Abstract

The decision-making system for the selection of new postgraduate student admissions which is carried out manually requires 7 days to submit the decision results. The selection is very important, so that the quality of input (input) of prospective students can be maintained in accordance with established standards. Therefore we need a system that can help in the decision making process quickly, precisely, and accurately. The purpose of this study is to help postgraduate master's study programs in conducting the selection of prospective graduate students in accordance with their abilities and disciplines. The method used in data processing using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, is a method of weighting the sum of the criteria values ​​of each alternative. The results of the decision in the form of ranking the number of values, based on the passing grade value that has been set> 0.70 declared passed, or <0.70 declared not passed.

Abstract

Determination of graduation status is often faced by lecturers in every university. The facts show that many of the decisions still have a fairly high error rate in determining graduation status. This study aims to develop an analytical model in the process of determining student graduation using the Hybrid Decision Support System (DSS). The methods used in the analysis process are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The performance of AHP can determine the value of the weight criteria and TOPSIS performs rankings to produce solutions in determining. The criteria indicators used to consist of Depth (C1), Material Breadth (C2), Answer Accuracy (C3), Fluency of Answers (C4), Scientific Attitude (C5), Logical Consistency of Content (C6), Authenticity (C7), Scientific Quality ( C8), Language (C9), and Writing (C10). The results of this study indicate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method provides a weighting value for each criterion with a fairly good accuracy rate of 85,86%. These results conclude that each criterion has a consistent level of relationship in determining student graduation. Based on the output of the TOPSIS analysis, the results presented can determine the student's graduation status correctly and accurately.

Abstract

 The rapidly technology process on globalisasion era in business world, makes the decision making is the important thing to make decision faced with the competition in business world. The decision making can be influence by a few aspect and group, which can influence the decision maker to accelerate the fast, perfectly and correctly the decision making.This software created by using Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Where this algorithm do the process of calculating to get the best decision, using the score group of calculation and compare it with each possibility count of the choosen decision. This software specially will be use to decision support in present credit to PT. BPR Batang Tarusan.From design and the testing the application of decision support system result a correct and flexible decision with all criteria which influence that decision and give a report in order to director can understand why this software choose that decision.

Abstract

Showroom Ragasa Motor Padang is a showroom that sells various types of used cars. The old system of selecting used cars in The Ragasa Motor Padang Showroom is that customers come directly to the address of this Showroom and the selection process is still done by manual means. With the development of internet technology today is increasing rapidly and in order to be accessible to everyone, the AHP can do a comparison of the criteria in pairs on the selection of used cars and can determine the consistency of the comparison data paired with a threshold value of < 0.1. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for customers to choose used cars quickly and accurately, as well as the application of programs used to make it easier for customers to use them. The result of this study is the SPK System that was built to be able to take the decision of the selection of used cars in the Showroom Ragasa Motor Padang with the selection of the 2nd alternative with a value of 2.55 as the best choice.

Abstract

Aktinomikosis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri kronis yang banyak menyerang pada bagian wajah dan leher manusia. Pada awalnya penyakit ini dapat dirasakan seperti adanya rasa gatal biasa saja namun dalam yang waktu cukup lama, rasa gatal tersebut akan menyebar luas hingga akhirnya meradang dan menimbulkan nanah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini akan membahas tentang penerapan metode Certainty Factor (CF) untuk proses diagnosis penyakit Aktinomiosis pada sistem pakar yang akan dibangun. Sistem pakar dapat di implementasikan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar seputar penyakit Aktinomikosis kepada masyarakat agar dapat terhindar dari bahaya sejak dini. Penerapan metode CF juga akan memberikan nilai kepastian dari hasil proses diagnosa yang dihasilkan oleh sistem pakar. Kinerja metode CF akan melakukan perhitungan secara matematis berdasarkan aturan yang terbentuk dan nilai masukan yang didapat dari tabel CF untuk menghasilkan keluaran dengan bentuk nilai persentase kepastian. Tujuan yang dicapai dalam pembahasan yang dilakukan adalah untuk memberikan informasi secara awal berdasarkan hasil diagnosisi seputar penyakit melalui sistem pakar kepada masyarakat. Sehingga manfaat yang didapat adalah adanya sebuah solusi alternative dalam proses penentuan penyakit Aktinomikosis.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja suatu instansi. Maka dari itu sumber daya manusia yang berkompetensi tinggi dapat mendukung tingkat kinerja, dengan penilaian kinerja maka akan diketahui prestasi yang dicapai setiap karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu manajer Konveksi Sahabat dalam menilai kinerja karyawan dalam menjahit berbagai jenis pakaian, bagi karyawan yang kinerjanya baik akan diperpanjang kontrak kerjanya. Konveksi Sahabat menerima pesanan dan borongan jahitan pakaian dari pelanggan baik perorangan maupun suatu instansi pemerintah dan swasta. Metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan dalam mengolah data adalah Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE). Hasil penelitian ini membantu manager Konveksi Sahabat dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan terbaik dengan analisa sistem secara manual menggunakan metode Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE) yang dapat mengeliminasi dan merangking alternatif terbaik sehingga manajer Konveksi Sahabat dapat mengambil keputusan tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

West Sumatra is one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. It is not only related to its history, but also holds anumber of tourism potentials from its alluring natural scenery, shopping tours, to culinary tours. West Sumatraoriginal souvenirs and souvenirs are an inseparable part of the experience while traveling. However, tourists stillfind it difficult to find a good outlet or shop, close to tourist sites, and find information related to souvenirs andsouvenirs in West Sumatra. For this reason, a GIS-based gift and souvenir travel application was built.Geographical Information System for souvenirs and souvenir tours was built in several stages, namely thesystem analysis stage, the system design stage, the implementation stage and the testing phase. The map designin the system uses the Google Maps API and the software used in building this application is the programminglanguage HP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor), JavaScript, jQuery, XAMPP database and Adobe Dreamweaver.Presentation of information on the web includes information on tourism objects, culinary gifts and souvenirs orsouvenirs.

Abstract

The movement of gold prices in the previous period was crucial for investors. However, fluctuations in gold price movements always occur. The problem in this study is how to apply multiple linear regression (MRL) in predicting artificial neural networks (ANN) of gold prices. MRL is mathematical calculation technique used to measure the correlation between variables. The results of the MRL analysis ensure that the network pattern that is formed can provide precise and accurate prediction results. In addition, this study aims to develop a predictive pattern model that already exists. The results of the correlation test obtained by MRL provide a correlation of 62% so that the test results are said to have a significant effect on gold price movements. Then the prediction results generated using an ANN has a mean squared error (MSE) value of 0.004264%. The benefits obtained in this study provide an overview of the gold price prediction pattern model by conducting learning and approaches in testing the accuracy of the use of predictor variables.

Abstract

Pemilihan calon Wali Nagari merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dengan melakukan aktifitas pemungutan suara untuk menentukan pemimpin dalam sebuah kenagarian yang ada di daerah. Calon Wali Nagari itu sendiri atau yang setingkat dengan kelurahan merupakan seorang yang dipercaya dalam memimpin masyarakat di suatu kawasan atau daerah. Dalam menentukan pemilihan calon wali nagari, adapun penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah konsep Sistem Pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan metode TOPSIS. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi pilihan kepada masyarakat terhadap calon Wali Nagari yang akan memimpin dimasa yang akan datang. Metode TOPSIS yang digunakan dapat melakukan sebuah perhitungan yang dimulai dengan menentukan kriteria dari variabel yang digunakan, kemudian menciptakan matrik dan dilanjutkan pada proses matriks solusi lalu pada akhirnya proses akan masuk pada tahap perangkingan hingga keluaran yang dapat merekomendasikan calon Wali Nagari yang terbaik untuk dapat memimpin masyarakatnya pada periode selanjutnya. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian juga memberikan sebuah model ataupun bentuk sistem yang semi tersruktur dalam penentuan calon Wali Nagari menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan metode TOPSIS. Sehingga manfaat yang akan dapat adalah memberikan rekomendasi kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk memilih calon Wali Nagari secara tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

The implementation of online lectures using blended learning needs to be assessed to find out the performance activities of lecturers with students in using the learning activity management system (LAMS) feature and reward lecturers with the best performance. Based on the assessment system of the best lecturers previously have not used the right methods so that the resulting decision is still not right and not accurate. This research aims to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the assessment process of lecturers who are the best in using LAMS. The performance of the AHP method can determine the weight value of criteria consistently and can perform a role to produce solutions in decision making. The criteria indicators used to consist of Interactive Video Teaching Materials (C1), Audio Teaching Materials (C2), URLs (C3), Forum/FBL (C4), Slide Teaching Materials (C5), Assignments (C6), Quiz (C7), Attendance (C8), and Labels (C9). The results of this study showed that the performance of the Decision Support System (DSS) using the AHP method can determine a better weight value with a consistency level of 0.080049762 from 0.1. These results presented with AHP performance can provide weighting value on each criterion and continue the multiplication process with the best lecturer assessment data to get the results of the battle. Overall these results concluded that each criterion had a degree of consistent relationship in the best lecturer assessment on LAMS.
