25 items was declared reliable. The level of difficulty of the tested items obtained 5 items in the very easy category, 10 items in the easy category and 10 items in the moderate category. Of the 25 items, 8 items (32%) are good, 7 (28%) are sufficient and 10 (40%) are bad

In this Islamic boarding school, assistance in managing organic and inorganic waste into goods of economic value is carried out to reduce the impact on the environment of the Islamic boarding school. Through the Asset Based Community Development or commonly called ABCD, this waste management assistance is carried out for 1 month, namely strengthening the assets owned. The assets owned are community resources (HR) who are passionate about managing organic and inorganic waste. The methods used are inculturation and 5D (Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny). The result of this support is the disposal of waste according to its type. For organic trash into fertilizers and animal feed, as well as for inorganic trash into vases, pencil cases, and makeup.

Caring for beauty for every woman is an activity that is almost certainly done every day. These activities are part of being confident in every appearance. In fact, most of the young women and housewives know about facial care or better known as makeup, which is obtained from experience from friends, or seeing in the mass media. The assistance provided to mothers and adolescents in the village of Terjan Kragan Rembang has provided an understanding and change in the creativity of makeup and self-care for daily life. Understanding makeup is not just taking care of the face, or beautifying yourself but also as part of a creative effort to open a new business in the beauty salon field. Assistance activities in beauty care through training have had a positive effect on a better and more harmonious household life in family life. The use of natural ingredients obtained from the daily environment has been part of traditional beauty treatments since our ancestors were preserved.

Many women work in the fisheries trade sector because this sector is able to provide a regular source of income. Furthermore, the fisheries trade sector also provides a great opportunity for women's involvement because the work involved in the circulation of fish is very young and relates to the role of women. This Research focuses on the role of women in their work in the trade sector and whether the roles they build can create a bargaining position in decision-making in the family. Research was conducted in fish markets located in Kranji Village, Weru and Brondong, Lamongan. In the research, a descriptive qualitative approach was used, data were obtained using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Furthermore, the data was analyzed through several stages starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Then data triangulation was carried out to test the validity of the data. The results show that the role of the fish trader women, who have an elusive sense of why they have to work, is very influential in improving the family economy. At the level of access and control, women have made advancement, although men's position still tends to be superior. To the same people, they have been interdependent and supported in their roles between husbands and wives

Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat merupakan salah satu pesantren terbesar di Jawa Timur yang memiliki ribuan alumni yang tersebar di seluruh penjuru nusantara. Pessandra sebagai organisasi alumni resmi yang telah tersebar di berbagai daerah merupakan potensi besar dalam pengembangan ekonomi pesantren. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data sekunder, pemaparan, dan kesimpulan dengan melakukan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan model pengembangan ekonomi pesantren dengan pessandra adalah sebagai berikut : Kemitraan, distributor wilayah, mapping daerah potensial, permodalan, warehouse, dan kerjasama dengan pesantren cabang. Peluang pengembangan ekonomi pesantren sangat luas karena pesantren merupakan basis kekuatan kultural yang menyatu dengan masyarakat sehingga pengembangan ekonomi akan membawa dampak ekonomi dan sosial bagi pesantren

Islam is a religion that was sent down by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW who became Rahmatan lil'Alamin (Grace to all nature). Islam clearly frees itself from things that are ribawi. In Islamic economic principles there are several economic instruments to help social interests such as the use of zakat, infaq, and alms funds to finance the welfare of the people. This study aims to answer, describe and analyze the formulation of the problem: 1. What is the strategy to optimize zakat management at Baznas Bojonegoro?, 2. What programs are carried out by Baznas Bojonegoro in increasing the empowerment of the poor in Bojonegoro Regency?3. Obstacles experienced by Baznas Bojonegoro in managing zakat funds and how to handle them? The type of research in this thesis includes field research. The method used in this study is to use qualitative research methods. The results of this study are 1. The strategy carried out by BAZNAS Bojonegoro, namely by conducting outreach to the people of Bojonegoro district and ASN, PNS, BUMN, BUMD as well as various agencies, institutions and mosques is used to introduce the importance of zakat and establish UPZ (Collection Unit zakat). 2. Programs run by Baznas Bojonegoro include: Religious Bojonegoro, Genius Bojonegoro, Energetic Bojonegoro, Philanthropic Bojonegoro, and Productive Bojonegoro. And it has been going very well, and almost every day Bojongoro Baznas is active in collection and distribution. 3. Obstacles experienced by BAZNAS in managing zakat in Bojonegoro Regency, namely the lack of awareness of the importance of issuing zakat.
