Abstract

Penelitian tentang model pengelolaan pasar tradisional berbasis partisipasi masyarakat , ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang pengelolaan pasar tradisional berbasis partisipasi dan masukan masyarakat dalam pengambilan kebijakan. Penelitian ini diberbagai pasar tradisional di Indonesia. Dalam model penelitianini, mendapatkan temuan (1) permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan pasar diakibatkan oleh permasalahan teknis dan non teknis. Permasalahan tersebut akan bisa diantisipasi dengan model pengelolaan pasar yang baik berupa otonomi pengelolaan, sistem pengelolaan terintegrasi dan memaksimalkan pendapatan pasar, (2) model pengelolaan pasar berdasarkan partisipasi masyarakat, merupakan pengambilan kebijakan dalam pengelolaan pasar tradisional berasal dari pemerintah, akademisi dan pedagang melalui berbagai masukan dan partisipasi yang diperbolehkan menurut regulasi yang ada serta memberikan peran penting agar kebijakan Pemerintah bisa diterima dan diaplikasikan, dan (3) pengelolaan pasar tradisional yang baik dalam era digital memerlukan adanya peran teknologi yang berkelanjutan dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang ada.

Abstract

The purpose of the research were to examine the influence of leadership, and discipline to performance  of Lecturer of STMIK "AUB" Surakarta with a motivation as intervening variable.  The hypothesis which have been formulated in this research show that the leadership, and discipline have influenced the performance of the Lecturers of STMIK "AUB" Surakarta with motivation as intervening variable. The research is a survey to Lecturers of STMIK "AUB" Surakarta. Sample in this researh are 42 respondents. Data have been collected with quesionare  processed with, validity and reliability test,  the path analysis, t test, F test and test of  R2 . The t test result show that leadership, and discipline have positive and significant influence to performance  of Lecturer STMIK "AUB" Surakarta partial, motivation has negative and  significant influence to performance partially. The F test shows that the leadership, discipline and motivation significant influence toward performance  of lecturers STMIK "AUB" Surakarta as simultanoursly. From test of R2  show the independent variable (leadership, discipline, and motivation)  explain the dependent variable (performance) and the remaining 99% of 1% is explained by other variables not included in the regression model. The results of path analysis shows that the motivation did not intervern the leadership, discipline, to performance because the value of the coefficient of the indirect effect was smaller than the direct effect. Keywords:  leadership, discipline, motivation and performance

Abstract

Salah satu persoalan yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia adalah kemiskinan dan pengangguran, sehingga untuk meningkatkan efektifitas penanggulangan kemiskinan dan penciptaan lapangan kerja, pemerintah meluncurkan program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang salah satunya merupakan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program PNPM terhadap pendapatan kartu keluarga miskin di Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Sragen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak Program PNPM adalah adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan produksi usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 95,5%. Adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 87%. Adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan penghasilan usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 65,5%.Kata Kunci      :   PNPM, Pendapatan Kartu Keluarga Miskin

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) have various problems, product quality, marketing and business sustain ability. Based on the background of the IbM program has issues about improving the manufacturing process and production rambak cakar that is not too long in the event of rainy weather making it more productive and effective, improving the quality of SME management and marketing strategies of production and seek opportunities to other product variations. The result is the production of tools for increasing productivity rambak dryer with drying peresentase level 60% compared with manual drying, manufacturing of SME management strategy with the creation of training modules SME management, financial planning, the simple balance of SME and marketing through the internet, so it will be more easily recognized and extensive marketing network. For product variations opportunities through market research with the results of (1) the level of public confidence in the SME products is quite high, (2) the need for improvement in brand and packaging SME with proven products that (a) the quality of SME products is not good, (b) no health insurance and ha/al happens almost all food products from SME, besides it does not yet include any food Ingredients Daily Intake and (c) the design of SME products. SME products have the potential to compete with products from non-SME, (3) need to improve the quality of products from a variety of marketing management, human resources and government support.
