Abstract

Business activities are activities that require serious understanding, starting from planning what will be done, the implementation stage and the stage of monitoring a business being run. In running a business, the important task of marketers is to be able to provide what is needed by the community, both consumers and customers. In order for a business or business that is run to be successful, it would be nice to have an appropriate competitive strategy. This study aims to provide a study and analysis of the marketing mix strategy (Marketing Mix) in the sharia perspective. This type of research is a literature study, data is collected by conducting a review study of previous research journals that are relevant to this research.

Abstract

The aims of this research to determines the effect of participation in training, work responsibility, work motivation towards the performanceon a head of village at Gorontalo Regency. These research was conducted at Gorontalo local government that involved sample 137 head of Village. To determine sample selected by proportionate random sampling technique. Collecting data by using Likert scale consists of five option. Meanwhile the data analyzed with path analysis. The results are: (1) Participation in Training directly positive affects performance, (2) Work Responsibility directly positive affects performance, (3) Work motivation had a direct positive impact on performance, (4) Participation in training directly positive influence work motivation, (5 ) Work Responsibility directly positive influence work motivation. Based on this research, Participation in training, work responsibility, work motivation has direct positive effect on a head of village performance. Futhermore it should be developed by Regency goverment, and central governance to make be better of performance head of village

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam, budaya organisasi dan citra perusahaan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam, budaya organisasi dan citra perusahaan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Penelitian ini bersifat Survey, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan pada populasi besar atau kecil. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah bank Muamalat cabang Gorontalo dan nasabah yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 50 orang. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan Regresi Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23.0.Hasil Penelitian menujukkan bahwa: (1) Etika Kerja Islam berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (3) citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan (4) Etika Kerja Islam, budaya organisasi dan citra perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Gorontalo.
