Abstract

Community service activities are carried out as a form of concern for others. Community service is carried out as a forum to provide assistance in the form of knowledge to the community. This activity indicates that the implementers of community service activities contribute to the progress of the nation. This community service activity was carried out by a lecturer at Sunan Giri University, Surabaya. This training was attended by 20 vegetable traders in Sidoarjo's Wadnung Asri Market. This activity is carried out to help traditional traders at the Wadung Asri Market, Sidoarjo. The implementation of community service activities is carried out for approximately 2 hours. The presentation and training was carried out so that traditional traders at the Wadung Asri market in Sidoarjo could provide delivery services to customers and shop online with the Whatsaap application. This is done so that traditional traders can keep up with technological developments that have been applied to the modern market. In this activity, materials such as plastic and rope are also provided to make safe packaging when providing direct delivery services to customers. In addition, this activity is also carried out to build good relations between the community and the community of Sunan Giri University Surabaya

Abstract

The tourism industry is considered to be one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the world and greatly influences the economy. In this industry, development is determined by the decision to visit tourist attractions and the intensity of visits from tourists. In this study, tourist motivation and touristic attractiveness variables will be observed that contribute to the interest in revisiting tourist attractions. Tourist motivation is an integral part of travel behavior and has been widely researched and applied in tourism marketing strategies. While touristic attractiveness is seen as the main element to attract investors and visitors. For visitors, attraction is a reflection of the feelings, beliefs, and opinions an individual has about the ability of a given destination to meet that person's particular holiday needs. The sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents who were collected by convenience sampling method. This research uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that tourist motivation had a significant effect on revisit intention. Touristic attractiveness has a significant effect on revisit intention. Touristic attractiveness is a variable that has a dominant influence and it becomes a tough task for managers to keep making tourist destinations amidst competition in the tourism industry.

Abstract

Human resource planning is directed so that each employee is able to provide work results in accordance with the standards set by the company. The company's ability to achieve goals is also determined by the work of employees to carry out their duties. This associative research aims to determine the effect of experience, ability, and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study are employees of a distributor company in the city of Surabaya. The study took samples from all members of the population, amounting to 77 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. From the results of data analysis, it was found that experience had a significant effect on employee performance. Work ability has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Experience, ability, and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 is an opportunity as well as a threat for all sectors. The era of the The industrial revolution 4.0 is an opportunity as well as a threat for all sectors. The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 changed the concept of work, work structure, and competencies needed by the world of work. The changes made are not only in the way of teaching, but are far more essential, namely changes in the perspective on the concept of education itself, one of which is vocational education. This study aims to determine the application of the vocational curriculum to be able to compete in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. The method used in writing this article is the literature analysis method. The results show that in this new paradigm, the teacher's role remains strategic as a designer and implementer of learning, more as a facilitator and motivator so that students are active in an effective and optimal learning process. Curriculum preparation requires opinions from several parties such as academia, government and industry. curriculum adjustments, can be rebranded through direct studies to see the needs of human resources in the industry or through comparative studies to more advanced educational institutions both at home and abroad. In addition, vocational education is also expected to be implemented by building villages. Vocational graduates are expected to be able to provide innovative solutions to solve problems that exist in the village. Vocational education support to develop villages requires cooperation from various parties.

Abstract

To achieve company goals, company managers will implement a fairly reliable strategy. One of the strategies implemented is the cost efficiency required by the company. Every company has many types of costs or expenses. To get information about costs that match the actual situation, managers need to conduct cost behavior analysis. It is necessary to identify and classify costs. Under certain conditions, managers still have difficulty determining cost behavior. This paper was conducted to determine the classification of production costs in accordance with the analysis of cost behavior. Costs are classified into fixed costs, variable costs, or semi-fixed costs or semi-variable costs. Each cost category has a specific explanatory function. Accuracy in determining the cost group will determine the quality of financial reporting. In addition, it can provide valid considerations for management to make decisions.

Abstract

Employees are one of the company's assets to survive in the midst of competition so that improving the quality of employees and creating a conducive work environment is also needed. Currently, companies need employees who are committed to the company, but it requires a work environment that supports it. In this study, conducting research on company employees in Surabaya, purposive sampling technique is the choice for sampling with the results of the number of respondents obtained as many as 55 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for this research, which when concluded from the research results obtained that the work environment and organizational commitment affect employee satisfaction. Companies need to increase organizational commitment and create a conducive environment to increase employee satisfaction

Abstract

The business world involving well-known corporations is increasingly showing competition through the sale of its products and efforts to dominate the market. One of the well-known corporations in Indonesia is Wingsfood which already has loyal customers because it trusts the products it produces since entering its market. This study aims to determine the effect of price and company image on purchasing decisions of Wingsfood products in the city of Mojokerto. Samples were taken as many as 143 respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS 25. The research sampling technique uses random sampling. The questionnaire scale uses a Likert scale. Data consists of primary data taken from questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The analysis used to examine the effect of price and company image is multiple linear analysis. From the results of data processing the regression equation Y = -2.211 + 0.387 + 0.869X2 is obtained. Research shows several findings, namely (1) price significantly influences the purchasing decisions of Wingsfood products in the city of Mojokerto, (2) company image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Wingsfood products in Mojokerto, (3) price and image of the company have a simultaneous effect on product purchasing decisions Wingsfood in koto Mojokerto

Abstract

The company's progress can be seen from the percentage of achievement of the previously planned goals. This success will have an impact on the assessment of the company's performance. The development of company performance is influenced by various factors. The ownership structure of the company will affect the company's performance with the economic decisions made. In addition, another factor is audit quality because economic decisions are taken based on information from the company's financial statements. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of ownership structure and audit quality in the formation of company performance. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to several companies in three districts in East Java. The number of respondents obtained is 33 respondents. The data was then processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed the role of ownership structure in the movement of company performance partially showed a significant role. The same result is obtained by audit quality which has a significant role in the development of company performance. The company's performance is simultaneously significantly affected by the ownership structure and audit quality

Abstract

The biggest opportunity at investors is the capital market. Various circles are now starting to see stocks as a form of investment in the future. For example, upper class investors, small investors, students, workers, even housewives. Various approaches are taken to anticipate the business world. In the basic approach, the most prominent parameter used is the ratio of EPS and DPS. The most important goal of financial management in any organization is proper expansion. Therefore, a study was conducted to determine the stock price of Earning per Share (EPS) and Dividends per Share (DPS). This study uses data on companies listed on the IDX from 2019-2020. This study used 100 samples. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that EPS has a expressive role in the formation of stock prices. Partial results obtained EPS has a expressive force on the formation of stock prices. The same result shows that the share price is also partially affected by dividends per share (DPS)

Abstract

Construction implementation has a variety of activities. Starting from the construction site survey activities. Building design planning, cost planning, building materials needed, planning the number of workers used, the construction process, and the final work. Therefore construction activities require construction management. Construction management is carried out according to the budget plan made so that an important activity in construction is the budget plan. This study aims to determine cost budgeting by using real cost calculations on house construction projects. The research was conducted at the Mentari Bumi Sejahtera housing complex, Candi Sidoarjo, East Java. This research shows that the actual cost budget is Rp. 285,883,236.51. Furthermore, the costs incurred when carrying out construction to completion are Rp. 259,523,836.51. Thus, the construction activities in this study earned a profit of Rp. 26,359,400
