Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of local wisdom-based tourism is the development and development of sustainable tourism that pays attention to the sustainability of the culture that lives in the community and the quality of the environment and in order to increase prosperity and prosperity of the people. The research objective to be achieved is to obtain an actual picture of the polemics that occur in the development process and development of local wisdom-based sustainable tourism in Jatiluwih Village. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The indicators used to dissect the results of the research are the theory of sustainable tourism and the concept of tri hita karana. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of tourism in Jatiluwih Village has been running but has not been optimal. Abstract

Klungkung Regency as one of the regencies in Bali that has land and islands, the problem faced is the low coverage of ownership documents. Therefore, the Klungkung Regency Population and Civil Registry Service implements the Program to Accelerate Increasing Scope of Population Document Ownership, the policy being an innovative step in overcoming population services in Klungkung Regency. Based on these problems, in this study we want to analyze community perceptions of service performance in the P3CKDK in Klungkung Regency. The method used in this study is the mix methods, namely using quantitative methods in public perception then proceed with qualitative methods to explore existing data. Based on the results of the analysis show that the service performance that gets the highest public response (tends to strongly agree) is the empathy index. While other indices in service performance also received a positive response from the public. Furthermore, public perceptions related to program performance from various indices tended to strongly agree. The index that gets the highest rating is the program access index. Correlation between service performance and program performance results in a positive correlation which means that if one indicator increases the associated indicator will also increase. Based on the tests conducted, it shows that service responsiveness with program performance produces the highest correlation, while the lowest correlation is assurance with program performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Village development in PemecutanKaja Village was increased through community and government participation. This was done tozovercomeztheproblemzof poverty in PemecutanKaja Village. The poverty rate in PemecutanKaja Village is the highest in Denpasar, even though it has the largest APBDes. This research is intended to describe the role of community empowerment as an effort to realize development in PemecutanKaja Village. Thiszresearchzwaszconductedzusing qualitative research methods through descriptive approaches such as in-depth interviews. The analysis carried out is based on the theory of development and uses the concept of economic empowerment with indicators in the form of human resources, human resources, capital and infrastructure of production and marketing. Thezresultzofthiszstudy indicate that the village development that has occurred so far is still being carried out unevenly and underdeveloped planning. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Influence of Employee Performance on the Quality of Public Services in One-Stop Integrated Services and Investment Services and Manpower at Jembrana Regency. The purposei ofi writing this scientific paper is to find out whether there is an influence of employee performance oni thei qualityi ofi publici services ini thei One Stop Integrated Services Investment Office and Manpower at Jembrana Regency. While the expected benefits are toi measure employeei performancei against thei qualityi ofi public services in improving service quality. Methoodi usingi in thsi studyi is ai quantitativesi methoodi.Based on descriptive data the assessment of Employee Performance has sgnificants influences on Service Quality.clarified in thati the Employee Performance variable has a strong and positive level of relationsip to the Employee Quality, while the magnitude of the influence of the variable Employee Performance on Service Quality is showed by determinant coefficient value of 0.543. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was to determiine how effective the Management of Viillage-Owned Enterpriises (BUMDes) iin Kerta Sari Utama in Kesiman Kertalangu Village and BUMDes Sima Sari Dana in Kesiman Petilan Village in Increasing Village Original Revenue (PADes) using effectiveness measures was done through resource approach, process approach, goal approach. This study proves that the management of BUMDes Kerta Sari Utama and BUMDes Sima Sari Dana in improving PADes has been going well but has not been effective because there are still hindrance to the measurement indicators. Abstract

ABSTRACT This important role has encouraged the Office of Cooperatives, Smallpand MediumpEnterprises inndesigning a strategy foriIncreasing thepoCompetitiveness ofpoSilver and Smallpand MediumpEnterprises(UKM) Products in Gianyar Regency.This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. This research measures how the Strategy of the Office of Cooperatives, Smallpand MediumpEnterprisesin Increasing the Competitiveness of Smallpand MediumpEnterprises(UKM) in Silver Crafts in Gianyar Regency by measuring product competitiveness according to Todarjo (2000).The study uses SWOT analysis according to Rangkuti (2015). The results of this study indicate that the strategy of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in Increasing the Competitiveness of Smallpand MediumpEnterprises(UKM) in Silver Crafts in Gianyar Regency is not maximal. Abstract

ABSTRACT Paksebali Tourism Village is designated as a tourist village area based on Regulations of Regent of Klungkung No. 2 of 2017. BUMDES (Village-Owned Enterprises) Paksebali is an institution whose task is to develop all the potential of the village. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the effectiveness of the BUMDES Paksebali in the process of community empowerment develops the Paksebali tourism village in accordance with the stated goals and plans. Measurement of effectiveness uses the Masruci theory with 3 variables that affect the level of effectiveness of an organization with a source-based approach, an approach based on a process and approach based on goals. The results of this study indicate that there are still shortcomings implemented by BUMDES in community empowerment, one of which is in the recruitment process and the lack of facilities used by the community when working on BUMDES units. Abstract

ABSTRACT Career Development Center (CDC) is a Career Development Center for students at Udayana University. This program aims to develop students' career and soft skills with various programs in order to improve the competency of Human Resources (HR). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that the CDC has a problem in realizing a strategy focused on the issue of employee resources (HR), low budget funds and lack of facilities to support activities. Therefore researchers provide and recommend a New Public Management Managerial to streamline the realization of the CDC strategy. In realizing this New Managerial Public Management there are several indicators including, The Drive Orientation, Downsizing and Decentralization Orientation, Orientation in Search of Excellence, and Public Service Orientation, which emphasizes the quality, mission and values to be achieved by public organizations. Abstract

ABSTRACT Tirtamangutama Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) at Badung Regency is one of the regional-owned business units, which is engaged in the distribution of clean water for the general public. The problem in the implementation of the excellent service as a provider of clean water services to the customers in large industry groups is the absence of notification regarding to the reparation of PDAM pipes, which caused a large profit loss for the hotel side and there’s no response about the complaints from PDAM side. The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of excellent service of PDAM at the Badung Regency was conducted by studying large industrial customers in the North Kuta region. The indicators used in this study are the Excellent Service indicators from Barata (2003), namely (1). Attitudes, (2). Attention, (3). Action, (4).Ability, (5).Appearance, (6) Responsibility. This study uses descriptive qualitative method by means of data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of excellent service at PDAM Badung Regency is still not running optimally. This is because the PDAM has not been able to apply K3 (Quality, Quantity, Continuity) of clean water services so that most of the Large Industrial customers still use wells as the main water source. This study produced a research recommendation so that the PDAM would optimize services through the creation of customer forums, recruitment of new employees, involving the participation of the government and the community in supervising and maximizing the services to customers. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Effect of Public Participation on the Performance of the Employment Social Security Organizer Agency (BPJS-Employment) of Denpasar The performance of BPJS-employment is not maximal so that there is a need of public participation to improve performance of BPJS-employment. The finding of the results of simple linear regression test showed that public participation influenced the performance of Employment Social Security Organizer Agency (BPJS-Employment) of Denpasar with regression coefficient score of 0.835, which means that if there is 1% increase of public participation then the performance of the agency will increase 0.835 point.
