Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality simultaneously and partially on satisfaction of residents of Tamansari Prospero Sidoarjo Apartments and to find out the dominant influential variables. This study uses primary data from questionnaires with 110 respondents. Measurements using a Likert scale and processed statistically using the formula of multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21 program, namely the F test and t test at a significant level α (0.05). F Test Results proved correct, Physical Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Attention (X5) simultaneously had a significant effect on the satisfaction of Apartment residents. The t-test results proved correct, physical evidence (X1), responsiveness (X3) and attention (X5) partially had a significant effect. Whereas Reliability (X2) and Guarantees (X4) proved partially no significant effect. Proved to be true Physical evidence (X1) has a dominant influence on the satisfaction of residents of Tamansari Prospero Sidoarjo Apartments "with the largest β (Beta) coefficient of 0.419 compared to the other independent variables. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable, namely Service Quality (X) which was analyzed together on the dependent variable namely Apartment Occupational Satisfaction (Y) with R Square of 66.8%, while the remaining 33.2% was influenced by other variables not present in the study this.Keywords: Physical Evidence, Reliability, Response, Guarantee, Attention, apartment Occupational Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of the community partnership program activities (PKM) is the empower the target audience to have knowledge about the importance of utilizing leisure time with positive activities that can bring profit or additional income, namely by making handicrafts made from plastic waste. Utilizatio of plastic waste is still rarely done in area where citizens do not pay attention to things such as craft creativity by using waste at the Magersari Permai housing in Sidoarjo Regency there is also no attempt to use plastic waste that is processed into handicraft. In addition, there are still many young mothers  who are still productive but do not have jobs only as housewives  who have a lot of free time, which has been used a lot of unproductive things  such as watching TV or chatting with neighborn. The benefit of this PKM activity is that the holding  of this community service is expected to be useful or useful for 1) Increasing the knowledge of mothers about the importance of utilizing free time with beneficial and beneficial  activities 2) Increasing the skills of mothers in making craft. 3) Maintaining and creating environmental hygiene by utilizing plastic waste into handicrafts that have a selling value that can increase  the familys economic income.Keywords: Handicrafts, Plastic, Waste, and Creativity.

Abstract

This research aims to know and understand strategy of human resource development at PT.  Gaya Sukses Mandiri Kaseindo (Safeway) Surabaya. The results of this research is a model of human resource development strategy that has been done by PT Gaya Sukses Mandiri Kaseindo (Safeway) Surabaya is as follows: 1.Selection of potential human resource. 2. Perform evaluation of human resource performance using KPI (Key Performance Indicator) 3. Giving an opportunity to employees to contribute ideas.  4. Appropriate career planning  5. Giving rewards and punishment 6. Conducting various Training and Human Resource Development :  Internal Training methode 1. 5C (Clear-out, Classify, Cleaning, Conformity, Custom) 2. Leadership Coaching Training and External Training methode : 1. Lean Management, 2. Negotiation Skill & Service Excellence Training. The company is responsible for improving work ability, the skills of its employees to be better. Human resource development strategy is a form of appreciation of a leader to employees in the form of humanis. Training and development is one solution to a number of problems decreasing the quality of the performance of organizations or institutions and agencies caused by decreased ability and obsolescence skills owned by employees. The purpose of training and development is to change attitudes, behavior, experience and performance of employee performance to be better.

Abstract

 The aims of the Community Service is to empower the target audience to have knowledge about the importance of using leisure time with positive activities that can bring in additional income by making bridal delivery for a group of PKK women in Griya Permata Hijau Housing, Candi, Sidoarjo. Methods used for the implementation of Community Service activities are as follows: 1. Provision of materials with lecture and discussion or question and answer methods related to materials and equipment used for training the manufacture of bridal delivery, 2. Practice Method is used when the Tutor demonstrate bridal delivery process with Tutor guidance. Community service activities are expected to increase knowledge for a group of PKK mothers related to the problem of bridal bridge making skills, so later after following this activity have the knowledge and skills that can be utilized to fill the spare time with positive activities and can help to supplement family income through the utilization of delivery services for the needy. Increased knowledge and skills in addition to increase family income, is expected to also improve the welfare and quality of life for his family. Keywords: Bridal Bridges, Leisure Time, Sidoarjo’s women
