Abstract

This explanatory research aims to determine the significance of the influence of work environment and organizational culture variables on teacher performance. The number of respondents involved were 51 teachers. The results of this study state that the work environment has a significant influence on teacher performance. Another independent variable, namely organizational culture also has a significant influence on teacher performance. The work environment becomes the independent variable that has the dominant influence. Simultaneously, the same thing also happened. The correlation between the independent and dependent variables is very strong.

Abstract

The retail industry which continues to grow with the level of competition between actors creates a challenge for retailers to offer visitor appeal and meet the expectations of their visitors. Competition is not only between store owners in real terms but also retailers must face competition from online-based retailers. Modern retail shops must have an edge over their competitors in order to get continuous visits from the public. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of product diversity and location variables on the intention of returning to retailers. By involving 100 respondents, it was found that the results of the study stated that the two independent variables had a significant influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Konsep diri merupakan persepsi seseorang tentang diri sendiri dari seluruh aspek dalam dirinya termasuk kemampuan diri dan harapan tentang diri sendiri akan menjadi apa di kemudian hari. Wirausaha merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya memperoleh pendapatan dan eksistensi sebagai makhluk sosial. Idealitas seseorang untuk sejahtera dapat dipantau melalui keterkaitan antara konsep diri dan minat berwirausaha. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri mahasiswa dan minat berwirausaha. Penelitian korelasional ini menggunakan 100 mahasiswa sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah teknik accidential sampling. Dari hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan dan cukup kuat antara konsep diri mahasiswa dan minat berwirausaha. Self-concept is a person’s perception of himself from all aspects of himself including his abilities and expectations about what he will become in the future. Entrepreneurship is one form of effort to earn income and existence as a social being. A person’s ideal for prosperity can be monitored through the link between self-concept and entrepreneurial intentions. The study aims to determine the relationship between student self-concept and entrepreneurial intentions. This correlational study used 100 students as respondents. The sampling technique used for this research is accidential sampling technique. From the results of his research, it shows that there is a significant and quite strong relationship between students’ self-concept and entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a topic that continues to grow because it is assessed by academics and practitioners as an important variable to determine employee behavior and performance in organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work life, leadership, and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. Respondents are employees in a company engaged in retail in the city of Surabaya with a total of 149 people. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that the quality of work life, leadership, and perceived organizational support have a significant influence partially and simultaneously on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Abstract Professionalism is the main requirement of every company because the skills possessed by employees will make a meaningful contribution to the realization of company goals. Employees who have an attitude of professionalism have the ability to understand duties and responsibilities, maintain relationships and social interaction in the workplace and focus on work matters. Work professionalism is one of the most important aspects of achieving success at work. This study aims (a) to analyze and determine the effect of competence on employee professionalism; (b) to analyze and determine the effect of work supervision on employee professionalism; and (c) to analyze and determine the effect of competency and work supervision simultaneously on employee professionalism. This research was conducted by involving 91 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Ver program. 25. The population involved in this research is the production employees of PT Unicharm Indonesia. The results showed that work competency and supervision had a significant positive effect partially and simultaneously on employee professionalism. Keywords: competence, supervision, professionalism

Abstract

The existence of business competition, every company needs to improve employee performance so that company performance increases. Companies need to pay attention to every thing that is indicated to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture, leadership, compensation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted on 53 respondents who are employees of traditional herbal medicine factories in Sidoarjo. The analysis technique is linear regression. The research findings state that organizational culture and organizational commitment partially affect employee performance. The leadership variable also partially shows a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. This study also found that all independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Organizational commitment becomes an important variable to determine employees work more effectively and deliver results according to organizational expectations. Organizations with low organizational commitment of employees will only hamper the achievement of organizational goals because efforts to develop organizational commitment are closely related to improving employee performance. This causes the study of organizational commitment and the variables that influence it is still relevant and important to be analyzed further in order to make a meaningful contribution to the development and dynamics of the organization. Of the many variables that can influence organizational commitment, compensation and work environment variables are still considered relevant to be observed based on the dynamics of current organizational behavior in each organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on organizational commitment of employees. In this study the sampling method was carried out randomly and involved 59 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 for Windows software is used as an analysis and data processing tool. The results showed compensation and the work environment had a significant effect on employee organizational commitment partially and simultaneously. Abstract

Brand equity is a manifestation of the strength of a brand and is an important contributor to influencing and directing consumer behavior towards the purchasing decision-making process. A high level of brand equity presents a high opportunity for consumers to choose from. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research methods. This study intends to explain the relationship in the form of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The sampling method uses accidental sampling technique. With 100 respondents set. The conditions set as respondents are people who have bought Bango soy sauce. The research area was conducted in the city of Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to determine the forming variables of brand equity have a significant influence on consumer behavior in determining the purchasing decision of Bango soy sauce. The results showed that brand awareness had a significant effect on purchasing decisions; brand associations significantly influence purchasing decisions; perceived quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; brand loyalty has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; and brand equity has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Minum kopi bukan hanya sekedar memanfaatkan kafein yang ada tetapi juga menjadi gaya hidup masyarakat saat ini. Kondisi ini menyebabkan bisnis kedai kopi sangat diminiati. Banyaknya bisnis kedai kopi yang bermunculan menciptakan persaingan untuk merebut konsumen dengan keputusan pembeliannya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahu keputusan pembelian yang dipengaruhi citra toko, suasana toko, dan harga. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu kedai kopi Starbucks yang ada di kota Surabaya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan 100 sampel yang diambil dengan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Store atmosphere juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Selanjutnya harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Ketiga variabel bebas yaitu citra merek, suasana toko, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara simultan

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja adalah indikator utama untuk bertahannya seorang guru menjalin hubungan dengan sekolahnya. Kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan guru akan memberikan dampak kepada siswa, rekan kerja, dan pimpinan. Hasil kerja juga terpengaruh oleh tingkat kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, penilaian kinerja dan kondisi kerja terhadap kepuasan guru. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Pasuruan dan subjek penelitian adalah guru-guru di sekolah tingkat menengah. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Penilaian kinerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Kondisi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Ketiga variabel bebas menunjukkan pengarh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru.
