Abstract

The aims this research to determine whether there is influence of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation on forward roll of achievement learning. The type of this study is a correlational survey involving independent variables consisting of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation while the dependent variable is forward roll of achievement learning. The research sample was 40 students from SMK Layoa Bantaeng who were taken by purposive random sampling. The research instrument was arm muscle strength test using push and pull dynamometer, leg muscle strength test using leg dynamometer, and motivational questionnaire as well as forward roll process instruments. The results showed that there was a significant effect of upper extremity strength on forward roll of achievement learning (p <0.05), there was a significant effect of lower extremity strength on forward roll of achievement learning <0.05), there was a significant effect of motivation on forward roll of achievement learning (p <0.05) and there is a significant effect together of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation on forward roll of achievement learning (p <0.05).

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelentukan togok , keseimbangan, dan daya ledak tungkai dengan kemampuan lompat jauh. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh murid SD Inpres Antang III Makassar dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 60 orang siswa putra yang dipilih secara proporsive random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dan tiga prediktor pada taraf signifikan 95%. Bertolak dari hasil  analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Ada hubungan yang signifikan kelentukan togok dengan kemampuan lompat jauh, ( ro = 0,650 > rt = 0,254); Ada hubungan yang signifikan keseimbangan badan dengan kemampuan lompat jauh, (ro=0,721 > 0,254); Ada hubungan yang signifikan daya ledak tungkai dengan kemampuan lompat jauh (ro=0,640 > 0,254); dan Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kelentukan togok, keseimbangan dan daya ledak tungkai dengan kemampuan lompat jauh, (Ro = 0,753 > rt = 0,254)..

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelentukan dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan dribbling dalam permainan hoki. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain hoki di Makassar dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 60 orang yang dipilih secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi pada taraf signifikan 95%.Bertolak dari hasil  analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Ada hubungan yang signifikan kelentukan terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam permainan hoki, (ro = 0,565 > rt = 0,254); Ada hubungan yang signifikan kelincahan terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam permainan hoki, (ro = 0,639 > rt = 0,254); Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kelentukan dan kelincahan terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam permainan hoki  (Ro = 0,736 > rt = 0,254).

Abstract

Self-efficacy is believed to be related to the ability to organize, perform tasks in achieving goals, produce and implement actions to achieve certain skills. This study aims to analyze the level of self-efficacy in athletes with disabilities in South Sulawesi. The study was conducted on 10 athletes with disabilities in South Sulawesi with the criteria for physically disabled and deaf. The data collection technique used a test instrument that adapted from The General Self-Efficacy Scale created by Aristi Born, Ralf Schwarzer & Matthias Jerusalem in 1995, with 10 questions and answers consisting of 4 scales. This questionnaire has been standardized in 32 languages and was adapted in this study in an Indonesian version. Data collection using a google form which is specifically intended for athletes with disabilities in South Sulawesi. The results of all respondents with an average of 75%, and are in the high category and they can overcome any problems that arise both during practice and during matches. The conclusion in this study is that the high self-efficacy of disabled athletes affects many things related to individual skills and abilities as athletes.

Abstract

The issue of community service is as follows: Knowledge and understanding of the Massage sport movement technique is not yet known by the administrators of the SC Ar-Riyadhoh Makassar Mosque. Most only know massage in general. Therefore, through this training and counseling can provide an overview and knowledge of the techniques of sports massage movements. The community partnership program activities are divided into two activities, namely: First, providing an understanding of the definition, purpose and benefits of providing sports massage to the Managers of the SC Ar-Riyadhoh Makassar Mosque through lectures. Second, giving material about the basic techniques of sports massage.Third, direct practical activities of the basic techniques of Massage Sport with some examples of activities. Fourth, giving individual tasks that must be done by each participant for the development and mastery of the sports massage movement for personal performance. The results of the development of this sports massage must be reported to be evaluated so that it can really be used as a guide to doing a true and ideal sports massage. From the results of the implementation of this activity found the answer that the interest of SC AR-Riyadhoh Makassar Makassar Mosque officials to find additional training knowledge about the basic techniques of Massage Sport with many variations of movement is very high. So that their enthusiasm in following the material, both when the theory and practice of the sports massage movement is maintained and never reduce their motivation in participating in the training activities because the training is considered very useful for themselves and others.

Abstract

Aerobic exercise is one of the most popular types of physical activity today, one of which is aerobic dance. Aerobic dance is a physical activity that combines rhythmic music and body activities. This study aims to analyze the level of popularity of aerobic dance in South Sulawesi. This study was conducted on 287 female respondents with an age range of 17-55 years. Data retrieval in this study was carried out by filling out questionnaires via a google form. This questionnaire was distributed to women who did aerobics in fitness centers. The distribution of the google form is carried out during February 2022. The results of this study found that respondents who chose aerobics dance at 41%, aerobics with using different equipment at 17%, aerobics with elements of martial arts at 15%, aerobics with psychically - regulatory orientation, and water aerobics at 13% each. This study concludes that aerobic dance is the most and most popular choice made by South Sulawesi women’s society.

Abstract

This study is an explanation based on a literature review about aerobic dance which is currently being favored by almost all Indonesian people. This literature review is quoted from Google Scholar, Science Direct, and books, using the keywords aerobic exercise, physical activity, dance aerobics, and recreational sports. The references are used from 2015 to 2022. Aerobic dance is a fun sport for an active lifestyle and is an indicator of future health. Aerobic dance is popular for several reasons, one of which is that it is low cost and can be performed anytime, anywhere, and by anyone regardless of gender and age. Aerobic dance can have a positive effect on physical and mental health. Aerobic dance can reduce risk factors for cardiovascular disease in all age groups, especially in the elderly, and reduce mental health problems such as lowering levels of reactions to stress, depression, and anxiety. Aerobic dance that is done regularly can improve physical and mental health. In addition, it has a positive impact on social relationships and increases self-efficacy. Aerobic dance is recommended as a recreational sport.
