Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengembangan usaha anyaman pandandikecamatan Enok Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Sedangkan manfaat penelitian adalahdapat memberikan gambaran kepada investor yang benninat mengembangkan usahapada sektor industri kecil kerajinan anyaman pandan dan memberikan msukkankepada Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka mempertahankan kesinambungan usahaindustri kecil anyaman pandan yang ada dikabupaten Indragiri Hilir.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikecamatan Enok Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitianini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, metode pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan mewawancarai pengrajin dan pihak-pihak yang terkait denganstudi ini. Anlisis ini dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif, yaitu membandingkan kepadakeadaan nyata usaha industri kecil kerajinan anyaman pandan dengan kemungkinanpengembangan industri kecil kerajinan anyaman pandan dimasa akan datang denganmenggimakan metode Value Chain Analysis.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah:1. Bahan baku yang digunakan imtuk anyaman pandan ini adalah pandan berduriyang sudah dikeringkan dan berwama, bahan baku ini mudah diperoleh didaerahsetempat dan sekitamya.2. Modal yang dipergimakan industri kecil kerajinan anyaman pandan ini adalahmodal sendiri yaitu dari harga potongan harga anyaman 10%, biaya administrasi10% dan pinjaman dari pihak luar yaitu bantuan P K K Kab. Inhil.3. Value Chain Analysis digunakan untuk menganalisis aktivitas utama danaktivitas pendukung dari industri kecil yang diteliti yaitu In bound Logistisc,Operations, Out Bound Logistisc, Marketing and Sales, service, infrastrukturperusahaan, Manajemen siraiber daya manusia, pengembangan teknologio danPro Cerrement.Selanjutnya penulis memberikan saran sbb :1) Agar sentra anyaman pandan ini memilki catatan pembukuan agar dapatmenganalisa perkembangan produksi yang teijadi setiap tahun2) Melaksanakan Penyuluhan teknologi pada pengrajin imtuk pengelolaan bahanbaku sendiri dalam meningkatkan kualitas produksi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengembangan pengolahan dan produksi Virgin Coconut Oil(VCO) di Kota Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Sedangkan manfaat penelitian adalah dapatmemberikan gambaran tentang banyaknya manfaat ekonomis yang dimiliki komoditas kelapa bagimasyarakat dan dengan pengolahan dan penerapan tekhnologi dapat menciptakan nilai tambah yangcukup tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan skunder, metode pengumpulan data dilakukanmewawancarai kelompok sentra pengolah kelapa terpadu . Analisis ini dilakukan denganmenggunakan desain penelitian Case Study dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis aspek produksi danpemasan dari perusahaan pengolah virgin coconut oil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ; VirginCoconut Oil ( vco) atau minyak kelapa murni terbuat dari daging kelapa segar dan minyak kelapamurni bermutu tinggi dan merupakan produk alami yang sangat bermanfaat untuk gizi, kesehatan danperawatan kecantikan , Produksi hasil olahan kelompok tani yang ditampung dan dikumpulkan olehCV.Genta Inhil Sejahtera, daerah pemasarannta disekitar provinsi Riau dan Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction and Morale on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the of employees Hotel Comfort Dumai. The sampling method using a census of all the population being sampled. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The total sample of 108 respondents who are employees of Hotel Comfort Dumai. The analysis technique used is path analysis method. The results showed that variable Job Satisfaction, Morale, and Organizational Commitment positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The variable that has the most dominant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a Morale variable. Of this study obtained Rsquare value of 0,879, this means that 87.9% Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable can be explained by variable Job Satisfaction, Morale and Organizational Commitment and the remaining 12.1% is explained by other variables outside the equation.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Morale, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Bank Central Asia KCU Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction of the employees ' performance and also to find out whether there is a shared influence motivation and job satisfaction of employees of Bank Central Asia performance KCU Pekanbaru. The variables used are motivation and job satisfaction as the independent variable and the dependent variable as employee performance. The populations in this study are all employees of Bank Central Asia remain KCU Pekanbaru. Up to the year 2013 employees remain in Bank Central Asia KCU Soweto was 119 people and everything will be made as a sample, so the method of data collection is done with Sampling Purposive to all employees of Bank Central Asia KCU Pekanbaru. Methods of data analysis used were multiple linear regressions using SPSS version 17.Based on the results from study and discussion of the mind that the motivation and job satisfaction the significant effect of simultaneous performance of Bank Central Asia KCU Pekanbaru (F Test). Motivation and job satisfaction are also influential in partial Performance of Bank Central Asia KCU Pekanbaru (t-test). This indicates that all the independent variables examined have significant influence both partially or the dependent variable with respect to simultaneous.Keywords: Work Motivation, job satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Oto Multiartha pekanbaru branch roadTambusai Pekabaru lord, this study aimed to determine the effect of discipline and work environment variables simultaneously or partially on work performance of employees of PT. Auto Multi Artha Pekanbaru Branch. The sampling method using census method with a sample size of 62 people. Data collection methods used were interviews directly to parties - parties involved with the issues that are being discussed and gave questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Data were analyzed using Qualitative and Quantitative Methods Methods that use that formula Descriptive Statistics, Test Data Quality, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing, with the help of software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results showed that simultaneous Discipline of Work and Work workplace significant effect on Employee Job Performance in PT. Oto Multiartha Pekanbaru Branch, partially Variable work Discipline and Working Environment significant effect on employee performance PT. Oto Multiartha Pekanbaru Branch. regression coefficient is positive ( + ) indicates a unidirectional relationship, in other words Discipline and work environment will improve employee work performance at PT. Auto Multi Artha Pekanbaru Branch. Correlation or relationship between the discipline and the work environment Work with employees at PT. Auto Multi Artha Pekanbaru Branch is strong at ( r = 0.743 ) and the coefficient of determination or R square figures amounted to 0.553Keywords: job Discipline, Work Environment and Job Performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and motivation to work both simultaneously and partially on employee performance funding and lending Bukopin Bank Pekanbaru. This study used 103 samples and methods of analysis used is a way to test variables, regression testing, and last hypothesis test by simultan and parsial. From the results of the testing that has been done, through the test variable indicates that the variable is a variable that work motivation strong influence on employee performance of the funding and lending Bukopin Bank Pekanbaru. The results of the simultaneous regression (F test) showed that all the independent variables studied had a significant effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance. Partial test (t test) also suggests that work motivation variables have the most significant influence on employee performance variables. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables (Leadership and work motivation) is jointly affect the dependent variable (employee performance) amounted to 48.6% and the remaining 51.4% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research held in PLN Pekanbaru Area. This research held in order to analyze the effect of reward, organizational culture and organizational structure to organizational effectiveness. Population are all employees, consist of 62 people. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents.Variables used are reward, organizational culture and organizational structure as independent and organizational effectiveness as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 19 for windows.Result of this study shows that reward, organizational culture and organizational structure significantly effect on organizational effectiveness. Partially, reward and organizational structure shows positive and significant effect on organizational effectiveness, while organizational culture gives no significant effect.It is recommended to company to adjust the normative incentives with the inflation growth and provide additional tools for each division. The culture of effective and efficient process and enhance the public service motivation and accountability need to be overcome. It is also recommended to place the right man in the position and expand the human resource division.Keywords: Reward, Organizational Culture, Structure, and Effectiveness

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Puskopkar Riau Pekanbaru, with the aim to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment eithersimultaneously or partially on Employee Performance in PT. Puskopkar RiauPekanbaru. This study is a correlational study to examine the relationship between variables. The sample in this study is an employee of PT. Puskopkar Riau Pekanbaru as many as 58 people, and the data of this research is primary data derived from the questionnaire. Methods of collecting quantitative data using descriptive methods, and analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17. As an independent variable in this study is Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment and the dependent variable was Employee Performance. Based on the results of the F test is known that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. While based on the results of the t test is known that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment partially significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Puskopkar Riau Pekanbaru. Based on the test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination R Sguare in research, then this value will be changed to the shape percent. This means that the percentage contribution of the effect of variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in PT. Pekanbaru Riau Puskopkar 60.6%, while the remaining 39.4% influenced by variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Performance, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Human Resources is very important in an organization, because the effectiveness and success of an organization depends on the quality and performance of existing human resources in the organization. Performance of human resources (members) which will encourage the emergence of employee commitment. Some aspects required and also can determine the level of employee commitment levels PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru is Organizational Culture, Leadership Style. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Styleof Employee Commitment PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population used is the number of employees of PT. Telkomsel with 134 people. The amount of sample used as many as 100 people. The results showed that there is a positive and significant impact between Organizational Culture, Leadership Styleof Employee Commitment Value coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is equal to 0.546%, or 54.6% mean variation influenced variable changes Employee Commitment Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Supervision by 54.6% and the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other factors.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Stylesof Leadership, and Employee Commitmen

Abstract

The purpose of this research to explain the variable training and organizational culture in simultaneous and parcial to competence employee at PT.(Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Pekanbaru.This research used pimary data namely data were obtained from interviews and administration of the questionnaire to all employees at PT.(Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Pekanbaru. Secondary data relating to the object and organizational structure. Population in this research were all employees totaling 61 people and wew sampled. Methods of analysis used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression. Of the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (uji-F) suggests that training and organizational culture variables simultaneously significant effect on employee competency. Of the partial test (uji- t) results indicate that the variables of training and organizational culture are partially significant efeect on employee competency.results of calculation coefficient of determination is equal to 0,642 which mean, training variables and organizational culture jointly affect the competence of employees is 64,2%, while the remaining 35,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords : training, organizational culture, and competency employee
