<![CDATA[Setiap menjelang akhir tahun demontrasi buruh industri selalu menjadi permasalahan fundamental negara ini. Buruh menginginkan kenaikan upah minimum kabupaten/kota. Banyak yang belum mengetahui bahwa sebelum menetapkan besaran upah minimum kabupaten/kota terdapat perhitungan kompleks dan ini menunjukkan bahwa Matematika terdapat pada permasalahan ini. Dari permasalahan ini peneliti bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik Indonesia dan model pembelajaran Problem Solving Learning sebagai setting kelas. Penelitian ini mengombinasikan dua jenis penelitian yaitu transformative research dan design research. Kedua penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif, sedangkan pada design research secara khusus ditambahkan dengan analisis retrospektif. Hasil penelitian transformative research adalah auto/ethnography dan konsep Matematika, sedangkan design research adalah teori pembelajaran lokal yang terdiri dan empat aktivitas pembelajaran dari konsep Matematika yang ditemukan. This research combines the two types of research that is transformative research and design research. Both this research uses qualitative data analysis techniques, while at the design research was specifically added to the retrospective analysis. The results of the research transformative research is auto/ethnography and mathematical concepts, while the design research is local learning theory which consists of four learning activities and math concepts that are found.
