Abstract

Praktik komodifikasi perempuan di area eksplorasi migas di kawasan Gayam Bojonegoro sangat menarik. Praktik tersebut dimulai dari perubahan penampilan perempuan, kemudian menjalar pada tata pergaulan yang bertentangan dengan norma sosial dan agama sampai dengan menjajakan dirinya karena terlanjur ternoda dan atau karena alasan ekonomi. Alasan ekonomi juga dipakai oleh suami yang mengijinkan istrinya di’sewakan’ kepada orang lain.Adapun hasil penelitian sebagai berikut; Pertama, Struktur sosial masyarakat Gayam bersifat transformatif; sebuah masyarakat yang transisional dari masyarakat tertutup menuju masyarakat terbuka yang sedang melakukan hibridasi budaya. Kedua,Penyebab komodifikasi perempuan berkeluarga yang dianggap sebagai penyimpangan sosial atau sebuah anomi yang terjadi dalam masyarakat Gayam adalah struktur sosial masyarakat Gayam yang transformatif yang menyebabkan adanya ambiguitas peran, status, dan  norma yang belum disepakati secara jelas oleh masyarakat yang akhirnya berdampak pada adanya disfungsi sosial/social disorder. Sedangkan motif komodifikasi istri/perempuan yang sudah berkeluarga adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis keluarga.

Abstract

Background: The lowest exclusive brest feeding rates in DIY is in the city of Yogyakarta. Exclusive breast feeding improves infant immunity so as to minimize the occurrence of diarrhea, constipation, fever that is caused by some allergic reactions. The success of primi maternal postpartum primi exclusive breast feeding is strongly influenced by the success of the early suckle. Massaging the hip area, or the costa until scapulla can provide a sense of comfort and relax in postpartum mothers so that will help the success of early breast feeding. Objectifive:This study aimed to analyze the relationship between oxytocin massage on primipara psotpartum to timing and volume of breast milk. Method: Research was conducted on primipara maternal postpartum which is divided into two groups. They are the control group; and the treatment group which was given the oxytocin massaged. Breast milk volume was measured at 12 hours after the massage by using a breast pump. The analytical method used is Student T-test. The results of this study showed a significant increase in the treatment group compared to the control group at p <0.05. Results: Massage oxytocin significantly increase the volume of breast milk (p 0,000) and breast milk accelerate spending (0,012) in comparison with the control group. Conclusion: Massage oxytocin is one of the alternatives that can be done to improve the success of exclusive breast feeding on primipara maternal postpartum. Abstract

Background: Breastfeeding is exceptionally superior, giving mother and infants distinct and subtastial physical, mental, and developmental health advantages. Palm fruit has content of phytonutrients with antioxidant properties and galactagogues to help increase their milk supply in the early postpatum days. The lowest exclusive brest feeding rates in DIY is in the city of Yogyakarta. Objectifive: :This study aimed to analyze the relationship between date palm fruits on postpartum to prolactin and volume of breast milk Method: Research was conducted on maternal postpartum which is divided into two groups. They are the control group; and the treatment group which was given dates palm fruit. Breast milk volume and prolactin was measured at 3 day after labor. The analytical method used is Student T-test. Results: Date Palm fruits increased prolactin and volume of breast milk which was significantly on firstweek breastfeeding increase in the treatment group compared to the control group at p <0.05. Conclusion: Date Palm fruits is one of the alternatives that can be done to improve the success of exclusive breast feeding on postpartum. Abstract

AbstractDealer Banyuwangi Motor is a company engaging in the service sector, especially in providing and selling motor vehicles (Honda brand) for consumers. Incentive contains a professional relationship. The employee'sgoals to work areto fulfill the employees' life needs, and to implement the company's mission and vision. Therefore, employees will be rewarded in the form of incentivewhich is suitable with their work performance and companyRequirements.This researchwas aimed to know the effect of incentive on sales employees’work performance at Dealer Banyuwangi Motor in Genteng. The amount of incentive given by the company to sales employees was based on the achieving target level in each month with each sales position. Sales employees’ work performance was seen from the quantity achieved that was the target which exceeded the company's requirements and the task execution by providing product information from the company to prospective customers. This quantitativeresearchemployed explanative approach.39 respondents were determined by using simple linear regression analysis. The measurement technique in this researchwas likert scale. The data were analyzed by using validity test, reliability test, simple linier regression analysis, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The research results indicated that incentive had a significant effect on sales employees’ work performance at Dealer Banyuwangi Motor in Genteng. Hypothesis value test obtained that incentive value had tcount> ttable (2,357> 2,026), and the significance value was 0,024 <0,05. Therefore, H0 was rejected, and Ha was accepted. The Coefficient Value (R2) of Incentive variable (X) to Work Achievement (Y) variable was equal to 0.131. This value indicated that incentive affected work performance as much as 13.1% while the remaining 86.9% was influenced by other factors excluded in this research.Keywords:Incentive, Work Performance, and Sales Employees
