Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine activity-based costing system in the determination of room rates on Grand Bougenville Hotel of Bengkulu City. Data collection method in this study used is documentation and interview. The method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative, trying to get accurate data in the form of numbers then the data is calculated to get the amount of hotel room rate. There is a difference between room cost which is determined by the management of Grand Bougenville Hotel of Bengkulu City and by applying activity based costing system. The calculation result of room cost by using activity-based costing system, namely for standard rooms of Rp 172.249,- superior of Rp 182.201,- and suite of Rp 331.182,-. Meanwhile, room cost based on the calculations performed by Grand Bougenville Hotel of Bengkulu City known that for the standard room type of Rp 35.599,- superior Rp 31.297 and suite of Rp 57.881. The calculation of the selling price is also different between hotel calculations with the addition of mark up by 25% then the sale price of standard is Rp 240.073 superior is Rp 297.437 and suite is Rp 461.585. There is a lower price difference between the implementation of hotel management price and calculation result by using activity based costing system that is, standard Rp 240.073 superior Rp297.437 and suite Rp 461.585.

Abstract

Purpose of this study aims to examine the effect supply aspect tourism on travelling interest to Tikus Island in Bengkulu Province. Supply aspect tourism consisting of attraction, accessible, amenities and ancillary. Sampling method in this study is accidental sampling with 240 respondents. Data collection method in this study uses quantitative data which is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis applied to test the hypotheses using SPSS application. Findings showed that attraction and accessible have positive effect on travelling interest.  Meanwhile, amenities and ancillary do not affect travelling interest. The supply of aspect tourism in Tikus Island can contribute to the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Bengkulu Province, the local government of Bengkulu should be able to pay more attention based on this findings.

Abstract

Ida Ayu Made, Wagini; This study aims to determine the inventory of raw materials in the production process to support the Martabak Alim Bengkulu City. The analytical method used was the determination of the purchase of the economy ( Economic Order Quantity ) , Inventory Safety ( Safety Stock ) , and the determination of the reorder point ( Re - Order Point . The survey results revealed that the purchase of raw materials on Martabak Alim Bengkulu City during the year 2017 with the EOQ method is 433 kg of wheat flour special for Martabak in one booking with frequency ordering as many as 4 times and intervals of 78 working days . The assessment of safety stock ( safety stock ) against wheat flour made in Martabak Alim Bengkulu City in the amount of 15 kg . appraisal ordering time again ( Re -order point) wheat flour in Martabak Alim Bengkulu City in the amount of 27 Kg . Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Hutama Tour dan Travel Kota Bengkulu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 orang pelanggan yang melakukan studi tour pada PT. Hutama Tour dan Travel Kota Bengkulu pada tahun 2019. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi rank spearman dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t. Hasil korelasi rank spearman menunjukkan hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Hutama Tour dan Travel Kota Bengkulu memiliki korelasi yang sangat kuat dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,864, ini berarti bahwa semakin baik kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Hutama Tour dan Travel Kota Bengkulu maka akan semakin tinggi pula loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Hutama Tour dan Travel Kota Bengkulu. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil uji hipotesis bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (9,389 >1,697).

Abstract

This type of research is a quantitative study in which sampling uses incidental sampling techniques and the number of samples 30 respondents. The technique of answering data using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS, with analysis test multiple regression, double correlation analysis and statistical tests (t test, and F test,). The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, service quality and trust variables, together affect loyalty in Upc Sawah Lebar. While partially the service quality variable (X1) significantly influences customer loyalty at Upc Sawah Lebar with a sig value of 0.012. The trust variable (X2) also has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Pegadaian Upc Sawah Lebar with a sig value of 0.21. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of 52.1 for Upc Sawah Lebar means that the contribution of an independent variable explains or influences the dependent variable by 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, Ancilliary on tourist satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach with a total of 93 respondents. The technique of answering data using a questionnaire. For statistical tests and the processing of data is carried out by using the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, the variables of Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, Ancilliary, together affect tourist satisfaction. While partially the Attraction variable has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction with a value of 3.75. Amenity variable has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction with a value of 2.29. Accessibility variable has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction with a value of 3.30. Ancilliary variable has no significant effect on tourist satisfaction with a value of 0.53. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.83 means that Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Anciliaries have an influence of 0.83% on satisfaction while the remaining 17% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan melalui perencanaan sumber daya manusia, rekrutmen serta penempatan karyawan yang sesuai dengan pendidikan dan keterampilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan sumber daya manusia, rekrutmen dan penempatan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 48 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif, dengan metode regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sumber daya manusia, rekrutmen dan penempatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bengkulu.

Abstract

Kaur District has desperately attractive potential beach tourism and also has the opportunity to bring local and foreign tourists and increase the locally-generated revenue. This potential tourism is the Laguna Beach. The objective of study was to determine the SWOT analysis that is implemented to develop strategy of Laguna Beach tourism in Kaur District. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis to determine the internal factors (strength and weakness) and external factors (opportunity and threat), which will be incorporated into the SWOT matrix. The results of study showed the analysis of internal and external factors. The internal factor was strength with a total score of 22.2 and weakness with a total score of 3.7 so the internal factors achieved the value of 18.5. For the external factors, the opportunity had a total score of 16.96 while the threat had a total score of 8.41 so the external factors achieved the value of 8.55. According to SWOT diagram analysis, the marketing strategy of Laguna Beach in Kaur District can be placed in Quadrant I. This is shown by SO strategy in SWOT matrix that is Aggressive Strategy. This strategy can develop Laguna Beach because it has opportunity and strength in the future, thus it can increase the number of visitors/tourists at Laguna Beach.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine factors such as motivation and work discipline tahat affect the work prductivity of employees at the Head Office of Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. The sample in this study was 29 employees at the Head Office of Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. Data collectiion using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The result of the regression equation is Y = n10,107 + 0,417 X1 + 0,361X2 + e, which means that motivation and work discipline have a positive influence of the work productivity of employees at the Head Office of Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. The results of the determination test was 0,567 0r (56,7%). This shows that motivation and work discipline have an effect on the work  productivity of employees at the Subdistrict Head Office of Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency by 56,7 % while the rest are explained or influenced by other variables not examined.
