Abstract

The condition in area of SMP (Junior High School) IT Taruna Insani, Sasak Panjang, Bogor makes it impossible to use an online-base e-learning. Therefore, it is necessary to build infrastructure of intranet-based e-learning or local to facilitate the process of learning using e-learning application. E-learning is utilization of computer and information technology (TIK) to support learning process. The current learning method can be developed by using blended learning: a method to reinforce lecturing-form learningthrough provision of material content and technology development. The purpose of this program is to develop e-learning infrastructure of intranet-based which gives efficiency for the school in term of administrative cost implementation and other physical facilities. Three components of e-learning formation are infrastructures (computer server, personal computer, and computer network), e-learning application, and e-learning content.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pondok pesantren Taruna Insani adalah bagaimana cara yang harus dilakukan agar proses belajar mengajar tetap dapat dilakukan saat peserta didik kembali ke pihak keluarga sebulan sekali. Bagaimana SMPIT Taruna Insani dapat memfasilitasi pengajar dan murid untuk dapat bertukar atau berbagi file yang berhubungan dengan materi sekolah atau kegiatan sekolah, berdiskusi melalui forum diskusi,  melakukan ujian atau ulangan harian dan peserta didik melakukan unggah tugas serta pengajar melakukan penilaian langsung melalui e-learning. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dan pengajar untuk berperan aktif dalam memahami materi pembelajaran, meningkatkan kualitas dari materi pelajaran, memberikan kemudahan pengajar untuk dapat melakukan monitoring pembelajaran seperti manajemen konten materi lebih menarik, pemberian tugas dan penilaian tugas peserta didik secara langsung melalui pembelajaran berbasis web (e-learning) sehingga proses pembelajaran tersebut akan paper less karena tugas tidak lagi dilakukan dengan mencetak tugas. Metode yang digunakan analisis situasi, identifikasi solusi, penyusunan rencana kegiatan, sosialisasi, pelatihan unttuk para pengajar dan peserta ajar.

Abstract

The use of information technology, especially in education, is very important today, because almost all educational institutions use technology to support the performance of employees and teachers. Academic data processing in educational institutions, especially in early childhood education needs to be considered because currently in implementing student data processing is still done manually. Manual data collection is considered quite slow because it requires very high accuracy to reduce the occurrence of errors, duplication of data, and to maintain the accuracy of the data. Data recording and reports on ledgers often experience loss because each year the data continues to increase and it is difficult to find and require long student data. The solution to the problems that occur in early childhood education is to build a website-based academic data processing information system that can adjust to needs and overcome problems that occur. So, the purpose of this study is to design a website-based academic data processing information system to facilitate PAUD in processing student academic data. In developing this system using the prototype method and the programming language PHP. The results of the study show that the use of the prototype method is very helpful in the design process where it functions in the relationship between the user and the designer in order to know what is needed so that the application built will be appropriate and can function as a medium of information and communication to parents of students with schools and to help PAUD processing student data

Abstract

2020 is a very disturbing year for the whole world because in 2020 there is a deadly virus, the virus is called Covid-19. The Indonesian government has a strategy to deal with the Covid-19 virus, namely by implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). Where the implementation of this PSBB requires residents to do more activities at home. To carry out activities at home, internet access is needed. Therefore, providers are the companies that benefit the most, providers are companies that provide internet services, one of which is XL Axiata. During the Covid-19 pandemic, XL Axiata company wants to conduct analysis for XL Axiata in the next year, whether the traffic of XL Axiata users has increased or decreased and how many devices need to be upgraded or safe. In conducting this analysis, it is necessary to perform fast data processing, data processing using the Data Mining method with Linear Regression techniques. The data to be processed will be obtained from the XL Axiata company, namely XL Axiata traffic data. By processing data using Linear Regression results in future predictions, the West Jakarta Municipality has increased per week by an average of 0.12%, the East Jakarta Municipality has decreased per week by an average of 0.27%, the Central Jakarta Municipality experiences the decline per week by an average of 2.31%, the South Jakarta Municipality experienced an increase per week by an average of 1.17%, and in the North Jakarta Municipality it decreased per week by an average of 0.12%.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 sudah melanda Indonesia sejak 2019. Pemerintah Indonesia memberlakukan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dan berganti kebijakan menjadi Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Kebijakan PPKM berimbas pada pelarangan untuk keluar, bekerja maupun bersekolah. Untuk dapat terus menjalankan proses kegiatan belajar pada Taman kanak – kanak Al Quran Terpadu (TKA-T) Hayaatul ‘ilmi dibutuhkan suatu inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Google classroom merupakan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang dikeluarkan oleh google dalam pembelajaran secara daring. Melihat pentingnya pemahaman dan pemanfaatan Google Classroom maka Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk membantu implementasi Google Classroom sebagai Learning Management System untuk mempermudah proses pembelajaran secara daring.

Abstract

This article presents the design and development of data warehouse on UPN "Veteran" Jakarta campus library. The method was done by conducting observation and analysis of current system, continued by applying the nine steps (Nine-Step Methodology) to design snowflake schema. The results consist of data warehouse that provides global, relevant, and integrated information that can be seen from various points of view and is expected to support the decision making processes on UPN "Veteran" Jakarta campus library.Artikel ini menyajikan hasil dari proses desain dan pengembangan data warehouse untuk perpustakaan kampus Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta. Metode analisis dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap kondisi eksisting sistem, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengimplementasikan Nine-Step Methodology untuk mendesain skema Snowflake. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah data warehouse yang menyajikan informasi yang menyeluruh, relevan dan terintegrasi dan dapat ditinjau dari berbagai sudut pandang, yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk menunjang proses pengambilan keputusan oleh pihak perpustakaan kampus Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta.

Abstract

This article discusses the usability measurement and evaluation of e-learning being used as a media for the academic staff training program of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. E-learning system usability will be measured based on Nielsen heuristic approach and analyzed with five independent variabels, i.e. learnability, efficiency, memorability, error and satisfaction. The data collection involved 169 respondents from academic staff as e-learning application users. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the aspects of learnability, efficiency and memorability have a significant effect on usability.Artikel ini membahas mengenai pengukuran usability pada aplikasi e-learning serta evaluasi pemanfaatan e-learning sebagai media pelatihan keterampilan tenaga kependidikan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini akan diukur tingkat usability sistem berdasarkan pendekatan heuristik Nielsen dan dianalisis dengan lima variabel bebas, yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, error dan satisfaction. Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner melibatkan 169 responden pengguna aplikasi e-learning untuk pelatihan tenaga kependidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa aspek learnability, efficiency dan memorability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap usability.

Abstract

AbstracThe purpose of this study was to determine the level of acceptance and users of the use of the SiKerja application within the Ministry of Internal Affairs by using the Technology Acceptance Model method approach. which uses five variables, namely perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use and actual system use. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The number of samples was 150 employees, then the data obtained were analyzed using the Structured Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method using smartPLS software. The results showed that there were 3 out of 5 hypotheses that had a significant positive effect, namely the variable perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness with a path coefficient value of 0.69 and a t- statistics value of 2.12, a variable perceived usefulness on behavioral intention to use with a path coefficient value of 0.75 and a t-value. statistics 2.12, the perceived usefulness variable towards Attitude toward using with a path coefficient value of 0.60 and a t-statistic value of 2.15. However, there are also 2 variables that do not have a significant effect, namely, perceived ease of use on attitude toward using with a path coefficient value of 0.61 and a t- statistic value of 1.04 and a perceived usefulness variable on actual system use with a path coefficient value of 0.60 and a t-statistic value of 1.02. .Keywords: SiKerja, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Structured Equation Model (SEM), Partial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted educational institutions, including pre-school education or kindergarten education. Pre-school education is very helpful for children, especially the physical and non-physical aspects, by providing stimulation for physical, spiritual and motor development. Schools are required to be more responsive and creative in preparing the learning process. One of them is by utilizing information technology. The problem being faced by the school is the ability of teachers who are not familiar with information technology-based educational applications to support learning activities, share information and online learning media. This community service program activity was carried out to assist schools in introducing hybrid learning information technology, including socializing, training and utilizing Google Classroom for teachers at TKA-T Hayaatul IlmiKindergarten, Cimanggis, Depok. The methods used in this community service activity include analyzing the needs of partners, determining the material for the activities to be carried out, and discussing techniques for implementing community service activities. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it is known that Google Classroom can provide benefits for hybrid learning. This hybrid learning using Google Classroom is immediately implemented for the current school year and can be used optimally with an approach to the parents or guardians of students. So that the hybrid learning process during this pandemic can be carried out properly.Masa pandemi covid 19 sangat berdampak pada institusi pendidikan, tidak terkecuali pendidikan pra sekolah atau pendidikan taman kanak - kanak. Pendidikan pra sekolah sangat membantu anak khususnya aspek fisik dan nonfisik, dengan memberikan rangsangan bagi perkembangan jasmani, rohani, motorik. Pihak sekolah di tuntut untuk lebih responsif dan kreatif dalam mempersiapkan proses pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan tekonologi informasi. Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh pihak sekolah adalah kemampuan para guru yang belum mengenal aplikasi edukasi berbasis teknologi informasi untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran, berbagi informasi maupun media pembelajaran secara daring. Kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam mengenalkan teknologi informasi pembelajaran secara hybrid antara lain melakukan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pemanfaatan Google Classroom bagi para guru di TKA-T Hayaatul Ilmi, Cimanggis, Depok. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain melakukan analisi kebutuhan mitra, menentukan materi kegiatan yang akan dilakukan, dan pembahasan teknik pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa Google Classroom dapat memberikan manfaat untuk pembelajaran secara hybrid. Pembelajaran hybrid dengan menggunakan Google Classroom ini langsung diimplementasikan untuk tahun ajaran berjalan dan dapat digunakan secara optimal dengan pendekatan kepada pihak orang tua atau wali murid. Sehingga proses pembelajaran hybrid di masa pandemi ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

Pada perpustakaan di SMAN 4 Cibinong masih memakai cara manual dalam mengelola data peminjaman buku, data telat pengembalian buku, serta laporan tiap minggu atau bulan mengenai peminjaman serta pengembalian buku. Namun, karena media penyimpanan data buku yang masih menggunakan buku induk, maka sering terjadi kerusakan seperti sobek, hilang, dsb. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang mampu untuk mengatasi permasalahan dan kelemahan yang terjadi saat menggunakan sistem manual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan model pengembangan Waterfall dan metode PIECES. Kemudian, dirancang menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis website dengan pemanfaatan QR Code yang menangani bidang pelayanan, yaitu pendaftaran anggota, peminjaman buku, pengembalian buku, perpanjang masa peminjaman buku, baca buku ditempat, pencarian buku, dan katalog buku. Selain itu, dapat menangani pengolahan data buku, dan laporan.
